Abstract
Description

The present invention relates to a buffer protection band for preventing damage to articles caused by contact between articles when transporting various articles such as building materials such as window sashes and doors, furniture such as dining tables and chairs.
[0001]
[Prior art]
When transporting building materials such as window sashes, interior doors, etc. produced in factories, furniture such as dining tables and chairs, collision with other items during transportation may damage the item or damage the counterpart. Need to be prevented. Therefore, in general, a resin band made of a cushioning material such as a band-shaped foam sheet is wrapped around a place where the articles are likely to come into contact with each other or is easily damaged, and a corrugated cardboard or the like is wrapped around. The cardboard has been fixed with tape to reduce the impact and prevent scratches.
[0002]
However, after the resin band or the like has been wound, the fixing adhesive tape must be wound around the outer periphery of the resin band or the like and fixed. Therefore, it is necessary to perform two winding operations of winding a resin band or the like and winding an adhesive tape for fixing, and there has been a problem that the mounting operation takes time.
[0003]
Further, since the adhesive tape has a high adhesive strength and a high breaking strength, there is a problem that it is difficult to remove the wound adhesive tape unless it is cut with a cutter knife or the like. However, since it is difficult to cut only the adhesive tape, the resin band is also cut at the same time. Therefore, the resin band is inevitably disposable, resulting in a very high cost. In the worst case, the knife itself may damage the article itself.
[0004]
In order to solve such a problem, the present inventor disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2947229 that at least one end in the length direction of one side of a fiber band formed of a material having a fixed width and a predetermined length and made of a material capable of surface fastening. A curing material having a hook-and-loop fastener which is detachably attached to the fiber band at the portion is proposed.
[0005]
According to this invention, after the curing material is wound around the product, the curing material end can be fixed by surface-fastening the fiber band and the hook-and-loop fastener, without requiring an additional adhesive tape. A single winding operation is required. Therefore, the time required for the mounting operation is shorter than that of the conventional product. Also, when the fiber band is detached, it can be easily removed simply by pulling the fiber band against the fastening force of the hook-and-loop fastener, so that it can be reused. Furthermore, since a cutter knife or the like is not used, there is no fear of damaging the product.
[0006]
However, although this curing material has certain effects, it still has the following problems from the viewpoint of quick installation. For example, since the curing material is made of fiber, the article and the curing material are very slippery. Therefore, when the curing material is wound around the article, as shown in FIG. 11, the curing material idles around the article and is unwound from the article. Moreover, since the above-mentioned curing material has poor extensibility, it is difficult to wind it without gaps between articles, and even if it is wound tightly to some extent, the curing material gradually loosens due to vibrations and impacts during transport, and curing. It often occurred that the material was displaced from the place where it was wound and fixed or the product position to be protected.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is that it is possible to easily and quickly wind or attach the article to be protected, The present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing protective band that can securely hold an attachment position without being loosened even by an impact or an impact, and thus can reliably prevent damage to an article and damage to a counterpart during transportation and handling. Another object of the present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing protection band which can be securely and quickly fixed to a pallet or the like used during transportation.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The cushioning protective band according to the present invention includes a band portion having a lower base sheet and an upper brushed fiber sheet coated on the lower layer, and a surface attached to the end portion or near the end portion of the band portion. It has a zipper.
[0011]
The base sheet is made of an extensible material such as rubber or urethane, which is extensible and has a contracting function when the material is expanded. Of course, the material is not limited to rubber or urethane, and other materials may be used as long as they have an expansion function and the material itself has a contraction function.
[0012]
The raised fiber sheet may be any raised fiber sheet that can be joined to the hook-and-loop fastener described below, and may be any non-woven fabric, woven cloth, pile cloth, or the like. Further, the material itself is not particularly limited, and it does not matter that the material is a natural fiber or a chemical fiber.
[0013]
The hook-and-loop fastener is formed so as to be surface-bondable to the fiber cloth, and a well-known hook-and-loop-shaped tip is used. If the hook-and-loop fastener is attached at or near the end of the band portion, the surface to be attached may be on the base sheet side or the raised fiber sheet side, and may be an appropriate surface depending on the method of winding or fixing the article. Attached to. The size of the hook-and-loop fastener is not particularly limited, and may be attached only to the end portion or may be attached to the entire surface of the band portion as long as the hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the end portion or the vicinity of the end portion. In addition, as an attachment method, various methods such as bonding using an adhesive and sewing are used.
[0014]
The cushioning protection band prepared as described above is used as a cushioning material by wrapping it around the article so that the base sheet side is inward, that is, in contact with the article. Further, it can also be used as a protective band for buffer fixed to a pallet or the like during transportation.

【The invention's effect】
According to the cushioning protection band according to the first aspect of the present invention, the base sheet is formed of a non-slip material such as rubber or urethane on the side that comes into contact with the article when it is rolled up. One rotation makes it possible to provide the anti-slip function and the stretching / shrinking function, so that the base sheet is in close contact with the article, and the cushioning protection band can be easily wound or fixed without slipping and slipping. Further, the impact absorbing material such as rubber or urethane and the brush-like fibers having a plump state as a fiber cloth have a mutual buffering action, so that shocks and the like can be effectively buffered. In addition, since the hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the end portion or the vicinity of the end portion, the cushioning protection band can be fixed only by bringing the hook-and-loop fastener into close contact with the raised fiber sheet. Therefore, the mounting can be performed only with the cushioning protection band without the need for an adhesive tape or the like. In addition, even after being wound or fixed, the cushioning protection band is formed in close contact with the article by the expansion and contraction function and the non-slip function of the base sheet. Alternatively, displacement or movement from a fixed position can be prevented.
Therefore, a stable attachment state can be maintained even after attachment. On the other hand, when detaching, the hook-and-loop fastener can be easily removed simply by peeling off the hook-and-loop fastener. Therefore, the article is not damaged by the cutter knife or the like.
In addition, even when the article is fixed to the pallet, the article and the cushioning protection band can be securely and easily fixed without slipping because the article is formed of a non-slip material such as rubber or urethane. In addition, since the buffer protection band is formed to be stretchable, it can be fixed using the tension of the buffer protection band after it is fixed. Therefore, the cushioning protection band is not loosened due to shaking or vibration at the time of transport.
