[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a thin stone panel for construction, and is characterized by being extremely easy to fix to walls, etc.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a widely known dry method has been used to form walls using stone slabs such as marble. This is done by fixing an L-shaped metal fitting to the wall that serves as the foundation, drilling a hole in the horizontal protrusion of this metal fitting, passing a pin through this hole, and attaching the upper and lower parts of this pin to the upper and lower end surfaces of the vertically adjacent stone slabs. It was inserted into a drilled hole and fixed.

However, when using this dry construction method, the thickness of the stone needs to be at least 35mm, which increases the weight and makes construction difficult. Also, when fixing the stone slab with pins, cement or bond is used in the slightly larger holes drilled. It was a pain to have to insert pins while closing and assemble the upper and lower stone plates.

On the other hand, as an idea to make expensive stone slabs such as marble thinner and more practical,
There is a method of reinforcing a thin stone board for construction with a thickness of 5 to 7 mm by pressing and solidifying a tough fiber woven mesh cloth with an adhesive resin solution (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1989-89473), and a method of reinforcing a thin stone board of 5 mm or less with a veneer. Composite boards laminated with plywood, asbestos boards, or aluminum boards (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 120025/1983), wall panels made of stone aggregate boards with metal plates with bent joint ears formed on the back side ( Utility Model Publication No. 51-134913).

However, the above-mentioned tiles are simply made of thinner and reinforced stone slabs, and they are installed using mortar bonding, similar to conventional tiling. Additionally, the above panels are connected and fixed together using bolts, nuts, etc. using the joining ears of the metal plates, and holes must be drilled in the stone aggregate plates themselves at corners etc. be. Further, there is no disclosure of any means for fixing this panel to a wall surface from the outside, making it unsuitable for forming a wall surface using stone.

The present invention provides a panel with a new fixing means that is fundamentally different from the conventional stone thin plates described above. forming a convex portion on one of the upper end surface and the side surface, and forming a concave portion into which the convex portion fits on the other of the lower end and the side surface at a symmetrical position;
It is characterized in that a mounting hole is provided in the convex portion on the upper side, and a notch with a width at least larger than the diameter of the mounting hole is provided from the lower edge on the back side of the lower side opposite to this.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of an example of the present invention.
is a rectangular stone thin plate measuring 30 to 40 cm square with a thickness of approximately 5 to 40 cm.
It is about 12 mm, and the stone thin plates used include marble, granite, tiles, and other plate-shaped molded bodies made of stone and cement. Reference numeral 2 denotes a fire-resistant reinforcing plate having the same shape as the above-mentioned one and having a thickness of approximately 5 mm, which is bonded and integrated with the back side of the stone thin plate 1 using a fire-resistant adhesive 3, and is used as a reinforcing plate. is a hard wood piece cement board or aluminum board thickness 10
~15 mm is used, and the fire-resistant adhesive is, for example, the base treatment material "Super S Mol Joint V" [(product name)...Kumamoto Ichi Himaru Sangyo Co., Ltd.] is suitable for its fire resistance and adhesive strength.

4 is a convex portion formed at the middle part in the thickness direction of the end surface of the reinforcing plate, and 3 extends from the top surface and the right side surface.
It is formed in an L-shape with a height of ~5 cm when viewed from the front, excluding both ends, and mounting holes 6, 6 are provided on the left and right sides of the upper side. 8
is a mounting seat facing the back side of the mounting hole 6 of the convex portion 4, and is used to securely and firmly fix the panel to the wall surface as shown in Fig. 4.The thickness of this mounting seat is is provided by cutting or bonding so that its back surface is flush with the back surface of the reinforcing plate. However, this mounting seat does not necessarily have to be provided integrally with the reinforcing plate; for example, when fixing the panel to the wall surface, a perforated seat plate as a separate member may be interposed between it and the fixed wall surface 10. good. Reference numeral 5 denotes an L-shaped recess formed at a symmetrical position to the L-shaped projection, into which the projection is slidably fitted. In other words, the L-shaped concave portion 5 and the L-shaped convex portion 4 are made by stacking three reinforcing plates having the same shape as the stone thin plate 1, with the central reinforcing plate being shifted diagonally upward. Needless to say, in the present invention, the three reinforcing plates and the stone thin plate may be individually bonded and fixed in this manner. Second
7 in the figure is a notch provided at the lower end of the back surface of the reinforcing plate, and has the same width as the mounting seat 7. When fitting the two panels vertically, this notch 7 is provided at the lower end of the back surface of the reinforcing plate. It fits in and positions the left and right sides. However, if the panel is to be fixed to a wall surface with screws without a mounting seat, which is not very practical, the width of this notch should just be wide enough for the screws to pass through. Further, instead of the screws, nails may be used for fixing.

In the above description, the convex portion 4 is formed in the middle part of the end face of the reinforcing plate 2 in the thickness direction, but this convex portion reinforces the part that is in contact with the back surface of the stone thin plate 1 as shown in FIG. The plate may be made to protrude in an L shape with a constant thickness.

Furthermore, when fixing the panel, if a seat plate made of a separate material is used, it is convenient to provide mounting holes of the same pitch in both the upper and side protrusions so that the mounting direction can be selected.

As shown in FIG. 4, the thin stone panel according to the present invention is fixed by applying the panel to a predetermined position on a fixed wall surface 10 and screwing a countersunk screw 11 into the upper mounting hole 6. Next, the second panel next to it is
The concave portion 5 on the left side is inserted from the left side into the convex portion 4 on the right side of the panel that was fixed earlier, and fixed by screwing a countersunk screw into the mounting hole at the top as described above.

On the other hand, for the upward direction, stack the upper panel by inserting the concave part 5 at the lower end of the panel into the convex part 4 at the upper end of the lower panel fixed earlier, and then insert the countersunk screw into the upper mounting hole. Screw it in place.

In the thin stone panel according to the present invention, a fire-resistant reinforcing material is attached to the back side of a thin stone board, a part of this reinforcing material is made to protrude outward from the stone board, and this protruding part is fixed to a fixed wall surface with screws. However, the uneven parts of adjacent panels can be combined and fixed by fitting them vertically and horizontally, making construction easy and reliable. In addition, even expensive marble can be made thinner and used effectively, making it lightweight and inexpensive, and has high industrial applicability.
