Claims (12)
- LEDランプユニットであって、
放熱器、座体、及び蓋体を含み、
前記座体は、前記放熱器の一端に複数の第一連結部が設置され、各第一連結部には第一連結部材が設置され、
前記蓋体は、前記放熱器の他端に複数の第二連結部が設置され、各第二連結部には第二連結部材が設置され、前記複数の第二連結部の第二連結部材は前記複数の第一連結部の第一連結部材に対応して接続され、それにより前記放熱器は前記座体と前記蓋体の間に挟まれて固定される。 - 前記放熱器の周縁に、外に向かって延出する複数の放熱プレートが設けられたを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記放熱器には、前記複数の第二連結部を穿設できる複数の貫通溝が設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記複数の第一連結部は前記座体を囲繞するように間隔を空けて設置され、前記複数の第二連結部は前記蓋体を囲繞するように間隔を空けて設置されことを特徴とする、請求項1又は3に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記第一連結部材は鉤ホックであり、前記第二連結部材は鉤孔であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記第一連結部材は鉤孔であり、前記第二連結部材は鉤ホックであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記座体の後端には導電ソケットが取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記LEDランプユニットは発光モジュールを更に含み、前記発光モジュールは複数の発光ダイオードを含み、前記放熱器には収納部が設置され、前記発光モジュールは前記収納部内に収納されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記発光モジュールは更に回路基板を含み、前記回路基板の後方表面は前記収納部の内面にぴったりと貼り付けられ、前記複数の発光ダイオードは前記回路基板の前方表面に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記LEDランプユニットは更にレンズを含み、前記レンズには、前記複数の発光ダイオードに対応する複数の導光部が設置され、前記蓋体には通孔が設置され、前記レンズは前記通孔内に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記LEDランプユニットは駆動回路ユニットを更に含み、前記座体には収納スペースが設けられ、前記駆動回路ユニットは前記収納スペース内に収納されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDランプユニット。
- 前記駆動回路ユニットは、少なくとも一つの回路基板、及び前記回路基板に設置される複数の電子素子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のLEDランプユニット。
