【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は厨房装置に関し、更に詳しくは調理
機能と暖房機能を備えた厨房装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a kitchen device, and more particularly to a kitchen device equipped with a cooking function and a heating function.
従来より第1図に示す様に調理部Aと暖房部B
を備えた厨房装置であつて、該両部に兼用の熱源

置に切換えるダンパーDを有した厨房装置は例え
ば実公昭41−21971号で知られている。尚Eは調
理室、Fは温風吹出口、Gは温風フアンである。
これによれば一つの厨房装置で調理機能と暖房機
能を有して良いが、調理部Aと暖房部Bから成り

熱気の加熱庫1への入口、9は排気口である。前
記送風機4は熱源6が加熱庫1内の時には熱気の
循環に役立ち、図示例の様に熱気6が加熱庫1外
の時には熱源6よりの熱気の加熱庫1内への吸込
みと加熱庫1内での熱気循環に役立つ。以上のも
のに於て扉3以外に於ては従来のものと変らない

して送風機4により吹き出だされて暖をとる事が
できる。尚この場合通気窓10が開放されて通気
扉となつた時に該通気窓から熱気が通り良い様ガ
イドGを第6図の破線の様に設けると良い。シヤ
ツター11が図示例の様に蝶番で開閉される時に
