Description

The present invention relates to a technique for attaching an opening frame to a wall opening provided to attach a fitting such as a door or a window to a wall.

Conventionally, the work of attaching the opening frame to the opening has been performed simultaneously with the shaft assembly work of the partition wall. Therefore, the opening frame is formed so that it can be fitted to the thickness of the partition wall.

However, if the opening frame is carried out at the same time as the partitioning work of the partition wall, the repair work is complicated because the opening frame must be removed and reattached when a problem occurs in the wall mounting. At the same time, the finished product could be damaged by hitting it against another wall during the work.

Furthermore, if cross work or housing equipment is carried in with the opening frame attached, there is a risk of damaging the opening frame made of members such as wood.

Therefore, a method of attaching a rear opening frame has been devised and has already been disclosed in Patent Document 1. The invention of Patent Document 1 attaches frame pieces divided into two vertically from both sides of one side and the other side to the opening portion of the wall consisting of one side and the other side, and both frame pieces are fitted and connected to each other. It constitutes an opening frame.

特願平09−119267Japanese Patent Application No. 09-119267

However, according to the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, since the frame pieces divided into two are attached and the frame pieces are fitted and connected to each other to form the opening frame, the connection is made when the wall thickness is changed. There was a problem that a gap was generated between the piece and the two frame pieces, and the connecting piece was loose.

Therefore, in the present invention, a stable opening frame is provided by forming the opening frame so that it can be retrofitted, but without creating a gap between the connecting piece and the two frame pieces.

The present invention
(1) An opening frame attached to a wall opening of a wall surface,
A first frame side provided to abut one side of the wall surface and a part of the opening cross section;
A second frame side provided so as to be fitted to the first frame side and abutted against the first frame side and the wall surface on the non-contact side and the cross section of the opening;
By providing an opening frame comprising: a door stop member provided so as to be fitted to a non-contact surface with the cross section of the opening portion of either the first frame side or the second frame side. Solve the above problems.
(2) The above-mentioned problem is solved by providing the opening frame according to (1), characterized in that the corners of the first frame side and the second frame side that come into contact with the wall surface are inclined.
(3) The opening frame according to any one of (1) and (2), wherein a guide groove for the locking member is provided on at least one of the first frame side or the second frame side.

The opening according to the present invention is configured as described above,
(1) Since the opening frame is retrofitted, it is not necessary to remove the opening even when the wall or the like needs to be repaired.

(2) Also, since the opening is retrofitted, there is no risk of damaging the opening during construction or when equipment is carried.

(3) Since the door contact member is not involved in the fitting with the first frame side or the second frame side, there is no problem in the fitting of the door even when the wall thickness is changed.

(4) Even when the wall thickness is changed, it can be adjusted by the gap formed in the fitting portion of the first frame side or the second frame side, and the non-opening section side (door-holding member side) Since the gap is covered by the door stop member, the gap is not exposed to the outside.

An embodiment of an opening frame according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a first frame side, a second frame side, and a door stop member. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view when the inventive opening frame is attached to the wall surface. FIG. 3 is an overall view when the opening frame of the present invention is attached.

As shown in FIG. 1, the opening frame of the present invention has a first frame side 1, a second frame side 2, and a door stop member 3 as a basic configuration.

The first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 are formed with a concave part on one side and a convex part on the other side so as to fit each other. In this best mode, the first frame side 1 is provided with a convex portion 11A, and the second frame side 2 is provided with a concave portion 21A. The first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 are fitted in accordance with the wall thickness. That is, when the wall thickness is large, gaps A, B, and C are formed between the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 as shown in FIG.

The door contact member 3 is a member necessary for opening and closing a door (joint) or the like by contacting the door 9 as shown in FIG. The door stop member 3 is provided so as to be fitted to a surface that is not in contact with the opening section of either the first frame side 1 or the second frame side 2, preferably the second frame side 2. It has been. Since it is provided at this position, the door stop member 3 is not involved in the fitting of the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 and is not involved in the connection between the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2. . Therefore, even if gaps A, B, and C are formed between the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 when the wall thickness is large, the door contact member 3 is not affected. Moreover, since the door stop member 3 covers the gap A, no gap appears in the appearance, and the aesthetics are not impaired.

Each member will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the first frame side 1 is configured by integrating a decorative plate 12 with a core material 11. The decorative plate 12 is inserted into the core material 11 so as to contact the wall surface at the end 12B. When the decorative board end 12B is inserted into the core material 11, peeling of the decorative board and the core material can be prevented.

The convex portion 11A of the first frame side 1 is fitted with the concave portion 21A of the second frame side, and a wall surface side surface of the decorative plate end portion 12B is in contact with one surface side of the wall surface. The corner portion 13 is inclined and is configured to be pushed into the gap between the wall surface 5 and the decorative plate end portion 12B with a spatula or the like when the cloth 6 is stretched. The first frame side 1 is provided so as to contact a part of the opening section of the wall surface 5.

The second frame side 2 is also configured by integrating the decorative plate 22 with the core material 21. The decorative plate 22 is inserted into the core material 21 so as to contact the wall surface at the end 22B.

It is preferable that a packing 7 is provided between the second frame side 2 and the opening cross section during construction. This packing 7 serves as a guide for fitting with the upper frame side 10 described later.

It is desirable to provide a recess 21 </ b> C on the non-contact surface with the opening cross section of the second frame side 2 so as to fit the door stop member. In addition, this recessed part can also be provided in the 1st frame side 1. FIG.

It is desirable to provide a guide groove 4 for guiding a locking member such as a screw or a nail on at least one of the second frame side 2 or the first frame side 1. This is because the first frame side 11 and the second frame side 21 are easily locked with screws when being fixed. In this optimum embodiment, the second frame side 2 is provided.

The second frame side 2 is provided so as to contact the first frame side and the non-contact side wall surface and the opening section. The end 22B of the second frame side 2 on the side in contact with the wall surface is inclined at the corner portion 23 in contact with the wall surface in the same manner as the corner portion 13 of the first frame side 1.

Next, the door stop member 3 will be described. Similarly to the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2, this member is also configured by integrating a decorative plate 32 with the core material 31.

The door stop member 3 is provided with a convex portion 31 </ b> C and fits with the concave portion 21 </ b> C of the second frame side 2.

It is desirable that the door stop member 3 has a length that covers even the fitting portions of the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2. Thereby, even if the gap A is generated between the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2, it can be covered. Since the gaps B and C are inside, they are not exposed to the appearance. Further, since the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 are firmly fixed, the gaps A, B, and C do not cause backlash.

FIG. 4 is a view showing the upper frame side 10. Similar to the second frame side 2, the upper frame side is provided with a recess so that it can be fitted with the door stop member 3. As apparent from FIG. 3, the upper frame side 10 is provided on the upper side of the opening frame. As shown in FIG. 5, the upper portions of the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 have a key shape, and are thus fitted to the upper frame side 10. The upper frame side 10 is a member in which the core material and the decorative plate are joined, like the first frame side and the second frame side. A packing 7 is provided on the opening cross section side of the upper frame side 10, and this packing serves as a guide when the first frame side 1 and the second frame side 2 are fitted together.
