Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a block-out type protective fence installed in a median strip.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The block-out type protective fence has a structure in which the fence surface of the protective fence mounted laterally on the support protrudes toward the roadway side from the support, and the fence surface of the protective fence is flush with the front of the support, or Compared to the non-block-out protective fences that recede, there is no accident of falling or falling of the vehicle caused by the collision of the vehicle with the pillars, and there is no damage to the pillars. Has been adopted.
[0003]
FIG. 1 shows this type of conventional protective fence, in which a column 1 is aesthetically configured to have an I-shape in cross section as shown in FIG. 2, and is tapered upward and lower. A main cross beam 2 made of a pipe having an elliptical cross section is fixed on the support by bolts, and a pipe-shaped lower cross beam 3 is fixed to both sides by bolts. The mounting portion of the lower cross beam 3 is curved in an arc shape according to the shape of the cross beam 3, and the lower cross beam 3 is fitted to the lower cross beam 3, so that the mounting is performed firmly and stably.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional protective fence as shown in FIG. 1, the horizontal beam mounting portion of the column is depressed on both sides, and the thickness of the column is reduced because the thickness is reduced. As the weight increases and the columns become thicker, the width of the median strip increases and the width of the road decreases.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a block-out type protective fence for a median strip that can reduce the thickness of a column.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problem]
The protective fence of the present invention is a block-out type protective fence for a median strip comprising a column and a horizontal beam fitted and fitted in fitting recesses formed on both right and left sides of the column. The fitting concave portion of the mounting portion is formed by shifting the position in the vertical direction on the left and right.
According to the protection fence of the present invention, since the left and right fitting recesses are vertically displaced, the thickness at the fitting recess is increased and the strength is increased as compared with those at the same height. In addition, since the cross beams are shifted up and down, the lights of the oncoming vehicle are blocked correspondingly, so that the light blocking property is improved.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 3 shows an example of a protective fence according to the present invention. In each of the right and left sides of a support 11, an arc-shaped fitting recess 12 is formed by shifting the position in the vertical direction. It is fitted and fastened with bolts 14, and in the example shown, the cross beam 13 is in the shape of a pipe having a circular cross section, but may be in an elliptical shape, a square shape, or another shape. In this case, the fitting recess is also formed to have an elliptical cross section or a flat groove shape in cross section.
[0008]
In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a main cross beam having an elliptical cross section that is fixed to the upper end of the support by a bolt 16.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the protective fence of the present invention, since it is a block-out type, it is possible to prevent accidents such as falling down of the vehicle and falling down due to the vehicle hitting the column at the time of vehicle collision, damage to the column, and mounting of the horizontal beams on both sides of the column. Since the fitting recesses formed are shifted vertically, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the pillar for providing the necessary strength to the pillar, compared to the conventional fitting recess having the same height. Therefore, the weight is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the width of the median strip can be narrowed, so that the width of the road can be widened accordingly. This has the effect of increasing the light-shielding properties.
[Brief description of the drawings]

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG.
FIG. 3 is a side view of the protective fence according to the present invention.
