Abstract

Description
本考案は、搬送と取り付けが容易で、搬送中に構成要素が損傷を受ける危険もなく、さらに、自動的に医療担当者に患者の状況に関する警報を発し、訓練を受けてない一般人にも救急医療を可能とする携帯型蘇生システムを提供することで、従来技術の欠点を克服することに成功している。
(実施例1)
(呼吸機能について)
本考案の携帯呼吸支援システムは、センサー、トランスデューサ、呼吸困難、呼吸停止を特定して治療するためのソフトウエアを有している。
(呼吸困難であることの確定について)
患者が気道閉塞で苦しんでいるが、まだ自律呼吸が可能な場合では、呼気波形が通常の平滑な波形に比べて5%乃至20%偏差のある歯状波として現れる。そのような不規則な波形の吸気の原因は、気道に分泌物があるか、気道に物理的な損傷があるか、頭部の位置決め角が正確でないことである。
(実施例2)
(医療救急手順について)
ある個人が意識を失った場合には、第二番目の個人が意識を失った個人を仰臥位の姿勢にする。ヘッドレスト10を、その患者の頸部の下に入れて、その後、システムを稼働させる。システムは以下のように動作する。
1.システムは、アルゴリズムに従って、センサーデータを、手首データとマスクデータを比較検討して確認して、間違った頭部の角度により呼吸が妨げられているかどうかを確かめる。センサーデータからも必要がある場合には、患者の頭部の角度を、上で述べたように、修正することになる。
2.パルスが検知されない時、システムは直ちに医療センタに警報を出す。医療センタが医療データを受け取り患者のデータを分析評価する。
3.医療センタは、医療スタッフを派遣する。
4.医療スタッフが到着するまで、システムがオペレータにCPRを実行するように促す。CPRの指示には、オペレータの手の位置、CPR実施のタイミング、動作のリズムに関する指示が含まれる。
5.患者に対してフェースマスクを通して、酸素を連続的に供給する。システムは、患者がまた自分で呼吸を開始した時には、そのことのデータを医療センタに送信する。

- 人工呼吸装置を収容するハウジングとバイタルサイン追跡機器から成る携帯型システムであって、前記ハウジングは、仰臥位にある患者の気道を広げるための頸部支持具として使えるように構成されている特徴を有するシステム。
- 前記バイタルサイン追跡機器により収集されたデータを送信するための通信ユニットが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 前記通信ユニットが、医療施設からデータを受け取ることができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ハウジングが、その頂上位置に、くぼみ部を有し、このくぼみ部に、前記患者の頸部を、前記患者の気道を広げるような状態で収容できるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記バイタルサイン追跡機器が手首カフであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記人工呼吸装置が呼吸センサーから成ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記呼吸センサーが、前記フェースマスクのタンク内に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記呼吸センサーが、圧力トランスデューサであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 吸気/呼気率、呼吸数、呼吸量から成る群の中から選択された呼吸パラメータを決定する前記呼吸センサーからのデータを使うことができることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、仰臥位状態にある前記患者の頭部の角度を修正するメカニズムから成ることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記メカニズムが手動で動作されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記メカニズムが前記呼吸センサーからのデータに従って自動的に動作されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記呼吸パラメータが、吸気/呼気率、呼吸数、呼吸量から成る群の中から選択されたものであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記メカニズムが、モータ、サーボ、膨張可能な空気袋から成ることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
