[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a diaper that is formed in a pants-type in advance, and more specifically, fits perfectly to the body when used, has less stuffiness when worn for a long time, has good skin feel, and is comfortable to wear. The present invention relates to a good pants-type disposable diaper and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various proposals have been made for pants-type disposable diapers, and for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. Sho 57-77304, 62-231005, and 4-32718 have been disclosed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when using such a pants-type diaper, in order to obtain easy detachability and a good feeling of wearing according to the user's body type, in other words, it is easy to put on at the time of wearing and it does not get stuffy after wearing and In order to obtain an appropriate tightening force for fitting to the body shape, it is necessary to provide air permeability and elasticity around the waist and belly.
[0004]
For this reason, for example, in a conventional product disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-32718, a number of elastic yarns are bonded and fixed at intervals of about 4 mm between an outer surface material and an inner surface material constituting a covering portion. Although the ring portion is configured to have elasticity, the elastic yarn is cut off in the process of bonding and fixing the elastic yarn between the inner surface material and the outer surface material, or the elastic yarn has to be replaced with a new elastic yarn. Sometimes. These situations are unpredictable, and the associated threading work is indispensable, in which case the operation of the production line must be stopped. Also, the work of setting these elastic yarns and the work of bonding the outer surface material and the inner surface material are both complicated and time-consuming. Therefore, it has been difficult to manufacture diapers continuously and efficiently.
[0005]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a pants-type diaper having elasticity and breathability in a covering member that covers the abdomen and back of a wearer, which is easy to use when used, and is perfect for the body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pants-type disposable diaper that is fit, has less stuffiness when worn for a long time, has good texture, and can be manufactured continuously and efficiently.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies in order to achieve the above object, and as a result, in a conventional pants-type diaper, a plurality of elastic members are provided between an outer material and an inner material constituting a covering part. The yarns are adhered and fixed at small intervals to provide elasticity. As an alternative, a gas-permeable, sheet-like elastic material, preferably an elastic nonwoven fabric (stretchable) is provided between the outer surface material and the inner surface material. It has been found that the above problem can be solved by interposing and fixing the nonwoven fabric in the stretched state, and the present invention has been completed.
[0007]
That is, the diaper according to the present invention comprises a covering portion and an absorption / leakage prevention portion, and the covering portion has air permeability and a pair of openings for inserting a wearer's feet and a waist where the abdomen and the back come into contact. Having an area between the liquid-permeable surface layer and the liquid-impermeable leakproof layer, the liquid-absorbent absorbent layer having a smaller area than the surface layer and the leakproof layer. And a stretchable member for forming a gathered upright portion on both sides of the absorbent layer, wherein the absorption / leakage prevention portion covers the cover ring from the abdomen to the back in the width direction central region of the cover ring portion. A pants-type disposable diaper disposed on an inner surface of the portion and fixed to at least a crotch region, wherein the covering portion is formed of an outer surface material, an inner surface material, and a stretchable elastic material interposed therebetween, and The elastic material is applied to the wearer's abdomen Parts are formed in a wide range of coating can sheet, moreover decompression on said outer members and the inner surface material all around the waist of the absorbent leak-proof part excluding the portion corresponding to the crotch region comprises a portion arranged A pants-type disposable diaper which is adhesively fixed in a state.
[0008]
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the outer surface material is formed of a hydrophobic sheet, and the inner surface material is formed of a hydrophilic treated sheet of a hydrophobic material. The stretchable elastic material interposed between the outer surface material and the inner surface material is formed of a stretchable nonwoven fabric having air permeability. The stretchable elastic material is formed so that the area to be attached is wider on the back (rear) side than on the abdomen (front) side. The stretch rate of the stretchable elastic material is equal to or higher than that of the waist portion.
[0009]
In the unfolded state, the covering portion is formed so that the width of the hydrophobic outer surface material is wider than the inner surface material and protrudes to both sides in the width direction, and the protruding portion of the outer surface material is formed in the inner crotch region of the covering portion. It is folded and adhered so as to cover a part of the arranged absorbent leak-proof part, thereby forming a leak-resistant part in the waist direction.
[0010]
Also, the cover ring portion is formed such that, in the unfolded state, the width of the hydrophobic outer surface material protrudes from both sides in the width direction of the inner surface material, and the elastic member is formed in a member formed by folding both ends of the protruding portion. By sealing and bonding in a stretched state, a leak-resistant portion standing upright on the waist may be formed.
[0011]
Further, a flexible tube-shaped waist elastic portion may be formed on the waist portion by being folded and adhered within a width range of the elastic material interposed between the outer surface material and the inner surface material.
[0012]
Further, it is preferable that the cover ring portion and the absorption / leakage prevention portion are bonded and integrated only at the inner crotch region and the waist portion of the cover ring portion, and the other portions are preferably in a released state.
[0013]
The diaper of the present invention may be provided with an elastic member made of spandex or thread rubber at the waist.
[0014]
The method for producing a pants-type disposable diaper proposed by the present invention is a process of unraveling and removing two sheets of air-permeable and flexible continuous outer and inner surface materials from their respective windings; A large part of the entire length of the two sheet materials is overlapped with each other, and air permeability is provided in the entire waist circumference area covering the abdomen and the back of the wearer widely except for the portion corresponding to the crotch region between the two sheet materials. Adhering the stretched elastic material in a stretched state with the sheet-like stretchable elastic material; between the liquid-permeable surface layer and the liquid-impermeable leakproof layer, the liquid-absorbing material having a smaller area than the surface layer and the leakproof layer. A separate line to form an absorbent leak-proof part having a stretchable member for forming a gathered upright portion on both sides of the absorbent layer; and a longitudinal axis of the absorbent leak-proof part is So that it is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the sheet material Bonding the sheet material to the sheet material at intervals and bonding at a specific position; cutting out and forming a hole for inserting a wearer's foot into the sheet material; and forming the sheet material at the center in the width direction thereof. Folding along the longitudinal axis and then sealing and welding along the line perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the sheet material at the center of the hole into which the foot is inserted, to form pants; And cutting off the pants.
[0015]
Further, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, when the sheet-like stretchable elastic material having air permeability is bonded between the two sheet materials, the sheet-like stretchable elastic material is attached to the abdomen (front) side and the back (rear). And adhering separately to the side.
[0016]
Still further, the manufacturing method of the present invention includes a step of stretching and bonding the stretchable elastic material adhered between the two sheet materials so that the waist portion has the same or higher stretch ratio as the other. It is a method of making pants-type disposable diapers.
[0017]
[Action]
Since the pants-type disposable diaper according to the present invention is configured as described above, it is thin and easy to attach and detach. In addition, it has a moderate elasticity to fit the entire waist, can provide a soft and good wearing feeling, and has little stuffiness even when worn for a long time.
[0018]
Further, the manufacturing method of the present invention does not require adhesively fixing a plurality of elastic yarns at small intervals, and can continuously and efficiently manufacture a pants-type disposable diaper.
[0019]

Further, from the viewpoint of wearability, appearance, etc., the stretch rate of the stretchable elastic material is set so that the waist portion has a higher stretch rate than the others (for example, the stretch rate is set to 3.8 times with respect to 3 times around the waist). It is preferred to stretch and adhere. As a means for bonding the two sheet materials and the elastic material, a known means such as a hot melt adhesive, ultrasonic welding, heat sealing, or the like is used as appropriate.
