Description
【0001】
Tc=β・Tf+(1−β)・Ts
Tc=f(Tf,Ts)
Tc=β・Tf+(1−β)・Ts
Tc=f(Tf,Ts,Tp)
β=g(Tp−Ts)
Tc=β・Tf+(1−β)・Ts
β=exp(−{Tp−Ts}2/0.08)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a thermal analysis device provided with a temperature control unit for controlling the temperature of a heating furnace main body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Thermal analysis is widely used as a test method for determining the thermal properties of various materials and for examining the thermal stability of various inorganic and organic compounds. In this thermal analysis, a sample is stored in a temperature-controlled heating furnace, and various physical quantities such as the mass, dimensions, and enthalpy of the sample are detected. A thermal analysis curve showing the relationship can be obtained.
[0003]
FIG. 4 shows an example of a thermal analyzer for performing the thermal analysis. This thermal analyzer includes a heating furnace
[0004]
In the conventional thermal analyzer having the above-described structure, it is necessary to raise or lower the temperature inside the sample storage unit 1a at a constant speed or maintain the temperature inside the sample storage unit 1a according to a predetermined temperature program at the time of thermal analysis. It has a control unit. Programmed temperature T p is set by the temperature program is fed to a

[0008]
For this reason, the conventional thermal analyzer has a problem that the sample temperature T s does not accurately follow the program temperature T p , so that accurate measurement according to the temperature program cannot be performed.
[0009]
Note that the use of the sample temperature T s as the amount of feedback control system, is possible to the sample temperature T s accurately follow the programmed temperature T p. However, the sample temperature T s, since a large time delay element by the heat capacity of the
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and by controlling the temperature of the heating furnace main body in consideration of not only the furnace body temperature but also the sample temperature, the stability of the control system is not significantly impaired, and the It is an object of the present invention to provide a thermal analyzer capable of causing a temperature to accurately follow a program temperature.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is to solve the above problems, with the sample accommodating portion for accommodating a sample is formed in the pressurized hot furnace body, heating means is provided around the furnace body, and In a thermal analyzer equipped with a furnace body temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature near the periphery of the heating furnace body and a sample temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature in the sample storage section, the furnace body temperature detecting means detects the temperature. This is a function using the furnace body temperature, the sample temperature detected by the sample temperature detecting means, and the program temperature set by the temperature program as parameters, and the furnace is divided by a rate corresponding to the temperature difference between the program temperature and the sample temperature. and feedback temperature calculating means for calculating a feedback temperature by the function to involve sample temperature to body temperature, and feedback temperature feedback temperature calculation means has calculated A temperature control unit including a comparison unit that calculates a temperature deviation by comparing the temperature difference with the program temperature, and a heating control unit that adjusts a heating amount of the heating unit according to the temperature deviation calculated by the comparison unit. And
[0012]
According to the above configuration , the feedback temperature, which is the feedback amount of the control system, is a temperature that takes into account not only the furnace temperature but also the sample temperature, so that there is almost no difference between the program temperature that is the target value and the furnace temperature. Even when there is no sample temperature, if there is a sufficient difference from the sample temperature, the temperature deviation calculated by the comparing means can be increased to some extent. Then, the heating control means adjusts the heating amount of the heating means so that the sample temperature approaches the program temperature even more, so that the sample temperature can quickly follow the program temperature.
[0013]
Moreover, since not only the furnace body temperature and the sample temperature but also the program temperature are added to the parameters, the sample temperature is related to the feedback temperature in accordance with the temperature difference between the program temperature and the sample temperature, which are direct target values. You can change the match. Therefore, not only can the sample temperature more quickly follow the program temperature, but also the stability of the control system can be improved as compared with the case where the rate at which the sample temperature relates to the feedback temperature is fixed.
[0014]
The function refers to a relationship in which, if the value of each parameter is determined within the range of each domain, the value is uniquely determined in accordance with the value. Moreover, the function referred to here must be such that all parameters can contribute to the value of the function.
[0015]
By the way, the temperature of the sample storage section detected by the sample temperature detecting means, that is, the sample temperature, can be the temperature of the reference material or the like stored in the sample storage section in addition to the original sample temperature.
[0016]
The feedback temperature calculating means, the temperature difference between the programmed temperature and the sample temperature as a parameter, the value range for calculating the coefficient beta by 0 <beta <get function takes a value within the range of 0 ≦ beta ≦ 1 , The furnace temperature is T f , the sample temperature is T s , and the feedback temperature is T c ,
T c = β · T f + (1−β) · T s
It is preferable that the feedback temperature is calculated by the following calculation.
[0017]
In the case of the above configuration, the feedback temperature is calculated by a weighted average of the furnace body temperature and the sample temperature. However, since the value of the coefficient β changes in accordance with the temperature difference between the program temperature and the sample temperature, it becomes possible to dynamically change the ratio of the sample temperature to the feedback temperature. Further, since the rate at which the sample temperature is involved continuously changes in accordance with the temperature difference, there is no possibility that a change in the sample temperature that is not present in the temperature program such as bending or stepping will appear.
[0018]
Here, the coefficient β may take a value of 0 or 1 depending on the temperature difference between the program temperature and the sample temperature. Therefore, the value range of the function is in the range of 0 ≦ β ≦ 1. However, this function must also be able to take values in the
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0020]
1 to 3 there is shown an embodiment of the present invention, the temperature difference T p in FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a temperature control unit of the thermal analysis apparatus, FIG. 2 is a program temperature and the sample temperature FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a normal distribution type relationship between −T s and coefficient β, and FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating another relationship between the temperature difference T p −T s between the program temperature and the sample temperature and the coefficient β. Components having the same functions as those of the conventional example shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0021]
The thermal analyzer of the present embodiment has the same structure as the conventional example shown in FIG. Therefore, the furnace body temperature Tf is detected by the furnace
[0022]
Temperature control unit of the thermal analysis apparatus, as shown in FIG. 1, the temperature difference T p -T c is calculated which is the difference between the programmed temperature T p and feedback temperature T c by a
[0023]
The
T c = f (T f, T s)
Is calculated to calculate the feedback temperature Tc . Thus, the temperature feedback temperature T c is the amount of feedback control system is also considered sample temperature T s as well furnace temperature T f. As a constant of the, for example beta and 0 <β <1 range when that the feedback temperature T c and linear combinations of the furnace body temperature T f and the sample temperature T s,
T c = β · T f + (1−β) · T s
Is calculated.
[0024]
The function f is
T c = f (T f, T s, T p)
As in, in addition to the furnace body temperature T f and the sample temperature T s program temperature T p can also be a parameter. By the function g to the parameters temperature difference T p -T s of, for example, programmed temperature T p and the sample temperature T s,
β = g (T p −T s )
The value of the coefficient β is determined by calculating
T c = β · T f + (1−β) · T s
By performing the above calculation, the feedback temperature Tc can also be calculated. In this case, the coefficient beta, varies according to the value of the temperature difference T p -T s. Then, the higher the temperature difference T p -T s is greater by reducing the value of the coefficient beta, the sample temperature T s to the feedback temperature T c is such proportion involved is high.
[0025]
The function g for calculating the coefficient as described above beta, for example, β = exp (- {T p -T s} 2 /0.08)
A normal distribution type such as In this case, the relationship between the temperature difference T p -T s and the coefficient β is represented by the normal distribution curve as shown in FIG. That is, only the furnace body temperature T f are involved in feedback temperature T c becomes β is 1 when the temperature difference T p -T s is 0, the coefficient as the absolute value of the temperature difference T p -T s is greater β but the sample temperature T s becomes higher proportion involved close to 0. Further, the temperature difference T p -T s is a coefficient β of about 0.6 when the 0.2 K, and a furnace body temperature T f and the sample temperature T s involved in the feedback temperature T c to the same extent become.
[0026]
The relationship between the temperature difference T p -T s and the coefficient β may be as represented by the curve as shown in FIG. In this case, only the temperature difference T p -T s of the absolute value of the furnace body temperature T f in the coefficient β becomes 1 when equal to or less than 0.2K the threshold is involved in the feedback temperature T c. However, if the absolute value of the temperature difference T p -T s is greater than 0.2 K, proportion coefficient β is the sample temperature T s is involved approaches 0 becomes high.
[0027]
Temperature controller of thermal analysis apparatus of the above configuration calculates a feedback temperature T c in consideration of the furnace body temperature T f and the sample temperature T s, calculating the temperature difference T p -T c the programmed temperature T p to so, for example, even if there is little temperature difference between the programmed temperature T p and furnace temperature T f, if the sample temperature T s is sufficiently low temperatures than this, the
[0028]
Further, when the temperature difference between the programmed temperature T p and the sample temperature T s is small, the sample temperature T s to reduce the proportion involved in feedback temperature T c, substantially similar to the conventional furnace body temperature T Temperature control can be performed only by f, and the stability of the control system can be prevented from being impaired.
[0029]
Furthermore, since the sample temperature T s is changed continuously according to the temperature difference of the proportion involved in feedback temperature T c and programmed temperature T p and the sample temperature T s, Ya bent to a change in the sample temperature T s There is no possibility that a change that is not present in the temperature program such as a step appears.
[0030]
In the above-described embodiment, a thermal analyzer such as a thermobalance that stores only a sample in the sample storage section 1a has been described. However, in the case of a differential thermal analysis (DTA) apparatus or the like, the sample storage section 1a originally has
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the thermal analysis apparatus of the present invention, since the temperature control of the heating furnace main body is performed in consideration of not only the furnace body temperature but also the sample temperature, when the heat capacity of the heating furnace main body is large, Also, the sample temperature actually subjected to the temperature control can accurately follow the programmed temperature.
