Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a luggage fixing device used when fixing and further transporting luggage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When transporting luggage, a trader usually carries luggage in a simple box made of cardboard or the like. At this time, if the luggage is simply stored in the box, there is a risk that the luggage in the box may be moved and damaged by an impact during transportation.
[0003]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 16, styrofoam molded so as to be able to fix the periphery of the packaged bag at a predetermined position is applied to the packaged package, or a cushioning material such as foamed plastic dust or air packing is provided around the packaged package. They are spread around to prevent luggage from moving inside the box.
[0004]
However, in the above-mentioned method, the cost of the cushioning material such as styrene foam and air packing is generated every time the product is transported, and the cost of the transport is increased. Further, conventionally, since the cushioning material has been processed by the side that has received the luggage, there is a problem in that the material is eventually turned into garbage and the processing becomes difficult.
[0005]
In view of this, the present applicant discloses in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 9-323710 a transport platform that fixes and transports a load to the load transport platform 1 using the load transport platform 1 and the load fixing belt 3 (FIG. 17). ). In this carrier, first, one end of the bag fixing belt 3 is locked to one of the locking portions 2 of the baggage carrier 1. Next, the other end of the luggage fixing belt 3 is locked to another locking portion 2 different from the locking portion 2 of the luggage carrier 1. Then, after being wound around the frame and turned back, the hook-and-loop fasteners 4 are engaged with each other while being pulled and fixed. The luggage carrier 1 on which the luggage is fixed and loaded is transported in this state on a belt conveyor, and is safely transported without vibration or damage during the transportation. .
[0006]
However, in the present invention, the baggage fixing belt 3 can be fixed only to frames (locking portions) formed at both ends of the carrier. Therefore, when a small package is fixed, a space is created between the locking portion 2 and the package, and there is a problem that the package cannot be securely fixed. In addition, since a frame for locking the baggage fixing belt 3 needs to be formed on the baggage carrier 1 in advance, it is naturally necessary to individually manufacture a dedicated product, which results in a special manufacturing cost. there were.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a problem to be solved by the present inventor is to easily and reliably use a board without using a cushioning material or the like when carrying luggage or the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a luggage fixing device that can be fixed to and released from a shaped member. Another object of the present invention is to provide a transportable member which can be manufactured by using a light-weight and low-cost cardboard or the like and which can be reused by appropriately replacing the member.
[0008]
[Means to solve the problem]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the invention according to claim 1 places a load 50 having at least two opposed through holes 21 at a fixed position inside from the peripheral end. plate and member 20, and a fixing belt 30 for fixing the load 50 on the plate member 20 with the locking member 35 at one end, said plate-like member to the fixing belt 30 for At least two belt ends are inserted through at least two through holes 21 of the plate 20 so as to protrude toward the surface side of the plate-like member 20, and these protruding belt portions are interposed via the locking members 35. The luggage fixing device 100 is characterized in that the luggage 50 is fixed by being connected to each other, and is provided with an exterior member covering the entirety . In this case, at least two or more fixing belts 30 are formed on the surface of the plate-like member 20 so as to protrude from the through holes 21 formed on the plate-like member 20, and the belts are connected to each other via a locking member 35 formed at an end of the protruding fixing belt 30. The connection allows the luggage 50 to be securely fixed at a fixed position on the plate-like member 20. Thereby, it can be fixed quickly and reliably. Further, since the plate-shaped member 20 of the present invention only needs to provide the through-holes 21 in the plate material, it can be easily manufactured using an inexpensive material such as a cardboard or a plastic plate. Therefore, even if the plate member 20 is damaged, it can be easily repaired by replacing it. Further, after the luggage 50 is fixed to the plate-shaped member 20, the luggage is housed in the exterior member 40, so that the entire periphery of the luggage 50 is protected by the exterior member 40, thereby preventing the luggage 50 from being damaged during transportation. be able to.
[0009]
Further, the means adopted in the invention according to claim 2 is that a male and female hook-and-loop fastener 36 is provided on the other end side of the fixing belt 30, and a locking member 35 provided on one end side is used to fix this hook-and-loop fastener 36 side. The luggage fixing device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the belt (30) is folded back and locked, and the male and female surface fasteners (36) are engaged and connected. This uses the hook-and-loop fastener 36 to fix the luggage 50. That is, first, the other end side of the fixing belt 30 is inserted through a frame or the like that forms the locking member 35, and then the inserted one is folded back so as to wind the frame, and the male and female faces on the same surface. The hook-and-loop fasteners 36 are engaged with each other and fixed. Thereby, the baggage 50 can be strongly fastened using the principle of leverage, and the luggage 50 can be firmly fixed to the plate member 20. Further, the fixing force can be finely adjusted by the engagement positions of the hook-and-loop fasteners 36.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A luggage fixing device according to the present invention includes a plate-shaped member and a fixing belt. The plate-shaped member may be made of any material such as veneer or cardboard. The size, thickness, and shape are not particularly limited. The plate member has two or more through holes. This is because the fixing belt is inserted through the through-hole so that the end of the fixing belt protrudes toward the surface of the plate member. The protruding fixing belt is used for fixing the load to the plate-like member. The number of the end portions of the fixing belt protruding from the surface is not particularly limited as long as it is two or more. However, as shown in FIG. If the fixing belt is formed so as to protrude, the load can be securely fixed. Further, a locking member for connecting each belt is formed on at least one of the ends of the fixing belt. The locking member may be of any type, such as a locking type or a belt buckle. A square ring is attached to one end of the fixing belt, and the other belt is passed through the other belt and folded, and then fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener, etc. It is preferable because it can be easily attached and detached.
[0016]
On the other hand, the back side is provided with a predetermined means so that the belt does not slip out to the front side. For example, a method of fixing a fixing belt to a ring fixed to the back surface of the plate-like member, or attaching a stopper for preventing removal as shown in FIG. 4 to the fixing belt can be considered. If such a means is used, the fixing belt can be easily and reliably fixed without being shifted when the fixing belt is pulled when the fixing belt is fastened.
[0017]
Then, the luggage is placed between the respective fixing belts on the surface of the plate-like member, and the luggage is fixed via a locking member provided on one end side of the fixing belt. In this way, the luggage fixing device of the present invention can be easily and reliably fixed to the plate-like member. For example, when the plate-like member is placed on the lower surface when being transported by a belt conveyor or the like, vibration occurs during the transportation. Even if a crack occurs, it can be safely transported without abrasion or damage.
[0018]
Furthermore, an upright member standing upright in the plane direction of the above-mentioned plate-like member may be provided around the load. The standing member may have any shape such as a rod-shaped body and a plate-shaped body. In particular, it is preferable to use cardboard in terms of cost and workability. Further, it may be formed all around the luggage in the front, rear, left, right, up and down directions of the luggage. By forming the standing member, even when the plate-like members are stacked or arranged sideways, it is possible to prevent the contact of the load inside and prevent the load from being damaged. Further, by housing the plate-like member in the exterior member, the load can be completely prevented from contacting the outside, and damage to the load can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 2, a fixing belt 30 is inserted into each through hole 21 from the back surface, and the ends of the two fixing belts 30 are formed to protrude to the front side. As shown in FIG. 3, the back surfaces are formed so as to be connected to each other, so that the fixing belts 30 do not come off from the front surface. The luggage 50 is placed between the ends of the two fixing belts 30, and the luggage 50 is fixed to the plate-like member 20 via the locking members 35 formed at the ends of the fixing belt 30. . The locking member 35 has a rectangular ring attached to one of the corresponding fixing belts 30 and a hook-and-loop fastener 36 attached to the other fixing belt 30. Therefore, the other end side of the fixing belt 30 is inserted through the ring, and then the inserted one end is folded back so as to wind the ring frame, and the male and female facing surface fasteners 36 on the same surface are engaged with each other and fixed. I do. Thereby, the luggage 50 can be fixed to the plate member 20 while finely adjusting the tightening. The luggage fixing device 100 formed in this way can surely protect one surface, and is effective when used for a belt conveyor as described above.
[0020]
Further, Embodiment 1 is shown in FIGS. This is another embodiment of the means for preventing the fixing belt 30 from being pulled out of the through hole 21 of the plate member 20. In Reference Example 1 , all the fixing belts 30 are connected on the back surface to prevent pull-out, but in Example 2, separate fixing belts 30 are used for all the through holes 21. is there. A stopper 37 is attached to an end of the fixing belt 30 on the back surface side. The stopper 37 has a shape in which a pillar is provided at the center of a substantially rectangular frame. If formed in this way, it is normally locked in the through hole 21 by the stopper 37 as shown in FIG. 4, and the fixing belt 30 is prevented from being pulled out to the front side. However, it can be pulled out from the through-hole 21 by inclining in a certain direction as shown in FIG. By forming in this manner, the fixing belt 30 can be easily attached to and detached from the plate-shaped member 20. Therefore, even when either the plate member 20 or the fixing belt 30 is damaged, it can be individually replaced.
[0021]
Further, Reference Example 2 is shown in FIGS. The four through holes 21 are formed in the plate-shaped member 20 so as to be located in front, rear, left and right of the load 50. Then, the fixing belt 30 is inserted from the back surface of the step plate-shaped member 20, and the ends of the four fixing belts 30 are formed to protrude to the front surface side. As shown in FIG. 8, a fixing belt 30 is fixed to a connecting member fixed to the plate-shaped member 20 on the back surface. By forming in this way, even if the fixing belt 30 is pulled during fixing, it can be fixed individually without shifting.
