Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a granular skin cleansing composition. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a granular skin cleansing composition which does not have a rough feeling on the skin, is smooth, has good foaming, and is excellent in a refreshing feeling after washing.

In recent years, many facial cleansing powders and the like have been put on the market as powdered skin cleansing agents, and their recognition in the market has increased, and they have been widely supported. The powdery skin cleanser has a lower bulk density and a lighter mass than the cream milky liquid cleanser, and is therefore excellent in portability. In addition, since it contains substantially no water, it is possible to avoid the risk of poor quality such as syneresis at high temperature and solidification at low temperature, which are often seen in cream milky liquid cleaning agents. In addition, it has the advantage that various active ingredients including enzymes such as protease and papain can be stably blended over time without inactivating them.

However, the powdered skin cleansing agent is scattered during use, and has problems such as difficulty in use, a feeling of roughness on the skin, poor foaming, and no refreshing feeling after washing.

Patent Document 1 discloses a skin cleansing agent containing an amino acid-based anionic surfactant and crystalline cellulose powder to improve foaming property and usability. Patent Document 2 discloses a powdery skin cleansing agent containing a quaternary ammonium salt, a powdered anionic surfactant, and the like to eliminate the roughness of the skin and give a smooth feel. Patent Document 3 discloses a granular cleaning composition containing coconut oil isethionic acid, sulfosuccinate and dextrin to improve the amount of foam and the quality of foam.

However, in any of the documents, the method for producing the granulating cleaning agent composition is not described in detail, and since high-concentration ethanol is widely used as the solubilizing agent for the binder, it is practically explosion-proof. , Solvent recovery, safety measures, etc. remain manufacturing issues.

Further, Patent Document 4 contains a fatty acid salt, an N-acylamino acid-based surfactant, a saccharide having a specific particle size, an excipient of a clay mineral, and a fine powder having a specific particle size in a specific ratio, and has a good foam. A composition for washing granules, which has good quality and a good skin feeling after washing and has improved usability, has been disclosed, but the granulation method is a mixing / stirring granulation method using a locking mixer or a Henschel mixer. It is considered that there is a limit to improving smooth quality by eliminating the feeling of roughness on the skin. In order to obtain a high-quality powdered skin cleanser, the unit operation of composition components and compounding ratio and granulation is inseparable, but there is still much room for consideration. Further improvement is desired in response to rising customer demand levels.

The method for producing a granular skin cleaning agent composition according to the above.

The present invention provides a method for producing a granular skin cleansing composition which does not have a rough feeling on the skin, is smooth, has good foaming, and is excellent in a refreshing feeling after washing.

As the N-acylglycine salt of the component (a) used in the present invention, N-coconut oil fatty acid acylglycine sodium and N-coconut oil fatty acid acylglycine potassium are commercially available and are preferably used. As the N-acylaspartate, sodium N-lauroylaspartate is commercially available and is preferably used. The N-acylglycine salt and the N-acylaspartate may be used alone or in combination. Preferably, when used in combination, foaming is good and a refreshing feeling after washing can be easily obtained.

(A) The content of N-acylglycine salt and / or N-acylaspartate is preferably 3 to 40% by mass, more preferably 3 to 40% by mass, based on the mass of the granular skin cleaning composition, regardless of whether it is used alone or in combination. It is 5 to 30% by mass. If it is less than 3% by mass, it foams and the detergency deteriorates, and if it exceeds 40% by mass, the detergency becomes too strong and it becomes difficult to obtain a refreshing feeling after washing.

(B) As the N-acylmethyl taurine salt, lauroyl methyl taurine sodium, myristyl methyl taurine sodium, stearoyl methyl taurine sodium, oleoyl methyl taurine sodium, and coconut oil fatty acid methyl taurine sodium are commercially available, and have good foaming and foam. It is preferably used because it contributes to the stability of.

The N-acylmethyltaurine salt of (b) is preferably blended in a proportion of 1 to 10% by mass with respect to the mass of the granular skin cleansing composition. The above blending amount is preferable in that a granular skin cleansing composition having good foaming and good foam stability can be obtained.

(C) One or more sugars / sugar alcohols selected from sucrose, maltose, trehalose, lactose, glycerin, diglycerin, erythritol, sorbitol, maltitol, xylitol, and mannitol are water-soluble during use. It is possible to maintain an appropriate moisturizing feeling while improving the stability of the foam and the refreshing feeling of use after washing. In particular, glycerin, diglycerin, sorbitol, and maltitol are preferably used.

The sugar / sugar alcohol of (c) is preferably blended in a proportion of 1 to 10% by mass with respect to the mass of the granular skin cleansing composition. It is preferable to use the above amount in that it can maintain a refreshing feeling after washing and an appropriate amount of moisture.

In the present invention, granulation is performed by a fluidized bed granulation method while spraying a polysaccharide-containing dispersion containing water. Such a polysaccharide-containing dispersion containing water is particularly preferable in that it acts as a binder between particles and evaporates water after spraying to obtain a porous and soft granule.

As the polysaccharide that can be used at this time, cellulose derivatives such as methyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose are preferably used because they can be easily granulated to an appropriate particle size. Sodium alginate, carrageenan, pectin, xanthan gum, pullulan, soybean polysaccharide and the like may be used. Two or more of these may be used in combination. For the above-mentioned polysaccharide, a polysaccharide-containing dispersion containing water is prepared in advance and used as a spray liquid. The polysaccharide concentration of the polysaccharide-containing dispersion containing water is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 8.0% by mass.

Further, in the method for producing a granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention, the amount of the spray liquid of the polysaccharide-containing dispersion liquid containing water is a product containing surfactants and excipients, which are essential components in the fluidized bed granulation method. The ratio is preferably 30 to 70% by mass with respect to the total amount of the grain components. It is preferable that the content is within the above range because it becomes easy to obtain porous, soft and homogeneous spherical particles.

The method for producing the granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention is described above even in the method of spraying the above-mentioned mixture of (a), (b) and (c) with a polysaccharide-containing dispersion containing water. A method of spraying a polysaccharide-containing dispersion containing (c) and water on the mixture of (a) and (b) may be used. Further, a method of spraying a polysaccharide-containing dispersion containing the remaining (c) and water on a mixture of a part of (c) and (a) and (b) may be used.

The polysaccharide-containing dispersion may contain a liquid medium (ethanol or the like) other than water as long as the object of the present invention is not impaired, but the content thereof is 10% by mass in the polysaccharide-containing dispersion. The ratio is preferably as follows. Moreover, the liquid medium may be only water.

The fluidized bed granulation method is a method of spraying a binder onto powder blown up in a hot air stream to granulate. In principle, porous, soft and homogeneous spherical particles can be easily obtained, and the drying efficiency is remarkably good, so that they can be suitably used in the present invention. The operation may be performed by a conventional method and is not particularly limited, but conditions such as air supply temperature, air supply air volume, spray liquid rate, spray air pressure, drying temperature and drying time are adjusted in a timely manner according to the charged amount and the charged prescription. There is a need. Adopting a granulation method other than the fluidized layer granulation method, for example, a stirring granulation method using a Henschel mixer or a screw extrusion granulation method, a strong mechanical shearing force or pressure is applied to the powder or granular material. It tends to cause powdering or hard coarse granulation, and it is difficult to obtain good dispersibility. As a result, it becomes difficult to obtain a product that does not have a rough feeling on the skin, is smooth, and has good foaming, which is not preferable.

In the present invention, a dispersion liquid containing water is used in the fluidized bed granulation method. This is preferable in explosion-proof, solvent recovery, safety measures, and the like. Then, when the fluidized bed granulation method is performed using a dispersion liquid containing water, by using a specific material as described above, a granular skin cleansing composition having excellent performance can be obtained. It is something that can be done.

The granulated product obtained by the above-mentioned fluidized bed granulation method may be sieved with a sieve of 20 mesh (opening 840 μm) or the like to adjust the particle size, if necessary. The granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention preferably has a powder ratio of a size that passes through a sieve having a particle size of 200 mesh (opening 74 μm) of 20% or less by mass, more preferably 10% by mass. It is as follows. A granular skin cleansing composition having an adjusted particle size is suitable because it improves water solubility during use and is smooth and foams well. In addition, since the scattering property of the powder is reduced and the work efficiency such as weighing, filling, and finishing is improved, it is possible to divide the powder according to the amount used for one time if necessary.

In the method for producing a granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned contained components, components commonly used in cosmetics are contained within a range that does not impair the intended effect of the present invention. Can be done. For example, surfactants, excipients, binders, thickeners, moisturizers, metal sequestering agents, preservatives, fragrances, colorants, astringents, anti-inflammatory agents, enzymes other than the above-mentioned essential components of surfactants. , Vitamin and the like, and the granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention can be produced. These components may be mixed with (a) and (b) and used as a powder component depending on their properties, or may be used by being dissolved / dispersed in a polysaccharide-containing dispersion. ..

Surfactants other than the above-mentioned essential components of surfactants include foams by containing one or more of higher fatty acid salts, acyl glutamates, alkyl betaines, acylated isethionic acids and the like. The evaluation of functional properties may be improved.

As the excipient, inorganic powders such as talc, mica, sericite, kaolin, bentonite, barium sulfate and silicic anhydride, and organic powders such as starch, dextrin and crystalline cellulose are preferably used. The content of the excipient is not particularly limited, but is generally 20 to 70% by mass. If it is less than 20% by mass, the effect as an excipient is difficult to obtain, and if it exceeds 70% by mass, foaming tends to be inhibited.

The granular skin cleansing composition obtained by the method for producing a granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention is substantially water-free. That is, since the water in the spray liquid evaporates and disappears in the granulation step, the granular skin cleansing composition as the final product does not contain water. Therefore, there is an advantage that components that are easily hydrolyzed can be stably blended.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples. The content in this example is mass% in the granular skin cleansing composition.

As is clear from Tables 1 and 2, according to the method for producing the granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention, there is no rough feeling on the skin, smoothness, good foaming, and excellent cleansing feeling after washing. A granular skin cleansing composition could be obtained.
On the other hand, in the case of the method for producing the granular skin cleansing composition of the comparative example, good results have not been obtained in these evaluation items. Therefore, it is clear that the method for producing the granular skin cleansing composition of the present invention has an excellent effect.
Further, this is considered to be an effect related to the composition component and blending ratio and the granulation property of the fluidized bed granulation method.

The granular skin cleansing composition thus obtained was packed and packaged in 0.5 g × 300 pieces with a blister pack automatic filling and packaging machine to obtain a hermetically sealed granular skin cleansing composition. The package thus obtained had little variation in mass, and did not have the problem of poor sealing (poor sealing of biting) due to the remaining fine powder in the sealed portion. This is also considered to be an effect due to the high granulation property of the composition obtained by the method of the present invention.
