2. Description of the Related Art In the case of constructing a concrete floor slab having a heat insulating effect in which a heat insulating material is attached to a lower surface, conventionally, a heat insulating material is laid out on a plywood floor slab form and placed thereon. Slab reinforcement and concrete casting were performed. Therefore, when a roof with a high floor and a large span is to be constructed, such as a gymnasium, the shoring of the formwork for floor slabs becomes large-scale, and the formwork, shoring, demolding work, and temporary material There is a problem that it takes a lot of time to carry in and out, and the construction cost and construction period are disadvantageous.

The technical measures taken by the present invention to achieve the above object are as follows. That is, the method of manufacturing the heat-insulating material-implanted half PC plate according to the present invention arranges a plurality of sets of truss-like reinforcing bars composed of an upper chord material, a lower chord material, and a lattice bar connected therebetween, and ,
A plurality of transverse reinforcing bars in a direction orthogonal to the truss-like reinforcing bars connect the truss-like reinforcing bars so that their lower chords are located a predetermined distance above the lower ends of the transverse reinforcing bars. The half side and the slab lower end bar in a direction orthogonal to the truss-shaped reinforcing bar are within the thickness of the concrete slab,
Both ends of the lower chord material and both ends of the lower slab of the slab are embedded so that they protrude from the end face of the concrete slab, and heat insulation is driven into the lower surface of the concrete slab and integrated.
Bottom formwork when manufacturing material-implanted half PC plate
And the upper edge detachably attached to the bottom formwork
A first end form having a notch for lower chord material insertion; and
A second end having a cutout at the upper edge for fitting the lower end of the slab
The heat insulation is provided in a rectangular form formed by the surface form.
Lay the material, and place the above-mentioned reinforced body and slab bottom bar on the heat insulating material.
And in a state where their both ends are fitted into the notches, respectively.
Install the concrete in this state and pour concrete into a rectangular formwork.
And put a part of it into the gap between the insulation
By integrating the concrete slab and the heat insulating material,
It is characterized by producing a heat-material-implanted half-PC plate .

Insulated half-PC version is a truss-shaped slab with upper and lower chords that function as the main reinforcement at the top and bottom in one direction of the composite slab. The concrete slab is reinforced by the lower slab reinforcement in the direction perpendicular to the reinforcing bars and truss-like reinforcing bars, so it is a rigid half-PC plate. In the state, by arranging the upper end reinforcement of the slab in the direction perpendicular to the truss reinforcement, and placing concrete with the heat-insulating half-PC plate as the driving form, the truss reinforcements projecting above the concrete plate The concrete slab and cast-in-place concrete are structurally integrated through the lower chord material protruding from the upper half side and the end face of the concrete slab, and the end of the lower slab reinforcement. , So that the synthetic slab with a thermal insulation effect of the heat insulating material is attached to the lower surface is constructed.

According to the above-described manufacturing method, the lower chord material 3b is formed by the notches 14a, 15a formed on the upper edges of the end face frames 14, 15.
Since the bottom reinforcement 5 and the slab bottom are positioned, accurate reinforcement arrangement is possible, and there is no possibility that the arrangement of the reinforcement is caused by the vibration at the time of placing the concrete C. Further, even if a worker gets on the reinforcing bar assembly A before placing or hardening the concrete C, a load is applied to the reinforcing bar assembly A,
Since both ends of the lower chord material 3b and the lower end of the slab 5 are supported by the bottoms of the notches 14a and 15a of the end face frames 14, 15, the heat insulating material 2 is locally crushed by the lower chord material 3b and the lower end of the slab 5. There is no fear. Therefore, the above-mentioned heat-insulating-material-implanted half-PC plate can be manufactured accurately and efficiently.

A plurality of sets of truss-shaped reinforcing bars composed of an upper chord material, a lower chord material, and a lattice bar connected therebetween are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of horizontal connecting reinforcing bars are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the truss-shaped reinforcing bars. And the lower half of the assembled reinforced body constructed by connecting the truss-like reinforcing bars such that their lower chords are connected laterally above the lower end of the reinforcing bar, and a slab in a direction orthogonal to the truss-like reinforcing bars. and the lower end muscle, in the thickness of the concrete panel, embedded and both ends of both ends and the slab lower muscle lower chord member in a state of protruding from the end surface of the concrete, the heat insulating material is driven into the lower surface of the concrete panel integral Is
In manufacturing the heat-insulating material-implanted half-PC version ,
It is detachably attached to the bottom formwork and the bottom formwork.
First end face type having a notch for inserting lower chord material at the upper edge
Notches on the frame and upper edge for fitting the lower end of the slab
In the rectangular formwork constituted by the second end face formwork,
Lay the insulation, and place the assembled reinforced body and slurry on the insulation.
The lower end muscles and their both ends are fitted into the respective notches.
In a rectangular form.
A part of it into the gap between the insulation
By integrating the concrete slab and the insulation,
