However, as shown in FIG.
As shown in (a) or FIG. 12 (a), when there is a portion where the cutting line L overlaps the vertical joint (8), the width board (30A) and the side plate are
At the corners of the rectangular tubular structure (1) where (30B) and the cut surfaces are butted and fixed to each other, the edges of the vertical joints (8) and the bricks (10) on both sides project. There is a problem that the corners of (1) are W-shaped and easily chipped.
In addition, since the thickness of the cutting blade (3 to 4 mm), the continuity of the handle of the rectangular tubular structure (1) is lost, and if the bonding is performed as it is, the corners of the rectangular tubular structure (1) will look unnatural, There was also the problem of poor design. Furthermore, unlike the joint between the same-rise corner column and the outer wall of a general house, the joint between the width plate (30A) and the side plate (30B) of the rectangular tubular structure (1) is sealed by vertical joints. Since the horizontal joints are directly in contact with each other without the provision of the horizontal joints, there is a problem that the lateral joints are very noticeable even when the lateral joints are slightly displaced. Further, when the depth of the vertical joint (8) is 3 mm or more, the protruding amount of the end edge of the brick portion (10) increases, so that FIG.
When the position of the cutting line L is set within 5 mm from the vertical joint (8) as shown in, there is a problem that the corner portion of the square tubular structure (1) is more easily chipped, and the square tubular shape In order to prevent the corners of the structure (1) from being chipped, there is also the problem that the chamfered corners must be wide as shown in FIG. 13 (e). Furthermore, if the position of the cutting line L is arbitrary, the left and right balance of the pattern on each surface is lost, and the appearance of the rectangular tubular structure (1) is impaired.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is, as a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a plurality of brick portions (10) surrounded by vertical joints (8) and horizontal joints (9) on the surface. The horizontal joints (9) are vertically and horizontally arranged, and each horizontal joint (9) is cut vertically into a plate (30) having a pattern that penetrates the entire length of the plate (30), and two width boards (30A, 30A) and two Cut off the side plates (30B, 30B),
In the rectangular tubular structure (1) in which the two width plates (30A, 30A) and the two side plates (30B, 30B) are fixed together, the cutting line between the width plate (30A) and the side plates (30B) is fixed. L provides the rectangular tubular structure (1) set in a position not overlapping the vertical joint (8). When the depth of the vertical joint (8) is 3 mm or more, the cutting line L is preferably separated from the vertical joint (8) by at least 5 mm. Furthermore, in the width plate (30A) and the side plate (30B), the lengths from the left and right edges to the positions of the vertical joints (8) located at the left and right ends in each row of the pattern are substantially equal. It is desirable that the cutting line L be set to. Furthermore, the plate material (30) is preferably a ceramic outer wall material, and the rectangular tubular structure (1) is preferably a gate pillar or gate sleeve.

[Function] The plate material (30) is vertically cut to obtain two width boards (30A, 30A).
When cutting A) and the two side plates (30B, 30B), the cutting line L between the width plate (30A) and the side plate (30B) is set so as not to overlap the vertical joint (8). The edge of the brick part (10) at the corner of the rectangular tubular structure (1) is less likely to be chipped. Further, in this case, if the cutting line L is separated from the vertical joint (8) by 5 mm or more, even if the depth of the vertical joint (8) is 3 mm or more, the brick of the corner portion of the rectangular tubular structure (1) is bricked. Part (10) edge is less likely to be chipped.
In each row of the pattern, the lengths from the left and right edges to the positions of the vertical joints (8) located at the left and right edges are substantially equal (l L =
l R ) If set, the left and right sides are balanced on each side of the rectangular tubular structure (1). The above l L (=
l R ) is preferably 5 mm or more, and further 30 to

When constructing the gate sleeve (1), first, the core frame body (2) is erected on the foundation (not shown), and the receiving metal fitting (6).
Is fixed to the core frame body (2) with screws (14), and the lower-stage rectangular tubular plate material (3C) is attached to the outside of the core frame body (2) from above the core frame body (2). The lower corner tubular plate material (3C) is fitted and supported by the lower end of the lower corner tubular plate member (3C) in the receiving groove (61) of the receiving metal fitting (6). 32) is fitted to the lower actual fitting part (71) of the fastening metal fitting (7), and the fastening metal fitting (7) is fixed to the core frame body (2) with screws (14). . Then, the solid (34) at the lower end of the middle square tubular plate (3B) is fastened to it with metal fittings.
(7) is fitted into the solid fitting portion (72), and similarly, the upper square tubular plate material (3A) is fitted to the core frame body (2) outside and the fastening metal fitting.
It is fixed via (7). In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the upper and lower rectangular tubular plate members (3) are attached to the lower solid (3) of the lower rectangular tubular plate member (3).
2) and the solid (34) of the upper rectangular tubular plate (3) to the fastening bracket (7)
Fit the lower mating part (71) and the inner mating part (72) respectively,
Moreover, the upper solid (33) of the upper rectangular tubular plate (3) is overlaid on the lower solid (32) of the lower rectangular tubular plate (3) and is actually joined by the agreement. Further, notches provided on the front and rear surfaces of the upper square tubular plate (3A) and the rear surface of the middle square tubular plate (3B).
The post (4) is fitted to the (31), the head tree (5) is placed on the upper side of the upper rectangular tubular plate material (3A), and the manufacture of the gate sleeve (1) is completed.

As described above, when the ceramic outer wall material (30) is vertically cut to cut the two width plates (30A, 30A) and the two side plates (30B, 30B), the cutting line L is The vertical joint (8) is 5 mm or more away (see Fig. 3), so the depth of the vertical joint (8) is 3 mm.
Even with the above, the brick part (1) of the corner of the square tubular plate material (3)
0) Edges are less likely to be chipped (see FIG. 8). Further, in each row of the pattern, the lengths from the left and right edges to the positions of the vertical joints (8) located at the left and right edges are set to be substantially equal (l L = l R ), so The surface is well balanced on the left and right, which is preferable in appearance (see FIG. 1). The above l L (=
It is optimal in terms of design that l R ) is 5 mm or more, preferably 30 to 40 mm. Furthermore, the upper square tubular plate material (3A),
If the patterns of the middle square tubular plate (3B) and the lower square tubular plate (3C) are unified so as to have the same pattern on each side, the upper and lower sides are balanced on each side of the gate sleeve (1) ( (See FIG. 1). Furthermore, if the gate sleeve (1) is manufactured using the ceramic outer wall material (30) that is the outer wall member of the building,
The gate sleeve has a unified pattern with (1) and has a sense of unity with the building.
(1) can be built.
