質の吸音板とを密着一体化させた、吸音板付きコンクリ
ート板の製造方法に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】吸音や遮音を必要とする建造物の内、外

な、コンクリート躯体の構築後に吸音板を取り付ける方
法では、コンクリート躯体の水分により接着不足が問題
となるばかりでなく、施工のための足場を組む必要があ
るとともに、吸音板の面が不揃いとなることが多く、施
工が難しく、コストが高くなるという欠点がある。 【0004】本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解決するた
めになされたもので、建造物類のプレハブ化が進みつつ
あることにかんがみ、コンクリート躯体或はその一部に
代って用いられるコンクリート板に吸音板を一体的に結
合した製品を製造できるようにし、現場における吸音板
貼着作業を不要とし、施工の簡易化、能率化とコストの
低減を図ろうとするものである。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
めの本発明の構成について、実施例に対応する図面を参
照して説明すると、本発明は、コンクリート板成形用型
枠1内に、複数個の多孔質な吸音板4,4を敷き並べ、
吸音板4,4相互の接目を目地材5で埋めて、吸音板
4,4に散水して水分を付与させた後、吸音板4,4上
に配筋7を施し、生コンクリート8を打設して養生成形
することを特徴とするものである。 【0006】本発明において使用される型枠は、コンク
リート板を成形するに適した型枠であれば、特に形状、
構造に限定されるものではない。 【0007】また、吸音板は、かさ比重 0.2〜 0.4の軽
量多孔質コンクリートにより形成される。好ましくは、
硅酸カルシウム系水和物を基材として構成され、直径
0.1〜1mm程度の小さな気孔が相互に連通しており、吸
音のほか、遮音性及び断熱性を有するのがよい。また、
吸音板の厚さは40〜 100mm、好ましくは50〜70mmのもの
が適している。吸音板の平面形状は、一般的には四角
形、長方形となるが、三角形や多角形でもよく、敷き並
べた際に、相互間に通常の目地が形成されるに適した形
状であれば、適宜な形状のものを採用できる。 【0008】上記の吸音板の複数個が型枠の底板上に敷
き並べられ、吸音板相互の接目部分には、硬練りモルタ
ル或は石膏プラスター等の目地材が埋められ、後に行わ
れる生コンクリート打設時のペーストの漏れを防止する
ことになる。 【0009】その後は、敷き並べられた吸音板上に水を
散水する。この散水は、本発明において重要な工程であ
る。すなわち、吸音板は比重が 0.2〜 0.4と極めて軽く
多孔質であることから吸水が大きく、生コンクリートを
打設した際、コンクリートの水分を吸収して、コンクリ
ートと吸音板との付着を阻害することになるため、あら
かじめ適量の水分を吸音板に付与することとするのであ
る。この散水量は、吸音板1m2当り1000〜2500g、好ま
しくは1500〜2000gとする。 【0010】散水後は、吸音板の上方に配筋を施して生
コンクリートを所要の厚さに打設する。その際、型枠に
振動を与えてコンクリートを締め固めすることができ
る。そして、養生を施し、コンクリートを硬化させた後
脱型する。それにより、吸音板とコンクリートとが一体
的に強固に結合された吸音板付きコンクリート板が製造
できることになる。上記の養生は、自然養生でもよく、
常温常圧蒸気養生を行ってもよい。上記製造による吸音
板付きコンクリート板は、現場に搬入して建込めばよ
い。 【0011】 【作用】本発明は上記のように構成されており、吸音板
には散水により水分を付与してから生コンクリートを打
設するので、その際、吸音板により生コンクリートの水
分を吸収されることがなく、したがって、吸音板とコン
クリートとは、他に接着剤等による付着手段を加えるこ
となく強固に結合されることになる。 【0012】 【実施例】次に、本発明の実施例について、図面を参照
して説明する。図1、図2において、1はコンクリート
板を成型するのに使用される一般的な箱状の型枠で、底
板2と側枠板3とが分離可能に結合された構造となって
いる。 【0013】まず、型枠1内には、その底板2上に、複
数個の吸音板4,4を敷き並べ、吸音板相互の接目に石
膏プラスターの目地材5を充填して目地埋めを行う。吸
音板4は、厚さ50mm、かさ比重 0.3の軽量多孔質コンク
リート板(ポアセル:大同コンクリート工業(株)製)
を使用した。 【0014】次に、吸音板4,4の表面に水を散水し
て、吸音板に吸水させる。この散水量に対する吸音板と
コンクリートとの付着強さの関係は、次表に示す如くで

より少し離れた上方位に配筋7を施し、吸音板4,4上
に生コンクリート8を打設して、そのコンクリート8中
に配筋7を埋設させる。なお、配筋7はスペーサ等を用
いて配置することもできる。そして、打設した生コンク
リート8の上面を均した後養生を施し、コンクリートの
硬化後に脱型すれば、図3に示すような、吸音板4,4
とコンクリート8とが結合、一体化した吸音板付きコン
クリート板が製造されることになるのである。 【0018】 【発明の効果】以上説明したように、本発明によれば、
型枠内に吸音板を敷き並べ、散水して吸音板に水分を吸
収させた後、生コンクリートを打設して、吸音板とコン
クリートを一体的に結合させるようにしたので、吸音板
付きコンクリート板が極めて簡単、容易に、しかも吸音
板の付着強度が大なコンクリート板が製造できる。その
結果、従来のような、現場での吸音板の貼付作業を要せ
ず、そのための足場を組む必要がなくなり、現場施工が
容易になり、コストの大巾な低減が図れることになる。
