Lotion is usually used for the purpose of replenishing the stratum corneum of the washed skin with moisture and moisturizing components and adjusting the physiological action of the skin, and generally comprises an aqueous component as a main component. In addition, a fresh and refreshing feeling is demanded as the feeling of use.

However, since the lotion contains an aqueous component as a main component, when applied to the skin, it has a drawback that it is repelled by sebum and is poorly applied to the skin. This poor adaptation to the skin has caused insufficient penetration of the moisturizing component, which is the original purpose of the lotion, into the skin, and also had insufficient action to tighten the skin.

As means for improving the familiarity of the lotion to the skin, blending of polyhydric alcohol, sugar, water-soluble polymer and the like has been attempted. However, although these substances have an action of imparting a moist feeling, they are not water soluble and do not sufficiently improve skin familiarity with a lotion, and conversely leave a sticky feeling and a filmy feeling on the skin after use. Had the disadvantage that
Attempts have also been made to improve the familiarity of the lotion by adding a surfactant, but there is a drawback in that the skin after use is left slimy and sticky, and the foam easily forms during use and does not easily disappear. Was.

On the other hand, in order to improve the familiarity of the skin lotion, it is conceivable to add an oil agent to the skin lotion, but in this case, a surfactant must be used in combination, and the appearance becomes a two-layer type or an emulsion. Such cosmetics not only impair the refreshing sensation required of the lotion, but also have the above-mentioned drawbacks specific to surfactants.

Therefore, there has been a demand for a lotion that has good adaptability to the skin without using a surfactant, has a clear feeling of use, and has a uniform and transparent appearance.

In view of such circumstances, the present inventor has extremely numerous components,
In particular, as a result of various investigations by blending the oil agent into the lotion, surprisingly, when a specific amount of glyceryl tricaprylate, glyceryl tricaprate or castor oil is blended with ethanol, skin familiarity, feeling of use and appearance should be satisfied. The present inventors have found that a lotion can be obtained, and have completed the present invention.
