本発明は、送電線用鉄塔の建設工事において、クライミングクレーンの作業半径外での資材の吊り上げ作業に用いられる鉄塔上据付型の吊り上げ装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば図5に示す送電線用鉄塔31の建設工事においては、建設中の鉄塔31の中心にせり上げ式の支柱36を組み、上端部にジブ37を備えたクライミングクレーン35が用いられている。このクライミングクレーン35で、鉄塔31の資材を吊り上げ、順次鉄塔を上方に組み上げていく。そして、組み上げに従って、クライミングクレーン35の支柱36をせり上げ、下部に順次支柱ユニットを継ぎ足していく。ところが、例えば、左右の送電線間の間隔を大きくとる場合には、鉄塔のアーム32が大きく側方へ張り出した形式の鉄塔が設置される。このため、クライミングクレーン35のジブ37が鉄塔アーム32の先端部まで達しないことがある。この場合には、アーム32の先端部を構成する資材をクライミングクレーン35で直接組み付け位置付近まで吊り上げることができない。

吊り上げ装置1は、取付け金具2により、アーム32上に設置されている。取付け金具2は、アーム32の上方へ突出した主柱材33の突出部34に取付けられている。図3、図4に示すように、取付け金具2は、一対の挟持部材3,4を有する。挟持部材3,4間は、突出部34を挟んでボルト、ナット5にて締め付けることができる。一方の挟持部材3上には、ブーム支柱7の基端を連結するための自在軸受部6が設けられている。ブーム8は、先端側においてほぼV字型に結合された2本のブーム支柱7によって構成されている。ブーム支柱7は、夫々基端側に軸受部9を有する。軸受部9は、取付け金具2の自在軸受部6に対応し、両者を貫通する軸により互いに自在に結合される。図2に示すように、ブーム8の中間部には、両ブーム支柱7間を結合する連結杆10が設けられている。連結杆10は、中間にターンバックル11を有し、その調整によって両ブーム支柱7間を引き付けている。

図2に示すように、ブーム8の先端部には、滑車12,13が取付けられている。この滑車12,13には、資材を吊り上げるためのロードワイヤ14の中間が掛け回されている。即ち、図1に示すように、ロードワイヤ14は、一端がクライミングクレーン35の支柱36に係止され、滑車12を介して垂下し、フックの滑車15を介して折り返し、滑車13を介してクライミングクレーン35の支柱36に取付けられた滑車16に掛けられた後、支柱36に沿って地上へ引き降ろされ、図示しないウインチに係止されている。また、ブーム8の先端部には、起伏用ワイヤ17の一端が係止されている。起伏用ワイヤ17は、クライミングクレーン35の支柱36に取付けられた別の滑車18を介し、この支柱36に沿って地上へ引き降ろされ、図示しない別のウインチに係止されている。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明においては、アーム32の上方へ上端部が突出する鉄塔主柱材33の上端部のような水平の2点に取付け金具2を固着し、各取付け金具2にブーム支柱7の基端を枢着し、ブーム支柱7の先端側を互いに結合して、アーム32の先端に達する起伏可能なブーム8を構成し、このブーム8の先端部に、滑車12,13を取付け、この滑車12,13及びクライミングクレーン35の支柱36に取付けられた滑車16に、資材吊り上げ用のロードワイヤ14を掛け回し、このロードワイヤ14を支柱36に沿って地上へ引き降ろしてウインチに係止し、またブーム8の起伏用ワイヤ17の一端側をブーム8の先端部に係止し、中間をクライミングクレーン35の支柱36に取付けられた別の滑車18に掛け、支柱36に沿って地上へ引き降ろして、他端側を別のウインチに係止して鉄塔上据付型の吊り上げ装置を構成したため、工事全体にたいしてわずかな数であるアーム32の資材の吊り上げのためにクライミングクレーンを大型、大重量化させる必要がない。ブーム8が2本のブーム支柱7で構成されているから、横風を受けても揺動することなく安全である。構造が簡単で、組み立て、取外しも容易であるという効果を有する。
