Abstract
【解決手段】38〜45%のエチレンを含有し、残部水素および不可避的不純物からなる可燃性ガスを用いたガスガウジング用火口である火口1は、内筒部材12と、外筒部材11とを備える。内筒部材12の径方向中央部には、酸素が通るための酸素流路14が形成されており、外筒部材11の内周面と内筒部材12の外周面との間の領域は、上記可燃性ガスと酸素ガスとの混合ガスが通るための混合ガス流路13となっている。そして、混合ガスおよび酸素ガスの吐出方向先端側から見て、混合ガス流路13は、酸素流路14を取り囲む環状の形状を有している。

Claims (4)
- 38体積%以上45体積%以下のエチレンを含有し、残部水素および不可避的不純物からなる可燃性ガスを燃焼させて形成した火炎によって鋼材の加工部を加熱しつつ前記加工部に酸素を吹き付けることにより前記加工部を加工するガスガウジング用火口であって、
内筒部材と、
前記内筒部材を取り囲むように配置された外筒部材とを備え、
前記内筒部材の径方向中央部には、長手方向に延在し、酸素が通るための酸素流路が形成されており、
前記外筒部材の内周面と前記内筒部材の外周面との間の領域は、長手方向に延在し、前記可燃性ガスと酸素ガスとの混合ガスが通るための混合ガス流路となっており、
前記混合ガスおよび前記酸素ガスの吐出方向先端側から見て、前記混合ガス流路は、前記酸素流路を取り囲む環状の形状を有している、ガスガウジング用火口。 - 前記混合ガスおよび前記酸素ガスの吐出方向先端において、前記混合ガス流路と前記酸素流路とは同一平面に位置する、請求項1に記載のガスガウジング用火口。
- 前記混合ガス流路の、前記混合ガスおよび前記酸素ガスの吐出方向先端部には、先端側に向けて径方向の幅が徐々に小さくなるテーパー部が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載のガスガウジング用火口。
- 前記テーパー部の、前記混合ガスおよび前記酸素ガスの吐出方向先端を含む領域には、径方向の幅が一定である先端ストレート部が形成されている、請求項3に記載のガスガウジング用火口。
