In the seat mounting structure of the present invention, when the seat mounting bracket is moved inward in the vehicle width direction by being pressed by the rocker at the time of a side collision, the seat mounting bracket is connected to the seat track on the outer side in the vehicle width direction. A load acts on the coupling means. When the load is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the coupling of the coupling means is released, and the seat track on the outer side in the vehicle width direction moves substantially upward along the inclined surface of the seat mounting bracket. As a result, the seat turns about the turning axis of the turning means provided at the connecting portion between the seat track and the vehicle body on the inner side in the vehicle width direction, and the occupant sitting on the seat is provided with the seat. To move away from the side of the vehicle body. Further, the seat mounting structure of the present invention does not require an acceleration sensor, a trigger device, and the like, unlike the conventional structure. Therefore, the secondary collision time of the occupant can be delayed at a low cost, and the collision speed can be reduced.

In the seat mounting structure of the present invention, a part of the collision energy is absorbed by the rupture of the coupling means, and the seat and the occupant are lifted by the inclined surface after the rupture of the coupling means. Since part of the collision energy is absorbed, the collision energy can be efficiently absorbed.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. In the seat mounting structure of the present embodiment, when the other vehicle 60 shown in FIG. 1 collides with the vehicle body 10, the lower portion 48A of the side door 48 and the rocker 12 are pressed inward in the vehicle width direction. As a result, a part of the floor pan 20 is bent, and the seat mounting bracket 22 moves inward in the vehicle width direction as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. At this time, a load acts on the neck portion 32A of the connecting portion 32 of the slider 30 connecting the inclined portion 26 of the seat mounting bracket 22 and the seat track 38 on the outside in the vehicle width direction in the vehicle width direction. When this load exceeds a predetermined value, the neck 32A is broken and the connection is released, and the slider 30 moves substantially upward along the inclined surface 26A of the seat mounting bracket 22, as indicated by the imaginary line in FIG. The sheet track 38 on the outer side in the width direction moves substantially upward together with the slider 30.

In the seat mounting structure of the present embodiment, the seat mounting bracket 2 having the wedge-shaped inclined portion 26 is provided.
2, it is possible to prevent the rocker 12 from falling around the joint with the floor pan 20 as a fulcrum.
This can prevent the reaction force from dropping sharply.

In the seat mounting structure of this embodiment, the substantially central portion 32B of the connecting portion 32 is welded to form the inclined portion 26.
However, the fixing of the connecting portion 32 to the inclined portion 26 is not limited to this, as long as the connecting is released when a load equal to or more than a predetermined value is applied. ,
The connection may be made by another connection means such as a bolt.

As shown in FIG. 4, the cross-sectional shape of the groove 28 of the inclined portion 26 as viewed from the vehicle width direction is an inverted T-shape, and the convex portion 34 engaging with the groove 28 is formed in the vehicle width direction. The cross section of the slider 30 has an inverted T shape, and the slider 30 has the inclined surface 26.
When moving on A, the slider 30 may be prevented from separating from the inclined surface 26A.

The seat mounting structure according to the present invention includes a rocker disposed at the lower end on both ends in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle along the vehicle front-rear direction, and a rocker disposed inside the rocker in the vehicle width direction from the upper outside in the vehicle width direction. A seat mounting bracket having an inclined surface extending downward in the vehicle width direction, a seat track mounted on the lower left and right sides of the seat along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a joint between the seat track and the vehicle body in the vehicle width direction. The connecting means is provided at a connecting portion between the turning means for turning the turning shaft in the vehicle front-rear direction and the seat track on the outer side in the vehicle width direction and the inclined surface of the seat mounting bracket, and the connection is released when a load exceeding a predetermined value is applied. And a coupling means that enables the seat track on the outer side in the vehicle width direction to move along the inclined surface.
There is an excellent effect that the secondary collision time of the occupant can be delayed at a low cost and the collision speed can be reduced. In addition, there is an excellent effect that the collision energy can be efficiently absorbed and the reaction force of the rocker at the time of a side collision can be prevented from sharply decreasing.
