TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a powdery skin cleanser, and more particularly, to a powdery skin cleanser which gives a smooth feel by eliminating the rough feeling of the skin, and is excellent in foaming, detergency and storage stability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an enzyme (proteinase) such as papain has been blended into a powdery skin cleanser, and an unnecessary stratum corneum or the like on the skin surface is peeled off by the enzyme. However, a powder detergent containing papain may cause deterioration of the odor when exposed to the effects of high temperature or light irradiation for a long period of time.
[0003]
An old stratum corneum is present on the surface of human skin, and if this unnecessary stratum corneum remains without being peeled off, the skin becomes rough. Accordingly, there has been a demand for the development of a powder cleaning agent having a more excellent storage stability, which can safely remove the unnecessary old stratum corneum, remove the rough feeling of the skin, and give a smooth feeling of use.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a powdery skin cleanser that eliminates the rough feeling of the skin, gives a smooth feel, and foams, has excellent detergency and storage stability. Is what you do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, it has been found that a specific quaternary ammonium salt, particularly trimethylglycine, can activate enzymes (such as trypsin) resident in the skin, and The finding that the exfoliation of the old stratum corneum is promoted by the activation of the enzyme, and the finding that the exfoliation of the old stratum corneum can be carried out safely by using these specific quaternary ammonium salts was obtained. It was completed.
[0006]
That is, the present invention provides the following general formula (I)
[0007]
Embedded image
[0008]
(Wherein, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 each independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; n represents 0 or a positive integer; provided that R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are (The sum of the number of carbon atoms and n is 8 or less)
0.1 to 5% by weight of a quaternary ammonium salt represented by the formula , and a powdered anionic surfactant of 10% by weight or more, and a polyol, a saccharide, an inorganic powder, and an organic powder. And a powdered skin cleanser comprising one or more selected from synthetic resin powders and pigments .
[0009]
Here, as the quaternary ammonium salt, trimethylglycine is particularly preferably used.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0012]
The quaternary ammonium salt used in the present invention has the following general formula (I)
[0013]
Embedded image
(Wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 each independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; n represents 0 or a positive integer; provided that R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are (The sum of the number of carbon atoms and n is 8 or less)
It is represented by
[0014]
In the general formula (I), a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms can be widely used as R 1 , R 2 and R 3 . That is, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, sec-butyl, tert-butyl, hexyl, isohexyl, 3-methylpentyl, 2,2-dimethylbutyl or Examples thereof include a 2,3-dimethylbutyl group and the like. These R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 may be the same or different.
[0015]
In the present invention, trimethylglycine in which R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are all methyl groups and n is 0 in the general formula (I) is most preferably used. Further, in the above general formula (I), γ-butyrobetaine in which R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are all methyl groups and n is 2 is also preferably used. In the present invention, one or a combination of two or more of these quaternary ammonium salts can be used.
[0016]
The amount of the quaternary ammonium salt is 0.1 to 5% by weight based on the total amount of the detergent of the present invention. If the amount is too small, the sufficient effect of the present invention cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the amount is too large, the odor tends to be strong.
[0017]
In the skin cleanser of the present invention, a quaternary ammonium salt can activate an enzyme that is resident in the skin, whereby the old stratum corneum can be exfoliated without using an external enzyme such as papain.
[0018]
As the powder component contained in the powdery skin cleanser of the present invention, it can be used arbitrarily as long as it is commonly used in skin cleanser and can be supplied in powder form. Anionic surfactants are preferably used. Such anionic surfactants include, for example, fatty acid salts, alkyl sulfates, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfates, alkyl amide sulfates, N-long chain acyl amino acid salts, acyl alkyl taurine salts, α-acyl sulfonate salts, alkyl salts Sulfonates, alkyl allyl and alkyl naphthalene sulfonates, alkyl phosphates, alkyl amide phosphates, alkyl ether carboxylates, alkyloxy ether carboxylates, and the like. Earth metals.
[0019]
Examples of the powder component include polyols and saccharides, inorganic powders, organic powders, synthetic resin powders, various pigments, and the like, and specific examples thereof include mannitol, silica, talc, glucose, erythritol, spherical polyethylene powder, and lactose. Etc. are exemplified.
[0020]
In the present invention, one or more of the above-mentioned powder components can be arbitrarily selected and used. From the viewpoint of skin detergency, an anionic surfactant is contained in the entire amount of the detergent, particularly 10 % by weight or less. Ru is above blended.
[0021]
When the powder components are combined with each other to be used in the form of fine granules, as a binder, hydroxyethyl cellulose, a hydrophilic cellulose-based polymer such as hydroxymethyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, and a hydrophobic cellulose-based polymer such as methyl cellulose, Polyethylene glycol or the like can be used.
[0022]
As a granulation method in which the powder components are combined into a fine granule, any commonly known method can be used. For example, according to the wet drying method, after uniformly mixing the powder of the cleaning component and the moisturizing component, a solvent in which a binder is dissolved, water and the like are added to the mixture, and the mixture is wetted, dried, and then sieved. can get. In addition, an extrusion granulation method in which the particle size is adjusted by an extrusion granulator after drying, followed by drying and sieving, can also be applied. Further, a fluidized-bed granulation method in which a homogeneous mixed powder is suspended in a fluidized bed and sprayed with a solvent in which a binder is dissolved, water, or the like and granulated may be used.
[0023]
In addition, as a solvent used for dissolving the binder, any solvent commonly used in powdered skin cleansing agents such as ethanol and acetone can be used.
[0024]
In the present invention, if necessary, agents such as humectants, excipients, bactericides, and the like, pigments, fragrances, and the like that are usually added to the external preparation for powdered skin may be added.
[0025]
