Claims (4)

e.前記二重内腔チューブには、半径が大きいチューブ部と半径が小さいチューブ部とが含まれており、それらチューブ部は、偏心するように共に配置されて、前記半径が大きいチューブ部が大きい内腔を、前記半径が小さいチューブ部が小さい内腔を画定しており、前記小さい内腔は、前記大きな内腔の全体的な形状に対して偏心し、前記大きな内腔の全体的な形状内にほぼ配置されており、前記二重内腔チューブの遠位端には、突出した斜めの端部があり、前記突出した斜めの端部と前記可撓性の先端チューブとは、単独で又は協動して、血管などの曲がりくねった経路に沿った通過を容易にする、
二重内腔吸引カテーテルシステム。 - 前記可撓性の先端チューブは、前記突出した斜めの端部に隣接して、部分的に囲まれるような状態にて前記半径が小さいチューブ部に固定されて、前記小さい内腔と連通しており、前記小さい内腔は、近位側に配置された出口端を含んでおり、前記可撓性の先端チューブと前記小さい内腔とは、前記可撓性の先端チューブの内腔に入って、前記近位側に配置された出口端から出るガイドワイヤを収納する経路を形成し、前記半径が大きいチューブ部の前記大きな内腔は、前記吸引アセンブリと協動して、遊離物質を血管などから吸引するのに使用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 放射線不透過性リング又はマーカーバンドが、前記半径が小さいチューブ部の遠位端の周囲に配置されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記吸引アセンブリは、シリンジ、ストップコック、延長チューブ及び複数のコネクタを含んでおり、前記ハブ及び前記吸引カテーテルを通じて、残骸、血栓又は塞栓を低圧で排出するソースを与える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
