Abstract
Description
この結果、従来技術では、加工が困難な穴切削によりノズル流路を形成していたいため、加工コストがすこぶる高いものに付いていたが、本考案は溝切削でよいから穴切削のように高い加工コストになることはない。
まず、図3、図4に例示した従来公知の超硬合金ノズルCN1は、全体が側面から見て大略L字状をなしているので、図における垂直向きの流体入口Inと水平向きの流体噴出口Qtが、中間部に略45度の曲がり部Cuを介して形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 超硬合金を被加工材として製造される流体噴射用のノズルにおいて、前記被加工材を、形成するノズル流路に沿った向きで分割して分割ピースに形成し、当該分割ピースの分割面に少なくとも略L状等の曲がり部を含むノズル流路を対称に形成すると共に、流路を形成した当該分割面をろう付けにより接合したことを特徴とする超硬合金ノズル。
- 分割面は、フラット面か段付き面か波形面のいずれかに形成した請求項1に記載の超硬合金ノズル
- ノズル流路の曲り部は、曲率を付けた曲り部、又は、流路の口径を流路上で変化させた曲り部である請求項1又は2に記載の超硬合金ノズル。
- ろう付けに代えて、TIG溶接,MIG溶接,電子ビーム溶接,レーザービーム溶接,抵抗溶接,摩擦圧接,拡散接合の中のいずれかで接合した請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の超硬合金ノズル。
