Abstract
Description
− セルが円柱形のデザインを持つ、
− セルが、ケーシングシェル及び二つの平坦な端面を含むケーシングを備える、
− ケーシングシェルと端面の一つが相互に異なる極性を持つ。
− ケーシングの外側から突出する第一電気伝導体は、ケーシングシェルに固定される。特に好ましくは、この第一電気伝導体は、セルの円柱形幾何学形状に対して軸方向に整列される。しかし、ある実施形態では、第一電気伝導体はまた、セルの幾何学的形状に対して平坦な端面と平行に整列されることができる。
− ケーシングの外側から突出する第二電気伝導体は、ケーシングシェルとは異なる極性の面に固定される。第二電気伝導体は、セルの円柱形幾何学的形状に対して平坦な端面と平行に整列されることが好ましい。
− 特に好ましくは、第一及び第二電気伝導体は、互いに対して傾斜して整列される。即ち、特に第一電気伝導体がセルの円柱形幾何学形状に対して軸方向に整列され、第二電気伝導体がセルの円柱形幾何学形状に対して平坦な端面に平行に整列されるときである。しかし、ある実施形態では、特に第一及び第二電気伝導体の両方がセルの円柱形幾何学形状に対して平坦な端面に平行に整列されるとき、第一及び第二電気伝導体はまた、互いに平行に整列されることができる。
− トレーは、特に熱成形又は射出成形によって、合成材料から、例えばポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレン又はポリスチレンから製造される、
− トレーは非弾性材料からなる、
− トレーは帯電防止材料からなるか、又はトレーは帯電防止材料で被覆される、
− トレーは、積み重ね可能であるように設計される。
− カバーは、発泡材料(連続気泡又は独立気泡)、特に発泡ポリプロピレン(EPP),発泡ポリエチレン(EPE)、発泡ポリスチレン(EPS)又は発泡ポリウレタン(PU)フォームからなる、
− カバーの凹所は、貫通可能なデザインを持つ。
Claims (5)
- トレー(201)と、トレー(201)のためのカバー(202)とを含む、組立済みの電気化学セル(100)のための多部品輸送及び保管容器(200)であって、
トレー(201)が凹所(206)を備え、カバー(202)が凹所(207)を備え、トレー(201)及びカバー(202)が、カバー(202)がトレー(201)の上に置かれるときにカバー(202)の凹所(207)及びトレー(201)の凹所(206)が輸送及び保管されるセル(100)のための受け器を形成するように設計され、
カバー(202)が弾性材料から形成され、カバー(202)の凹所(207)が、セル(100)が凹所(207)の弾性膨張を伴うときにのみ凹所(207)中に挿入されることができるように寸法決定されていることを特徴とする多部品輸送及び保管容器。 - 以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを有するセル(100)を収容するために設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多部品輸送及び保管容器:
− セル(100)が円柱形のデザインを持つ、
− セルが、ケーシングシェル(101)及び二つの平坦な端面(102)を含むケーシングを備える、
− ケーシングシェル(101)と端面(102)の一つが相互に異なる極性を有する、
− ケーシングの外側から突出する第一電気伝導体(103)がケーシングシェル(101)に固定される、
− ケーシングの外側から突出する第二電気伝導体(104)がケーシングシェル(101)とは異なる極性の端面(102)に固定される、
− 第一及び第二電気伝導体(103;104)が硬質金属プレート又は金属ワイヤである、
− 第一電気伝導体(103)が、セル(100)の円柱形幾何学形状に対して軸方向に整列される、
− 第二電気伝導体(104)が、セル(100)の円柱形幾何学形状に対して半径方向に整列される、
− 第一及び第二電気伝導体(103;104)が、互いに対して傾斜して整列される。 - トレー(201)が以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多部品輸送及び保管容器:
− トレー(201)が、特に熱成形又は射出成形によって、合成材料から製造される、
− トレー(201)が非弾性材料からなる、
− トレー(201)が帯電防止材料からなるか、又はトレー(201)が帯電防止材料で被覆される、
− トレー(201)の凹所(206)が、電気伝導体(103;104)を収容するためのくぼみ(206a;206b)を含む、
− トレー(201)が矩形デザインを持つ、
− トレー(201)が、フレーム(204)を備え、フレーム(204)が、カバー(202)を収容するために与えられ、かつ凹所(206)が配置される平坦な面(205)を包囲する、
− トレー(201)が、積み重ね可能であるように設計される。 - カバー(202)が以下の特徴の少なくとも一つを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の多部品輸送及び保管容器:
− カバー(202)が、発泡材料、特に発泡ポリプロピレン(EPP)、発泡ポリエチレン(EPE)、発泡ポリスチレン(EPS)又は発泡ポリウレタン(PU)フォームからなる、
− カバー(202)の凹所(207)が貫通可能なデザインを有する、
− カバー(202)の凹所(207)が、試験接触を実施するために、カバー(202)を貫く別個の溝(207a)を含む、
− カバー(202)が矩形デザインを持つ。 - 以下の特徴を有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の多部品輸送及び保管容器:
− 容器が、セル(100)のための40〜100個の受け器を備える、
− 受け器にセル(100)が置かれる。
