In this conventional example, a foam ejection pump attached to an opening of a container body containing a liquid is a double type of a liquid cylinder and an air cylinder, and a liquid piston and an air piston are integrated with these cylinders. 2 channels and air channels
A mixing chamber for generating bubbles by combining these flow paths and rising upward in a double tubular shape is formed, and the mixing chamber is connected to a jetting nozzle at the top through a porous sheet-like body for uniformizing the foam, and is connected to the liquid. The system is provided with a suction valve and a discharge valve, the air system is provided with an exhaust valve and an intake valve, and the liquid cylinder is equipped with a return spring that pushes up the movable part. The liquid and air pistons are pressed down to pressurize the liquid and air, and these are introduced into the mixing chamber by opening the discharge valve and exhaust valve to form a foam, and then the foam is made uniform through the porous sheet. And ejects it from the ejection nozzle to the outside.

In the above-mentioned prior art, when bubbles are ejected, there is a possibility that the remaining bubbles adhering to the inside of the nozzle tube are dried and solidified to cause clogging. It was necessary to take care that the nozzle tube was not closed with a stopper plug or the like so that the residual foam did not solidify, and maintenance was required.

[0006] In addition, bubbles are produced by mixing gas and liquid in a mixing chamber. However, since the liquid flow fed from the liquid cylinder is a so-called rod-like flow of one flow, there is a portion where sufficient mixing with pressurized air is not performed. There was room for improvement in terms of foam quality and foaming efficiency.

Then, the air in the air cylinder 13 is pressurized, and the intake valve 19 closes, so that the pressurized air is pumped from the exhaust pipe 8 to the inlet of the mixing chamber 21, while the liquid system is initially liquid First, the drainage pipe 5 is first pushed down into the same body while the piston 6 is kept as it is, so that a gap is formed between the lower end of the drainage pipe 5 and the liquid piston 6, and thus the gap and the discharge in the liquid cylinder 15 are formed. The hole 18 communicates with the inside of the drain pipe 5.
That is, the discharge valve opens, and in this open state, the liquid piston 6
Is pressed down by the drainage pipe 5 and descends following it, thereby pressurizing the liquid in the liquid cylinder 15, and this pressurized liquid is sent from the drainage pipe 5 to the introduction portion of the mixing chamber 21.

Since windows 22 are provided at the introduction portion of the mixing chamber 21 in the circumferential direction, the liquid flow and the air flow are divided into several flows like a shower and introduced into the mixing chamber 21. The liquid is mixed easily and sufficiently to form bubbles, and thereafter, the liquid is homogenized by the foam uniforming net 20 and is ejected from the nozzle tube 23 to the outside.

When the bubble ejection ends and the pressing is stopped, the movable portion is pushed up by the return spring 10 and returns to the original position.
With this return, the air chamber in the air cylinder 13 becomes negative pressure,
Accordingly, the intake valve 19 opens, and the outside air is drawn into the air chamber from the intake valve 19 through the gap between the exhaust pipe 8 and the opening 11 of the screw cap 2.

On the other hand, in the liquid cylinder 15, the lower end of the drain pipe 5 comes into contact with the lower surface of the liquid piston 6 with a delay of the gap, that is, the discharge valve is closed, and thereafter the liquid piston 6 is pushed up to the same body, so that the pressure becomes negative. Further, the suction valve 4 is pulled up via the rod 16 when the drainage pipe 5 rises, and is opened, so that the liquid is sucked up from the inside of the container body 1 through the suction pipe 14 to prepare for the next ejection.

In this case, the rising drain pipe 5 is connected to the suction valve 4.
Since the insertion amount of the rod body 16 is reduced and the volume is increased by that amount, the pressure is reduced, so that the residual bubbles in the nozzle tube 23 are sucked. That is, since no bubbles remain in the nozzle tube 23, clogging due to solidification of the bubbles does not occur even when the nozzle tube 23 is left.

According to this embodiment, the suction valve 4 provided at the bottom opening in the liquid cylinder 15 is
A rod 16 that rises at the shaft core and enters the lower part of the drainage pipe 5
When the movable part is pushed down when the bubbles are ejected, the amount of the rod 16 inserted into the descending drain pipe 5 is increased to reduce the volume of the drain pipe 5 and rises when returning after the foam ejection. Bar body 16 of drain pipe 5
Since the amount of insertion is reduced to increase the volume by that amount, thereby reducing the pressure, the remaining bubbles of the nozzle tube 23 are sucked into the inside, so that the remaining bubbles can be prevented from adhering to the nozzle tube 23, Therefore, it is possible to prevent solidification of the residual bubbles to cause clogging.

As described above, in the foam ejection pump container according to the present invention, the suction valve 4 is provided with the rod 16 which rises up the axis of the liquid cylinder 15 and whose leading end enters the lower part of the drainage pipe 5 to push the foam at the time of foam ejection. Lower the drain pipe 5 that goes down by lowering and rises when returning.
The internal volume is increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing the insertion amount of the nozzle 16, and at the time of return, a negative pressure is applied to suck the residual bubbles in the jet nozzle tube 23 into the inside. This eliminates the need to attach a stopper or the like every time bubbles are blown out, which makes handling easier.
