操作部を備え、先端部に設けられた2つの開口と、手元

口と小口径側処置具挿通チャンネルと接続するために略
同一形状に湾曲形成された第2配管具とを有する内視鏡
用処置具挿通チャンネル構造に於いて、 前記第1配管具及び前記第2配管具とそれらの処置具挿
入口の間に形成された処置具挿入路の中心軸が、前記手
元操作部の前記各々の処置具挿入口側における外周部と
交差する位置に関して、 前記第1配管具の軸心が前記第2配管具の軸心よりも
前記位置に対して近い位置になるように配設したことを
