Abstract
Description
・基液を提供する、すなわち、塗料または塗装剤の成分を混合および溶解させるために使用する所望量の液体を混合槽に満たす、ステップと、
・自立型可溶性容器内に収容された成分、例えば活性成分を提供するステップと、
・容器をその内容物と共に基液に添加するステップと、
・成分を基液中に放出させながら容器を基液中に溶解させるステップと
を含む、塗装剤の調製に関する。混合速度は、ある種の混合機または撹拌設備を使用することによって増加させることができる。とりわけ、インペラなどを使用する場合には、その内容物を放出してそれをより速やかに混合すべく、容器が機械的に影響を受けて破壊され得る。
Claims (14)
- 空洞を有する器と、蓋とを含む、塗装剤成分のための容器であって、塗装剤のための基液中で少なくとも部分的に可溶である剛直な自立型構造体を形成すべく発泡スチロールを含むかまたはそれから作られている、容器。
- 前記器にはその開口部に近い外被面においてネジ山が形成されており、前記蓋には容器上の前記ネジ山との嵌合に適合した円形突出縁部において対応するネジ山が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記蓋を前記器に押し込んだときに、前記器の周縁に押し込まれる前記蓋の周縁からの突出部を、前記蓋が有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記容器内に含まれた成分を確実に速く放出するために、前記容器の主部分よりも速く溶解するように設計された取り外し可能な構成要素が、前記器内に設けられることで1つまたはいくつかの部分を器内に形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記取り外し可能な構成要素を前記器から液体中へと速やかに溶解させるために、前記取り外し可能な構成要素が発泡スチロールから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の容器。
- 前記器の内壁に刻み目が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 可溶性薄膜が前記器の内壁に配置されており、前記可溶性薄膜が発泡スチロールから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記器の開口部に可溶性薄膜が配置されており、前記可溶性薄膜が発泡スチロールから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記容器の少なくとも75%が、可溶性でありかつ前記塗装剤のための前記基液中で溶解または崩壊する発泡スチロールから作られており、前記基液がキシレンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記容器の少なくとも90%が発泡スチロールから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の容器。
- 前記容器の少なくとも100%が発泡スチロールから作られていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の容器。
- 前記発泡スチロールの密度が5〜500kg/m3であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記容器が、弾性バンドまたはゴムバンドから選択される少なくとも1つの取り外し可能なバンドを含み、これにより前記蓋を前記器に固定し、搬送中または取扱い中に前記蓋を定位置に保持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記取り外し可能なバンドの位置決めおよび固定のために前記蓋の上部および/または前記器の底において前記可溶性材料に刻み目が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の容器。
