壁に局部的な過熱を生じ易い不都合を伴う。従来
かゝる不都合を無くすべく、例えば前記公報に見
られるように、該底面壁の下側に仕切板とその下
側の前方に整流板とを備えて該仕切板の下側面に
該バーナとの間に通気間隙を形成させて該バーナ
の炎の上方へのドリフトを可及的抑止させるよう
にした式のものは提案されるが、かゝるものでは
その構成が比較的面倒となるを免れない。

る。かくて、該空室8はその内部に常時外気を導
かれた状態に存してその上側の調理庫3の底面壁
3aとその下側の該バーナ5との間に介在され、
該底面壁3aを該バーナ5による過熱から保護す
べく作用し更に該通気孔10を介して導かれる外
気は該バーナ5の炎にその上面から作用してその
ドリフトを防止すべく作用し、これを換言すれば
該底面壁3aを該ドリフトによる過熱から防止す
べく作用する。
