上記の如き炎漏出防止型コンロでは、五徳の内径より小径の鍋は使用することができず、小さな鍋も使用できるようにするには五徳の内径を小さくせざるを得ない。然し、これでは、大きな鍋を使用したとき、鍋底の中央部分しか加熱できなくなり、加熱効率が低下する。

上記課題を解決すべく、本発明は、バーナの炎を囲う筒状の五徳と、炎により生じた熱気を五徳で囲われる空間から強制的に吸引排気する排気ファンとを備える炎漏出防止型コンロにおいて、五徳の内側に、五徳の内径より小径の鍋を配置する五徳爪を設ける一方、五徳の上端には、周方向に間隔を存して複数の突起を設け、五徳爪に小径の鍋を配置した場合に五徳と鍋との間に生ずる隙間から排気ファンの吸引力により外気を吸引可能としたことを特徴とする。
