Description
【0001】
【0036】
SV(hr−1)=処理ガス量(m3/hr)/触媒量(m3)
【0037】
【0041】
圧縮強度σ=P/A (MPa)
【0042】

【0048】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a deodorizing agent and a deodorizing member used for a refrigerator or the like and used for removing hydrogen sulfide, methyl sulfides, organic amines, ammonia and the like, which cause malodor in the refrigerator, or for preventing propagation of various bacteria.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is known that activated carbon is used as a deodorant in refrigerators and the like. However, since activated carbon has a short life as a deodorant and is frequently exchanged, there has been an increasing demand for a longer life of the deodorant.
[0003]
Therefore, deodorizing methods using ozone have been proposed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-86253, Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-28148). In this ozone deodorizing method, ozone is generated by an ozone generator, and a malodorous component is catalytically decomposed using a catalyst in the presence of ozone.
[0004]
A thermal decomposition deodorization method using a platinum catalyst has also been proposed. The thermal decomposition deodorization method is a method in which a thermal decomposition catalyst such as platinum is applied to an adsorbent, odors in a refrigerator are adsorbed for a certain period of time, and the odorous substances are decomposed by heating with a heater.
[0005]
The ozone deodorization method and the thermal decomposition deodorization method can maintain the deodorizing ability for a longer time as compared with a deodorant using activated carbon.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the ozone deodorization method requires an ozone generator, and the thermal decomposition deodorization method requires a heating heater. Therefore, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the deodorizing apparatus increases and the apparatus becomes large-scale.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and provides a deodorizing agent and a deodorizing member which have a long life and low cost, can efficiently remove malodorous components, and have excellent antibacterial performance. The purpose is to:
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The deodorant according to the present invention contains at least one oxide selected from the group consisting of Al 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , manganese oxide, copper oxide, and magnesium oxide, and activated carbon. At least one selected from the group consisting of sodium oxide, sodium peroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium hydroxide, sodium perchlorate, sodium citrate, sodium acetate and sodium oxalate Na compound is 0.01 to 5.00% by mass in terms of Na, potassium oxide, potassium peroxide, potassium carbonate, potassium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, potassium hydroxide, potassium perchlorate, potassium citrate, at least one selected from the group consisting of potassium acetate and potassium oxalate Compound contains 0.01 to 5.00 wt% of K converted value, further, ignition loss measured after being dried 1 hour at 80 ℃ (Ig.loss) 0.1 to 15.0 wt% It is characterized by being.
[0009]
Further, it is preferable activated carbon to be contained is 10 to 50 wt%.
[0010]
Furthermore, the Al 2 O 3 content is 10 to 50 % by mass , the SiO 2 content is 10 to 50 % by mass , the manganese oxide is 5 to 30 % by mass in terms of MnO, and the copper oxide is 1 to 30 % in terms of CuO. The amount of magnesium oxide is preferably 0.01 to 3.00 % by mass in terms of MgO.
[0011]
Furthermore, it is preferable that a part of SiO 2 or all is added as a high-silica zeolite is SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 molar ratio of 5 or more.
[0012]
Furthermore, it is preferable to contain 0.001 to 15 % by mass of silver or a silver compound in terms of Ag.
[0013]
The deodorizing member according to the present invention is characterized in that the deodorizing agent is applied to a carrier.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The inventors of the present application have conducted intensive experiments and researches to solve the above-mentioned problems. As a result, the deodorizer contains at least one kind of SiO 2 , manganese oxide, copper oxide and magnesium oxide and activated carbon. However, it has been found that when the contents of the Na compound and the K compound are adjusted to appropriate amounts, the deodorizing performance is improved and a long-life deodorant can be obtained. When the amount of water of crystallization (Ig.loss) in the contained components is regulated and the various oxides are regulated to appropriate amounts, the deodorizing efficiency is further improved.
[0015]
The deodorant of the present invention can be used as it is in the form of powder, but it is preferable to use it in the form of pellets or honeycombs. Further, in the present invention, a deodorizing member can be formed by applying a deodorant having a proper amount of components and composition to a carrier. Therefore, in the present invention, the chemical components and the composition in the deodorant with respect to the total mass of the deodorant are defined.
[0016]
Hereinafter, the chemical components contained in the deodorant according to the present invention and the reasons for limiting the composition thereof will be described. However, the chemical composition is a value measured after drying the sample at 80 ° C. for 1 hour.
[0017]
Na compound (calculated as Na): 0.01 to 5.00% by mass
Na is a component that improves the deodorizing performance. When the Na compound in the deodorant is less than 0.01% by mass in terms of Na, the deodorizing effect particularly on acidic substances such as hydrogen sulfide decreases. On the other hand, if the Na compound in the deodorant exceeds 5.00% by mass in terms of Na, it reacts with the catalyst component and changes into an inactive substance, so that the deodorizing performance is reduced. Therefore, the Na compound is 0.01 to 5.00% by mass in terms of Na relative to the total mass of the deodorant. As the Na compound, sodium oxide, sodium peroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium hydroxide, sodium perchlorate (or inorganic compounds), sodium citrate, sodium acetate, oxalate Sodium acid (the above is an organic compound ) .
[0018]
K compound (K conversion value): 0.01 to 5.00% by mass
K, like Na, is a component that improves the deodorizing performance. When the K compound in the deodorant is less than 0.01% by mass in terms of K, the deodorizing effect particularly on acidic substances such as hydrogen sulfide decreases. On the other hand, if the K compound in the deodorant exceeds 5.00% by mass in terms of K, it reacts with the catalyst component and changes into an inactive substance, so that the deodorizing performance decreases. Therefore, the amount of the K compound relative to the total mass of the deodorant is 0.01 to 5.00% by mass in terms of K. As the K compound, potassium oxide, potassium peroxide, potassium carbonate, potassium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, potassium hydroxide, potassium perchlorate (or inorganic compounds), potassium citrate, potassium acetate, oxalate There is potassium acid (the above is an organic compound ) .
[0019]
Loss on ignition ( Ig.loss ): 0.1 to 15.0% by mass
The loss on ignition can determine the amount of water of crystallization in the mineral, and this water of crystallization has the effect of improving the deodorizing performance, especially for water-soluble hydrogen sulfide and trimethylamine. When the ignition loss is less than 0.1 % by mass , the deodorizing performance for hydrogen sulfide and trimethylamine is reduced. On the other hand, if the loss on ignition exceeds 15.0 % by mass, the strength required in the case of forming a molded body decreases. Therefore, the ignition loss (Ig.loss) based on the total mass of the deodorant is preferably 0.1 to 15.0 % by mass .
[0020]
The ignition loss (Ig.loss) refers to the weight loss when the dried sample is ignited to a constant weight at 1000 ° C. as shown in the feldspar analysis method of JIS M8853. In the present invention, since activated carbon is contained, in order to prevent the combustion of C (carbon), it is assumed that the mixture is heated in a nitrogen atmosphere.
[0021]
Activated carbon: 10 to 50% by mass
Activated carbon is a component that improves the deodorizing performance. If the amount of activated carbon in the deodorant is less than 10 % by mass , a sufficient deodorizing effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the amount of activated carbon in the deodorant exceeds 50 % by mass, the strength required in the case of forming a molded product is insufficient, and powdering is easily performed. Therefore, the content of activated carbon with respect to the total mass of the deodorant is preferably set to 10 to 50 % by mass .
[0022]
Al 2 O 3 : 10 to 50% by mass
Al 2 O 3 is a component for ensuring the strength required for a molded body. If the content of Al 2 O 3 in the deodorant is less than 10 % by mass , the effect cannot be sufficiently obtained, so that the strength of the molded product is insufficient and the molded product is easily powdered. On the other hand, when the content of Al 2 O 3 in the deodorant exceeds 50 % by mass , the content of the component having the deodorizing effect is relatively reduced, so that the deodorizing performance is reduced. Therefore, when Al 2 O 3 is contained in the deodorant, the content of Al 2 O 3 is preferably 10 to 50 % by mass based on the total mass of the deodorant.
[0023]
SiO 2 : 10 to 50% by mass
SiO 2 is a component that improves the deodorizing performance. When the content of SiO 2 in the deodorizing agent is less than 10 % by mass , the deodorizing performance particularly for methyl sulfide and trimethylamine decreases. On the other hand, if the content of SiO 2 in the deodorant exceeds 50 % by mass, the strength required for forming a molded product is insufficient, and the molded product is easily powdered. Therefore, when SiO 2 is contained in the deodorant, the content of SiO 2 is preferably 10 to 50 % by mass based on the total mass of the deodorant.
[0024]
In addition, high silica zeolite, which is a source of part or all of SiO 2 , has an effect of improving the deodorizing performance for methyl sulfide. Therefore, it is desirable that a part of SiO 2 or the whole is added to the high-silica zeolite is SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 molar ratio of 5 or more.
[0025]
Mn oxide (MnO equivalent): 5 to 30% by mass
The Mn oxide is a component that improves the deodorizing performance. In particular, the coexistence of the Mn oxide with the copper oxide significantly improves the deodorizing performance. If the Mn oxide in the deodorant is less than 5 % by mass in terms of MnO, a sufficient deodorizing effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the Mn oxide exceeds 30 % by mass in terms of MnO, the strength required in the case of forming a molded body is reduced, and it becomes easy to powder. Therefore, when Mn oxide is contained in the deodorant, the Mn oxide is preferably 5 to 30 % by mass in terms of MnO based on the total mass of the deodorant.
[0026]
Copper oxide (CuO equivalent): 1 to 10% by mass
Copper oxide is a component for improving the deodorizing performance and antibacterial property. As described above, the coexistence of the copper oxide with the Mn oxide significantly improves the deodorizing performance. If the copper oxide in the deodorant is less than 1 % by mass in terms of CuO, sufficient deodorization and antibacterial effects cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the Cu oxide exceeds 10 % by mass in terms of CuO, the strength required in the case of forming a molded body is reduced, and powdering becomes easy. Therefore, when copper oxide is contained in the deodorant, it is preferable that the Cu oxide is 1 to 10 % by mass in terms of CuO based on the total mass of the deodorant.
[0027]
Mg oxide (in terms of MgO): 0.01 to 3.00 mass%
Mg oxide is a component that improves antibacterial performance. If the content of Mg oxide in the deodorant is less than 0.01 % by mass in terms of MgO, a sufficient antibacterial effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the Mg oxide exceeds 3.00 % by mass in terms of MgO, the strength required in the case of forming a molded body is reduced, and it becomes easy to powder. Therefore, when Mg oxide is contained in the deodorant, the Mg oxide is preferably 0.01 to 3.00 mass% in terms of MgO based on the total mass of the deodorant.
[0028]
Silver or silver compound (Ag conversion value): 0.001 to 15% by mass
When silver or a silver compound is added at the same time as the Mg oxide, the antimicrobial performance can be improved by the interaction between the two. If the silver or silver compound in the deodorant is less than 0.001 % by mass in terms of Ag, a sufficient antibacterial effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the silver or silver compound exceeds 15 % by mass in terms of Ag, the strength required in the case of forming a molded body is reduced, and powdering is easily performed. Therefore, the silver or silver compound is preferably 0.001 to 15 % by mass in terms of Ag based on the total mass of the deodorant. The Ag in the deodorant includes Ag and Ag compounds in addition to Ag and Ag compounds. The Ag-containing substance refers to a substance such as zeolite and hydroxylapatite, which is obtained by exchanging ions in an ion exchanger with Ag so as to contain Ag.
