【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記のような、コンクリート躯体の構築後に吸音板を取り付ける方法では、コンクリート躯体の水分やよごれ等による接着不足が問題となる。また、吸音板はこれに水が多量にかかると吸水して空孔面積が著しく変化し、吸音率が大巾に低下し、その含水回復にも多くの日数を要し、また白華によるよごれが生じる、という問題もある。したがって、施工中や施設した吸音板に水がかからないようにするための手段を種々採る必要があり、それが施工を面倒なものとし、コストが高くなるとともに、施工のための足場を組む必要があり、作業は不安定で施工が難しくなるという問題も加わることになる。
