【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本発明は車両の整備検査に好適な
移動式の車両検査装置に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来この種の検査装置は工場の床面上に
各種の車両点検機器が設置されており、その設置個所が
固定されていた。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来のものによれ
ば、工場の床面上に各種の車両点検機器が固定している
ため、これら点検機器が故障したときには当該工場にお
いて車両の点検整備が不可能となる等の問題点を有して
いた。 【0004】本発明は上記の問題点を解決し、車両の点
検機器が故障したようなときでも各種点検整備を可能に
することを目的とする。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
め本発明は、大型の箱体内に各種の車両点検機器を前後
方向に順次配設すると共に、該箱体の前面及び後面に開
口部を形成し、これら開口部に、被点検車両を前記箱体
内へ乗り込み或いは該箱体内から降ろす登坂板を設け
前記箱体の側面個所に開口部を形成し、該開口部に、側
板を有する補助床板を出没自在に設けたことを特徴とす
る。 【0006】 【作用】大型箱体を被けん引トレーラにより所定の場所
に移動し、該箱体の外面に設けたジャッキ手段により該
箱体を支持固定する。その後該箱体の前後の個所の登坂
板を回動展開して一端を地面等に当接する。 【0007】かくて該箱体内に被検査車両の出入が容易
に可能になると共に該箱体内に設けた車両点検機器によ
り順次被検査車両の検査点検が連続して行うことができ
る。 【0008】 【実施例】以下本発明の1実施例を図1乃至図4により
説明する。 【0009】1は大型の箱体を示し、該箱体1の床面1
a上には各種の点検機器2…2例えばブレーキテスタ
ー、スピードメータテスター、ヘッドライトテスター等
が順次配設されている。 【0010】3、3は前記箱体1の前面及び後面に設け
た開口部で、該開口部3、3には上方に開閉する扉3a
が蝶番3bにより取付けられている。 【0011】4、4は登坂板を示し、該各登坂板4は前
記開口部3に蝶番4a、4bにより折りたたみ可能に支
持され、該各登坂板4の開脚により車両Aの出入が自由
にできる。 【0012】5、5はジャッキ手段を示し、該ジャッキ
手段5は例えばアウトリガーからなり、前記箱体1の両
側面の端部から進退する支持棒5aの先端部に設けら
れ、油圧等により上下方向の作動をリモコンスイッチ5
bの操作によりできる。 【0013】6は補助床板を示し、該補助床板6は、前
記箱体1の側面の開口部3cの個所の床面1aに、該床
面1aより外方へ出没自在に設けられ、該補助床板6の
3ケ所の周縁には側板6a…6aが突設されている。 【0014】尚7は入口ドア、8は階段、9は入力電
源、10は前記開口部3aの上縁に枢着した前記補助床
板用の屋根板を示す。 【0015】次に上記実施例の作動を説明する。 【0016】けん引されたトレーラ上に箱体1を図4の
如く扉3a、登坂板4、補助床板6及び屋根板10を収
納した状態で載せて目的地まで搬送して停止し、アウト
リガー5をリモコンスイッチ5bにより作動させ該箱体
1を上昇させ固定する。そして前記トレーラを引き出し
て該箱体1の下面の適宜個所に支柱11を挿入して該箱
体1を更に確実に支持する。 【0017】次に扉3aを上方に開いて屋根に形成して
から登坂板4、4を蝶番4a、4bにより展開し車両の
進入路、退出路を形成する。 【0018】その後屋根板10を上方に開いてから補助
床板6を引き出す。 【0019】そして電源9を接続し被点検車両Aを矢印

補助床板6、登坂板4、扉3a及び屋根板10をそれぞ
れ閉止格納し、支柱11を撤去してから箱体1の下方に
トレーラを差し入れ、最後にジャッキ手段であるアウト
リガー5をリモコンスイッチ5bにより下動し、前記箱
体1をトレーラの床面に載置することにより、該トレー
ラはけん引車により任意の個所に移動できる。 【0022】尚前記実施例はトレーラ上に載置する箱体
の場合を示したが、トレーラ自体が箱形の場合に、該箱
形のトレーラに前記実施例の構成を付与してもよい。 【0023】 【発明の効果】上記のように本発明によれば、大型箱体
内に各種の車両点検機器を前後方向に順次配設すると共
に、該箱体の前面及び後面に開口部を形成し、これら開
口部に、被点検車両を前記箱体内へ乗り込み或いは該箱
体から降ろす登坂板を設けたので、該箱体を任意の場所
へ移動して設置し、各種の車両点検が順次行われ、かく
て車両点検機器が故障した整備工場等においても車両の
点検整備が可能となる効果を有する。
