Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper to be used for infants or incontinent persons.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a disposable incontinence protector or diaper, an elastic member is attached to the outer edge of a flap extending outward from both lateral edges of the absorber, and the flap is folded back to the upper surface, and the longitudinal ends of the folded portion are joined. Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-57782 discloses a structure in which pockets for receiving excrement are provided on both sides in the lateral direction. An absorbent article in which the flap is formed from a breathable and waterproof sheet separate from the top sheet and the back sheet is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-33848. Further, a diaper in which an absorbent main body (insert structure) is attached to a stretchable non-woven exterior member (outer cover) so as not to restrict the stretchability of the exterior member is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. Hei 1-503473. ing.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The disposable incontinence protector or the diaper described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-57782 was not completely effective in preventing excrement leakage and touching the skin. In addition, since the flap is formed of a back sheet extending to the outside of the absorber, if a plastic sheet is used as the back sheet, the plastic sheet directly touches the skin, so that the skin is not good, and the flap is used to improve the touch. Even when a plastic sheet is combined with a sheet such as a non-woven fabric, the sheet strength is required to withstand the intense movement of the user, so that the plastic sheet is stiff and uncomfortable. In addition, there is no air permeability and moisture permeability, and no measures are taken to prevent stuffiness.
[0004]
Further, in an absorbent article in which the flap described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-33848 is composed of a sheet having ventilation and waterproofness separate from the top sheet and the back sheet, improvement in prevention of stuffiness of the flap portion is improved. However, since nothing is done with the backsheet occupying a large area of the absorbent article, the effect of prevention is not sufficient.
[0005]
Further, since a nonwoven fabric or the like is used to impart air permeability, the waterproof effect is insufficient, and no improvement has been made regarding leakage. In addition, when a film having air permeability is used, the film strength is generally lower than that of a film having no air permeability, so that it is necessary to make the film thicker in order to maintain the same film strength. It is stiff and gives the user discomfort.
[0006]
Further, in a diaper in which an absorbent main body is attached to a stretchable nonwoven exterior member described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-503473, the stretchability is not hindered by reducing the adhesive area to be attached. On the other hand, in the case of a wearer with a large amount of exercise, the absorbent body is displaced in the exterior member, leading to leakage of excrement.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper which overcomes the above-mentioned problems of the conventional disposable diaper, has no leakage of excrement, and is comfortable to wear when worn.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The disposable diaper of the present invention is a water-impervious sheet having a thickness of 5 to 20 μm, which is separate from the top sheet and the back sheet on both side edges in the width direction of the absorbent main body, thinner, softer, and softer than the back sheet. And the basis weight of 10 to 25 g / m 2 The above object was achieved by forming a three-dimensional gather in which the outer layer in contact with the skin of the user became a non-woven fabric, and further using a moisture-permeable sheet as the back sheet.
[0008]
That is, the disposable diaper of the present invention is formed by joining a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, an absorbent body having an absorber interposed between the two sheets, and the absorbent body. An exterior member that surrounds the waist and the waist from the wearer's belly when worn, and holds the absorbent body against the wearer, along at least a part of the waist circumference and the pair of leg circumferences of the exterior member. In a disposable diaper with a telescopic elastic member
The absorbent main body is separate from the back sheet. Thinner and softer than the back sheet 5-20μm thick polyethylene Sheet and basis weight 10 to 25 g / m Two A composite sheet made of a nonwoven fabric extends outward from both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the absorber, and is folded back on the absorber to join both longitudinal ends of the folded portion, and a stretchable elastic member is provided on a free edge of a non-joined portion. It has a three-dimensional gather formed and provided, and further joined to the exterior member via a linear adhesive region provided at a position in the vicinity of both longitudinal edges of the absorbent body in a longitudinal central region of the exterior member. It is characterized by having been done.
[0009]
Further, the disposable diaper of the present invention is characterized in that the exterior member is made of a non-stretchable sheet, and the exterior member further includes a waist periphery and a leg periphery of the non-stretchable sheet. A plurality of stretchable elastic members are provided in a stretched state at positions corresponding to the circumference of the wearer's waist except for the stretchable members.
[0010]
The disposable diaper of the present invention is characterized in that the outer member has side flaps having elasticity in the width direction of the diaper, and further, the outer member expands and contracts in the width direction of the diaper. It is characterized by having elasticity.
[0011]
[Action]
In the disposable diaper of the present invention having the above-described structure, the liquid-impermeable three-dimensional gather of the absorbent main body rises at the center in the longitudinal direction to seal between the body of the diaper wearer and free of the three-dimensional gather. A pouch is formed between the rim and the proximal end portion to prevent leakage.
The liquid-impermeable three-dimensional gathers are thinner than the back sheet and are made of a composite sheet that uses a soft non-permeable sheet on the inside and a non-woven fabric on the outside that touches the wearer's skin, so it feels good to the touch And does not cause discomfort to the wearer without being stiff.
[0012]
Further, the absorbent main body is located in a central region in a longitudinal direction of the exterior member. Positions near both longitudinal edges of the absorbent body Established in Linear By bonding to the exterior member through the adhesive region, without lowering the feel of the exterior member, furthermore, it does not hinder the rise of the three-dimensional gather free edge of the absorbent main body and always follows the movement of the wearer. It is possible to provide a diaper having good usability without leakage.
In addition, using a generally inexpensive non-stretchable sheet as an exterior member can provide a diaper at a low cost, and by using a sheet in which a plurality of stretchable elastic members are arranged on the non-stretchable sheet, the fit to the wearer can be improved. Can be improved. Furthermore, by using a sheet having elasticity as an exterior member, a better use feeling can be obtained by fitting around the waist in a supporter shape.
[0013]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings showing examples of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a disposable diaper according to the present invention, in which an exterior member is formed of a non-stretchable sheet, and the side seam is adhesively closed to form a three-dimensional pants type in advance.
The pants-type disposable diaper 1 of FIG. 1 has an opening 2 around the waist and an opening 3 around the leg, and the elastic ribbon 5 is attached to the opening 2 around the waist at the position of the elastic ribbon holding portion 17. Further, a front body 6 and a rear body 7 formed to extend between the left and right leg openings 3 are adhesively closed by side seams 8.
[0014]
The side seam 8 is closed by adhesively bonding the front body 6 and the back body 7 via the crotch portion of the exterior member 18 so that the absorbent main body 9 is on the inside, and protruding both side edges outward, or both side edges. With hot melt adhesive, pressure melting, ultrasonic melting, etc. along the outermost sides of both sides, with the side protruding inward, or with one side edge protruding inward and the other side edge protruding inward. Alternatively, they are joined by combining them.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the side seam 8 of the pants-type disposable diaper 1 of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 is opened and the elastic member is free, and FIG. 3 is a elastic member of FIG. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the elastic body 9 and the exterior member 18 are joined to form a laminate, and the elastic ribbon 5 is attached around the waist at the elastic ribbon holding portion 17; The two sides joined by the side seam 8 when mounted in the state of FIG. 1 are shown as side flaps 4 by being opened and deployed, respectively. A member 15 is provided.
[0016]
Both ends in the longitudinal direction of the joined laminate including both side edge adhesive portions 19 formed at both longitudinal ends of the joined laminate of the absorbent main body 9 and the exterior member 18 are covered so as to be sandwiched by elastic ribbon sandwiching portions 17. Therefore, the fitting property of the elastic ribbon peripheral portion which adheres to the waist around when worn becomes good, and the side edge adhesive portion 19 becomes convex due to the material forming the three-dimensional gather 13 being superimposed, or the texture is hardened. Even so, the band-shaped sheet 20 continuous in the width direction is in contact with the skin, so that there is an effect that the wearer does not feel uncomfortable.
[0017]
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the absorbent body 9 and the exterior member 18 constituting the pants-type disposable diaper of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the absorbent main body 9 is joined at an adhesive region 26 provided in a central region in the longitudinal direction of the exterior member 18. The adhesive area 26 does not need to be joined to the entire surface of the absorbent main body, but only a linear portion provided in the vicinity of both longitudinal edges of the absorbent main body 9 is sufficient, and the longitudinal central area of the absorbent main body 9 is in a non-joined state. It is rather preferable that the absorbent body has good adherence to the body and conformability to the body when worn.
[0018]
The joining is performed by a hot-melt adhesive in an adhesive region 26 provided in a central region in the longitudinal direction of the outermost layer sheet 24 where no side sheet except the side edge of the side sheet 16 exists. The method for applying the hot melt adhesive is not particularly limited as long as it is a method such as bead, spiral, or melt blow. However, since the texture of the sheet tends to be inferior at the position where the adhesive is applied, it is preferable to minimize the bonding area. . FIG. 4 shows an example in which the two linear bonding regions 26 are joined by a bead method, but the bonding may be performed in two or more bonding regions within a range where the sheet feeling is not inferior.
[0019]
In FIG. 4, the absorbent main body 9 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 10, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 11, an absorber 12, and a stretchable elastic member 14. Three-dimensional gathers 13 are provided on both side edges of the absorbent main body 9. Is formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, both side edges near the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 9 are provided with side edge adhesive portions 19 in order to form the three-dimensional gathers 13, and the side edge adhesive portions 19 are formed on the top sheet 10. , A back sheet 11, an elastic member 14, and an adhesive (not shown) for adhesively fixing them.
[0020]
The exterior member 18 sandwiches the leg-elastic elastic members 15 arranged in an extended state on both side edges of the center area in the diaper width direction to which the absorbent body 9 on the non-stretchable outermost layer sheet 24 is joined. As described above, the configuration is such that a pair of side seats 16 are provided. At this time, the leg-surrounding elastic member 15 is provided at least at the crotch portion of the diaper. It is preferable to be disposed along the opening around the leg.
[0021]
Further, the state of the pair of left and right side seams 8 facing the front body 6 and the back body 7 that are joined and fixed when formed into a pants-type disposable diaper is determined by bonding the outermost layer sheets 24 together or The side sheets 16 may be bonded together in a state where the side sheets 16 are stacked on the sheet 24. Further, a method of laminating a sealing sheet 23 having good sealing properties, such as polyethylene, which is separate from both sheets, without using the side sheets 16 on both side edges of the outermost layer sheet 24, and bonding the sheets together. There may be. In any of the above cases, in consideration of the adhesive fixing efficiency, the front body 6 and the back body 7 are overlapped via the crotch portion of the exterior member 18 so that the absorber is on the inside, and both side edges protrude outward. It is good to join in the state.
[0022]
Here, as the top sheet 10, a liquid-permeable non-woven fabric made of synthetic fiber made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, or other thermoplastic resin is used. In order to form the three-dimensional gathers 13 by the side edges of the top sheet 10. In order to enhance the effect of preventing leakage, it is preferable that only both side edges are subjected to hydrophobic processing or liquid impermeable. Further, the three-dimensional gathers 13 may be formed by using a liquid-impermeable non-woven fabric and attaching them separately to both side edges of the absorbent main body 9.
[0023]
The back sheet 11 is made of a liquid-impermeable polyethylene sheet, preferably a polyethylene sheet provided with micropores, and a moisture-permeable liquid-impermeable sheet formed by adding a filler to a thermoplastic resin and stretching to impart moisture permeability. Then there is no need to worry about stuffiness and you are more comfortable. The thickness of the back sheet 11 is preferably 20 to 40 μm.
[0024]
The absorber 12 is preferably a mixture of fluff pulp and a high-absorbency polymer as a main material. In addition, an absorbent paper alone, or a mixture or a laminate of heat-fused fibers is used. Further, it is preferable to form a laminated structure in which the whole is wrapped with a tissue. The shape of the absorber 12 may be an hourglass type or a rectangular type, but the hourglass type provides better fit.
[0025]
In addition to the elastic members 14 arranged at the top ends of the three-dimensional gathers 13, the elastic members 15 around the legs and the elastic members 21 around the waist are made of a usual material such as urethane film, urethane thread, urethane foam, and thread rubber. The stretchable elastics used for diapers can be used as they are, and these stretchable elastic members are arranged in the stretched state in the three-dimensional gather portion, the leg opening, and the waist opening, and are bonded by hot melt adhesive. Fixed.
[0026]
As the non-stretchable outermost layer sheet 24, a nonwoven fabric such as a card and a spun bond, which are generally used for diapers, is made of polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, or the like. Also, a fiber layer made of a group selected material including polyester fiber such as polyethylene terephthalate fiber, polyolefin fiber, polyamide fiber such as nylon fiber, cellulose fiber such as cotton fiber, pulp fiber and a mixture thereof is flowed through a water layer. The nonwoven fabric obtained by entanglement has a good texture such as touch.
[0027]
Further, in order to impart leakproofness to the non-stretchable outermost layer sheet 24, a polyethylene sheet on the inner surface of the nonwoven fabric, preferably a polyethylene sheet provided with micropores, and a filler were added to a thermoplastic resin and stretched. A liquid-impermeable sheet having moisture permeability may be laminated and laminated with a hot melt adhesive or the like to form an outermost layer composite sheet.
[0028]
The method of applying the hot melt adhesive is not particularly limited as long as it is a commonly used method such as a bead, a spiral, and a melt blow, but the influence on the elasticity by the adhesive is reduced, and the texture of the sheet after lamination is good. For this purpose, it is desirable that the amount of the adhesive used be as small as possible and that the adhesive be applied uniformly over the entire application surface, and it is more preferable to apply the adhesive by melt blowing. The bonding by the melt blow is used everywhere in the process of manufacturing a diaper, in addition to laminating a composite sheet.
As the side sheet 16, a nonwoven fabric similar to the outermost sheet 24 is used.
[0029]
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX ′ of FIG. 2, in which the exterior member 18 has a configuration in which the side sheet 16 is disposed on a side edge of the non-stretchable outermost layer sheet 24, and The leg elastic member 15 is attached to the leg. In addition, since the three-dimensional gathers 13 are in direct contact with the wearer's skin, the three-dimensional gathers 13 are formed of a thin, soft, soft, liquid-impermeable composite sheet 11 ′ which is separate from the material constituting the absorbent main body 9. It is desirable to be attached to the side edge of the main body 9. At this time, the liquid impermeable composite sheet 11 ′ constituting the three-dimensional gather 13 is joined to the liquid impermeable back sheet 11 so as to extend outside the side edge of the absorber.
[0030]
The liquid-impermeable composite sheet 11 ′ constituting the three-dimensional gather 13 is thicker than the liquid-impermeable backsheet 11 so that the nonwoven fabric for improving the feel is arranged on the side of the leg surrounding the skin. A composite sheet is used in which a thin but soft polyethylene sheet or the like is wrapped inside. In this case, the polyethylene sheet of the composite sheet has a thickness of 5 to 20 μm and the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 10 to 25 g / m 2. 2 It is necessary to be.
[0031]
The method of laminating the composite sheet composed of the polyethylene sheet and the nonwoven fabric may be a composite sheet in which the polyethylene film is laminated on the entire inner surface of the nonwoven fabric, or may be free from the base end of the three-dimensional gather 13 while leaving a part of the nonwoven fabric. Any of composite sheets in which a film is stuck over the edge may be used.
The bonding method may be any of extrusion lamination, dry lamination, pressure fusion by hot embossing, bonding with a hot melt adhesive, and ultrasonic bonding.
[0032]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the elastic ribbon 5, and the center part of one strip-shaped sheet 20 in the width direction is bent as a fold line into two pieces. The member 21 is sandwiched between the belt-like sheets 20 in an extended state, and the belt-like sheets 20 facing each other are joined to form a stretchable elastic region 22.
In addition, a region where the elastic member on the opposite side of the fold line is not attached forms a non-bonding region 28 without bonding the facing strip-shaped sheets 20, and the absorbent body 9 and the exterior member 18 are not bonded in the non-bonding region 28. To form an elastic ribbon holding portion 17 which is joined so as to sandwich the joined laminated body formed by the above. Alternatively, at least two or more sheets may be arranged to face each other, and a stretchable elastic member 21 around the waist may be arranged therebetween, and a predetermined area between the sheets may be bonded to form the stretchable elastic area 22. In FIG. 6, the waist-stretchable elastic member 21 uses a thread-like elastomer, but the shape may be any shape such as a film-like shape other than a flat shape.
[0033]
FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line A in FIG. The elastic ribbon 5 is joined by the elastic ribbon holding portion 17 with the laminated body of the exterior member 18 and the absorbent main body 9 held therebetween. As shown in FIG. 7, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the laminated body are enclosed by the elastic ribbon holding portion 17.
In the elastic ribbon holding portion 17 for joining the elastic ribbon 5 to the laminate formed by the absorbent main body 9 and the exterior member 18, at both longitudinal end portions of the laminate, between the elastic ribbon 5 and the laminate, An elastic member may be provided separately from the elastic member around the waist provided in the elastic region 22.
[0034]
Here, the band-shaped sheet 20 forming the elastic ribbon 5 is made of a non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, or other thermoplastic resin. It is desirable that the nonwoven fabric is bulky and excellent in flexibility. Further, the width of the elastic elastic region 22 of the elastic ribbon 5 is 5 to 50 mm, preferably about 20 to 30 mm. If the width is less than 5 mm, the area where the elastic ribbon 5 contacts the skin is too small, and the elastic elastic member contracts. Tightening pressure increases, and marks are easily formed on the skin, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if the width is larger than 50 mm, it is too wide and the appearance is poor, and it is folded inside during wearing, which may cause leakage, which is not preferable. The width of the non-joining region 28 constituting the holding portion 17 of the elastic ribbon 5 is such that the adhesive strength of the laminate of the elastic ribbon 5, the absorbent main body 9 and the exterior member 18 can be sufficiently obtained. However, when joining with a hot-melt adhesive, it is preferably about 5 to 20 mm.
[0035]
In the above-described embodiment, a disposable diaper which has been previously made into a three-dimensional pants type is shown. However, a fastening means is provided on the side flap 4 without adhesively closing the side seam 8, and when the diaper is used, the front part of the diaper is used by the fastening means. It may be shaped to be attached by bonding and fixing the body 6 and the back body 7 together.
[0036]
Further, in the above embodiment, the disposable diaper in which the exterior member 18 is made of a non-stretchable sheet is shown. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the waist around the wearer excluding the waist circumference and the leg circumference of the exterior member 18. When a plurality of waist elastic members 27 are disposed substantially in parallel with the waist elastic member 21 at positions corresponding to and the elasticity is given by bonding and fixing with a hot melt adhesive, The fit from the circumference to the leg circumference is improved. In this case, a stretchable elastic member, such as urethane film, urethane foam, urethane thread, or thread rubber, used for a normal disposable diaper is disposed in a stretched state on the non-stretchable outermost layer sheet 24 (nonwoven fabric). The same nonwoven fabric, polyethylene film and the like are laminated and sandwiched so as to sandwich the elastic member.
[0037]
The stretchable elastic member disposed in the extended state contracts when it is in a free state and gathers the exterior member 18 and the absorbent main body 9. The absorbent main body 9 is a laminate including a bulky absorber, and is cleanly gathered. It does not look good without ringing. Therefore, tension control is performed according to the position at which the elastic body is provided, and the elastic body is provided without being stretched at the position where the absorbent body 9 is joined, or at the position where the absorbent body 9 is joined. After applying the stretchable elastic member in an extended state without applying a hot melt adhesive for adhesively fixing the stretchable elastic member, the stretchable elastic member is cut and the stretchable elastic member is shrunk and does not exist at a position where the hot melt adhesive does not exist. Preferably, it is in a state.
[0038]
When imparting elasticity to the side flap portions 4 of the exterior member 18, as shown in FIG. 9, a side bonding sheet 16 ′ having elasticity is used for the side sheet 16. The side laminating sheet 16 ′ having elasticity is a non-stretch material that is stretched when a tensile force is applied, but does not shrink when released from the tensile force. A laminated sheet obtained by laminating and stretching a stretchable sheet to a stretched sheet is used.
[0039]
The stretched sheet is made from a group of materials including polyester fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate fibers, polyolefin fibers, polyamide fibers such as nylon fibers, cellulosic fibers such as cotton fibers, pulp fibers and mixtures thereof. It is obtained by hydroentanglement of the fiber layer.
As the stretchable sheet, a polyurethane-based film having a thickness of 5 to 40 μm and stretchability, a natural rubber sheet, a foamed sheet, or the like is used.
[0040]
The laminating lamination of the stretch sheet and the stretch sheet forming the laminating sheet is bonded by a hot melt adhesive. The method of applying the hot melt adhesive is not particularly limited as long as it is a commonly used method such as a bead, a spiral, and a melt blow, but the influence on the elasticity by the adhesive is reduced, and the texture of the sheet after lamination is good. For this reason, it is desirable that the amount of the adhesive used is as small as possible and that the adhesive is uniformly applied to the entire surface of the application, and it is more preferable to apply the adhesive by melt blowing. The bonding by the melt blow is used everywhere in the process of manufacturing a diaper, in addition to the bonding of the bonding sheet.
[0041]
The elastic side laminating sheet 16 'is stretched when the diaper is put on and taken off. However, when the wearer, especially a baby, wears the diaper by himself, the diaper can be stretched to a size that can be worn with a small force. It is important that the side laminated sheet 16 'preferably has an elastic stress at the time of 50% lateral extension of not more than 300 g / 25 mm width and a recovery rate at the time of stress relaxation of not less than 80%.
[0042]
Since the outermost layer sheet 24 preferably has a good texture such as touch, polyester fiber such as polyethylene terephthalate fiber, polyolefin fiber, polyamide fiber such as nylon fiber, cellulose fiber such as cotton fiber, pulp fiber and the like. A nonwoven fabric or the like obtained by hydroentangling a fiber layer made of a material selected from the group including the mixture is used. The outermost layer sheet 24 is bonded to the side bonding sheet 16 ′ so as to sandwich the leg elastic member 15, forming an exterior member 18, and a pulling force acts to prevent the expansion and contraction elasticity of the bonding sheet. However, the outermost sheet 24 does not need to have the property of shrinking when released from the pulling force because of the elasticity of the side laminated sheet 16 ′. The elastic stress at that time is desirably 200 g / 25 mm width or less.
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 9, in the configuration of the exterior member 18, in order to supplement the sheet strength in a region where the absorbent main body 9 at the center in the diaper width direction on the outermost layer sheet 24 (extended sheet) is joined and fixed, the intermediate sheet is used. 25 is provided. The intermediate sheet 25 is a liquid-impermeable polyethylene sheet, preferably a polyethylene sheet provided with micropores, and a moisture-permeable liquid-impermeable sheet obtained by adding a filler to a thermoplastic resin and stretching it. Then there is no need to worry about stuffiness and you are more comfortable. Further, in order to keep the texture such as the touch of the diaper in good condition, the thickness of the intermediate sheet 25 is preferably 20 to 40 μm.
[0044]
The leg-surrounding elastic members 15 are disposed between the side laminated sheets 16 ′ on both sides of the intermediate sheet 25 and the outermost layer sheet 24. At this time, the leg elastic member 15 is provided at least at the crotch portion of the diaper. However, gathers are present around the entire circumference of the leg to improve the fit and prevent the leak from being worn comfortably by the wearer. It is preferable that the side-bonding sheet 16 ′ having elasticity and the elastic member 15 around the leg form a gather around the leg by the exterior member 18. It is desirable.
[0045]
Considering that a wearer, especially an infant, wears a diaper by himself, easy detachability is an important factor. Also, in addition to eliminating slippage of the diaper when worn, it is desirable that the exterior member 18 holding the absorbent body 9 be in close contact with the wearer especially around the waist and the waist from the viewpoint of good appearance. In consideration of these facts, when the exterior member 18 has elasticity, in order to effectively exhibit the elasticity, when the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the laminated body are included in the elastic ribbon sandwiching portion 17, the laminating is performed. By forming the gathers by sandwiching both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the body exterior member 18 in an extended state, the degree of freedom of elasticity around the waist is increased and the waist opening is easily widened, so that the diaper can be easily attached and detached.
[0046]
In the case of a disposable diaper having elasticity on the entire surface of the exterior member 18, as shown in FIG. 10, the outermost layer sheet 24 represented by an elastic diaper on the side flap 4 is applied to the side laminated sheet 16 '. The outermost layer sheet 24 'is replaced with the outermost layer sheet 24', and the side laminated sheet 16 'is replaced with the outermost layer sheet 24 to form the side sheet 16. In that case, the intermediate sheet 25 provided on the outermost layer sheet 24 may not be present. In this case, a stretchable material is generally more expensive than a non-stretchable material, so that the cost is high, but it is possible to provide a diaper with more excellent fit.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the disposable diaper according to the present invention, the diaper is prevented from being stuffy and leaking, and is fitted to an absorbent body having an excellent touch by bonding an exterior member for holding the absorbent body to a wearer's body. It is possible to provide a diaper having good properties.
