2. Description of the Related Art In a cooking device using a sword having a plurality of claw-shaped protrusions and not having an exhaust means for forcibly sucking and exhausting hot air generated by a flame, a heating cooker is provided between a pot bottom and a top plate. A gap is formed, and a large amount of high-temperature hot air after the burning of the flame or the flame from the burner is released through the gap to the outside of the virtue. The released hot air is diffused into the outside air, but the amount of the released hot air is large, so that a part of the hot air reaches the handle of the pot, and the handle is heated, so that the handle is difficult to hold when the pot is removed from Gotoku. Therefore, a ring-shaped virtue that can be in contact with the pot bottom over the entire circumference is provided on the top plate, and hot air is forcibly sucked and exhausted through the exhaust passage, so that the hot air does not leak outside the virtue. In this way, it is conceivable that the handle of the pot is not heated.

However, in the cooking device using the ring-shaped virtue as described above, the flame or hot air can come into contact with the pot bottom only in a range surrounded by the virtue, and the heat receiving area of the pot bottom falls within the range. Limited. Then, the amount of heat transmitted to the bottom of the pot is reduced, and it is difficult to increase the thermal efficiency.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention forcibly removes a ring-shaped virtue which can abut the bottom of a pan and surrounds a flame from a burner and hot air generated by the flame. In a heating cooker provided with an exhaust means for sucking and discharging to the outside through an exhaust passage, a gap is formed between the virtues and the bottom of the pan to allow the inside and outside of the virtues to communicate between the virtues and the bottom of the pan. In addition, the suction amount is set so that a predetermined amount of hot air is guided to the outside of the virtue through the gap.

If no gap is formed between the top and bottom of the pot and no unevenness is formed on the top of the pot, no heat is transferred from the hot air to the bottom of the pot at the portion of the pot bottom that is in contact with the top of the pot. . However, when the gap is provided to guide the hot air, heat exchange is performed between the hot air and the pot bottom while passing through the gap, and the pot bottom is heated. This increases the heat receiving area at the bottom of the pot and increases the thermal efficiency.

[0008] By the way, the hot air exchanges heat with the bottom of the pot while passing through the gap, so that the temperature is relatively low at the time when the hot air goes outside the virtue. Also, since the amount of hot air guided outside is small, the handle of the pot is not heated much. On the other hand, the handle of a double-handled pan having two handles is easily heated, and in general, the double-supported pot is placed on the gotoku so that the handles are located on the left and right. Therefore, the gap formed at the left and right positions of Gotoku is made smaller than the gaps of the other portions, and the amount of hot air guided to the outside of Gotoku is locally reduced, thereby further preventing the handle of the two-handed pot from being heated. I did it.

[0010] As shown in Fig. 2, the above-mentioned gotoku 2 is formed in an annular shape, and is press-molded so that the inside is hollow.
A relatively narrow ridge 22a and a relatively wide ridge 22b are formed on the upper surface 21 of the gotoku 2, and the pot P is placed on these ridges 22a and 22b. The height of these ridges 22a and 22b is preferably 3 to 5 mm. By the way, the protruding ridges 22b are provided at respective positions on the upper surface 21 that face each other in the left-right direction of the main body 1, and are provided so as to form an interval narrower than an interval between other portions. In addition, the inner peripheral surface 2
3, a plurality of window holes 24 are formed at substantially equal intervals in the circumferential direction.

The burner 4 has a flame hole 4 opening inward.
It is composed of an internal flame type ring burner around 0,
The burner 4 was fitted to the upper end of a bottomed cylindrical support frame 42 inserted into the combustion case 3 with a space 41 around it. The upper end of the combustion case 3 protrudes inward from the flame hole 40, and a secondary air passage 41 a connected to the space 41 is formed between the protrusion 30 and the burner 4. In addition, a protection tube 44 is inserted through an opening 43 at the center of the bottom plate portion of the support frame 42, and a thermal head 45 urged upward by a spring (not shown) into the protection tube 44.
When the pot P is placed on the gotoku 2, the thermal head 45 is pressed against the pot bottom PB, and the burner 4 can stop burning when the pot bottom PB is overheated. Note that the upper end of the protective cylinder 44 is set lower than the height of each of the ridges 22a and 22b of Gotoku 2. Even if the pot P is placed on Gotoku 2, the protective cylinder 4
The upper end of 4 does not contact the pot bottom PB with a predetermined gap 45B. The air that has risen in the protection cylinder 44 passes through a gap 45A between the protection cylinder 44 and the thermal head 45 and blows out radially from the gap 45B to cool the thermal head 45 and prevent the flame F from directly contacting the thermal head 45. By doing so, the problem that the thermal head 45 detects the temperature of the flame F is prevented. The secondary air for combustion is supplied to the opening 43 and the protective cylinder 4 in addition to the secondary air passage 41a.
4 and an opening 4 formed in the bottom plate of the support frame 42.
6 is introduced into the combustion case 3. A hole 44a is formed in the lower part of the peripheral surface of the protection cylinder 44, and air sucked from the lower end opening of the protection cylinder 44 is supplied to the gap 45A or the gap 4 at the upper end.
Since the air passage area is reduced by 5B, a part of the air is diverted from the hole 44a to the outside of the protection cylinder 44 to be used as secondary air for combustion, and the air rises along the outer peripheral surface of the protection cylinder 44 to cause a flame. F was prevented from directly contacting the protection cylinder 44, and the protection cylinder 44 itself was air-cooled when passing through the hole 44a. In the figure, reference numeral 47 denotes a spark plug, and PH
Is a pair of handles provided on the pot P.

The combustion case 3 has an inner / outer double wall structure, and a space between the double walls of the combustion case 3 is provided through an opening 31 provided in an inner top plate 10 a fitted to the upper end of the combustion case 3. The exhaust passage 5 communicates with the hollow space of Gotoku 2. The exhaust passage 5
Is connected to an exhaust port 50 formed in the back of the top plate 10b, and further, an exhaust fan 6 is provided in the exhaust passage 5 so that forced exhaust can be performed.

When the pot P is placed on the ridges 22a and 22b of Santoku 2, the portion surrounded by the pot bottom PB and each of the ridges 22a and 22b becomes a gap communicating the inside and outside of the santoku 2.
Two types of gaps are formed as the gap: a relatively wide gap 22c and a relatively narrow gap 22d formed between the left and right ridges 22b when viewed from the front. On the other hand, the number of rotations of the exhaust fan 6 is
By adjusting the area of the secondary air port such as 6 and the like, not all the hot air of the flame F generated by igniting the burner 4 is sucked into the window hole 24 but a part of the hot air (about 20% of the entire hot air). Gap 22c
・ It was made to go outside of Gotoku 2 through 22d.
With this configuration, while the hot air passes through the gaps 22c and 22d, the hot air comes into contact with the pan bottom PB to perform heat exchange, and the pan bottom PB
Is heated by the hot air, and the hot air is released to the outside of Gotoku 2 in a state where the heat is deprived by the pot bottom PB and becomes relatively low. Since the amount of hot air released is low and the temperature is low, the handle PH of the pot P is not heated so much. In addition, the gap 22d formed at the left and right positions of Gotoku 2 is the gap 22 of the other part.
Since the passage area of the hot air is smaller than that of c, the discharge amount of the hot air is smaller than the discharge amount in other portions. PH is not heated.

Although not shown in the present embodiment, a notch is provided on one of the inner top plate 10a and the gotoku 2 and a projection is provided on the other, which engages with the notch. The main body 1 is located in the left-right direction. In addition, although the window hole 24 for forcibly sucking the hot air is formed in the inner peripheral surface 23 of the gotoku 2, it may be formed in the inner top plate 10a.

In the above embodiment, the ridges are simultaneously formed when the virtues are pressed. However, after forming the virtues having a flat upper surface, a plate piece corresponding to the ridges may be welded to the upper surface of the virtues. . In addition, if the upper surface of the ridges or plate pieces is inclined in the downward direction toward the inside of the god, the pot bottom and the ridges or plate pieces come into point contact, and the heat receiving area can be further increased. Further, a plurality of protrusions having a circular horizontal cross-section may be provided instead of the protrusions or plate pieces that are continuous in the radiating direction.

In each of the above embodiments, an internal flame type ring burner is used. However, an external flame type burner in which a flame hole is provided on the outer peripheral surface or a top fire type burner in which a flame hole is provided on the upper surface. Other types of burners may be used.

By the way, the ridges and plate pieces may be provided in at least three places. However, when the number of the ridges and plate pieces is small and the circumferential gap becomes large, the height of the ridges and plate pieces is reduced. The opening area may be reduced. In the case where a gap is provided over substantially the entire circumference as described above, the left and right window holes 2 where the handle of the pan is located are set.
By increasing the number of 4 or the opening area, the amount of suction on the left and right may be increased to prevent the handle from overheating.

Further, in a small pot, the gap may be narrowed to reduce the amount of hot air passing therethrough, but it is desired to increase the amount of hot air passing as the pot becomes larger. In such a case, the upper side of the ridge or plate is inclined in the direction of descending toward the inside of the gorge, and the small pot supported inside the upper side has a lower pot bottom, and the larger pot supported outside the upper side. In a pot, the height of the pot bottom may be increased so that the gap between the gotoku and the pot bottom increases as the pot becomes larger.

As is apparent from the above description, by introducing a part of the hot air to the outside of the annular virtues, the thermal efficiency when the annular virtues are used can be increased. In addition, even if the hot air is led to the outside of Gotoku, the handle of the pot does not get hot.
