Claims (6)
- 少なくとも非鉄金属を溶解バーナーにより加熱溶解して溶湯を得る溶解炉部と、処理した溶湯を浸漬ヒータ又は面燃焼バーナにより定温に加熱保持して貯湯する溶湯保持炉部と、から成る溶解保持炉において、前記溶湯保持炉の内壁が断熱性耐火材ボードを壁厚方向に二層以上の多層に重ね合わせて構成することを特徴とする非鉄金属の溶解保持炉。
- 前記断熱性耐火材ボードが、内壁の一面において、隅部を除き、接ぎ目が無い一枚ボードで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の非鉄金属の溶解保持炉。
- 前記断熱性耐火材ボードが、一層の肉厚が30〜50mmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の非鉄金属の溶解保持炉。
- 前記断熱性耐火材ボードが、20℃〜600℃の範囲の熱伝導率(W/m・K)が0.20〜0.35の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2又は3に記載の非鉄金属の溶解保持炉。
- 前記多層の断熱性耐火材ボードで構成される内壁が、各層の断熱性耐火材ボード同士の接ぎ目地が壁厚方向に通らないように違って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属の溶解保持炉。
- 前記断熱性耐火材ボードが、ケイ酸カルシウム製ボードであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属の溶解保持炉。
