Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope guide device that is used for performing endoscopic treatment by simultaneously inserting and guiding an endoscope and a treatment instrument.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of endoscope guide apparatus, generally, an endoscope guide tube for guiding an endoscope is inserted into a mantle tube whose both front and rear ends are opened, and treatment is performed along the endoscope guide tube. A treatment instrument insertion opening for inserting the instrument into the mantle tube is formed on the side surface of the rear part of the mantle tube (for example, JP-A-2-280742).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-280742, etc., examples of dimensions of the treatment instrument insertion opening are described.
[0004]
However, in the case of the conventional endoscope guide apparatus including the example, it is difficult to insert the treatment tool into the outer tube from the treatment tool insertion port. There were drawbacks that were difficult to operate.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope guide device that facilitates insertion of a treatment instrument into a mantle tube portion and operation of the treatment instrument after insertion.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an endoscope guide apparatus according to the present invention has an endoscope guide tube for guiding an endoscope from the rear end side of the outer tube portion in which both front and rear ends are opened. A treatment instrument for inserting a treatment instrument inserted into the outer tube part along the outer surface of the endoscope guide tube into the outer tube part until the position reaching the vicinity of the distal end of the tube part. In the endoscope guide device in which the insertion opening is formed on the side surface of the rear portion of the outer tube portion, the distance from the distal end of the endoscope guide tube to the front side end portion of the treatment instrument insertion opening is L1. When the length of the treatment instrument insertion opening is L2, L1 ≦ L2.
[0007]
The treatment instrument insertion opening may be formed up to the rear end of the outer tube part, and in that case, a positioning member for positioning the endoscope guide tube is attached to the rear end of the outer tube part. In addition, an opening continuous with the treatment instrument insertion opening may be formed in the positioning member.
[0008]
Further, when the width of the treatment instrument insertion opening is B1 and the outer diameter of the treatment instrument inserted from the treatment instrument insertion opening is B2, it is preferable that B1 ≧ 2 × B2, and the insertion is performed from the treatment instrument insertion opening. The treatment tool to be performed is formed straight on the front side of the bent portion formed in the middle, and when the length of the front straight portion is L3, it is preferable that L1 ≦ L3. The bending angle of the bent portion of the treatment instrument may be 90 ° or less.
[0009]
An umbrella-shaped liquid receiving cover for receiving liquid leaking from the treatment instrument insertion opening may be attached to the outer tube, and in that case, the liquid receiving cover is movable with respect to the outer tube part. And it is good to be detachably attached.
