【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、コンクリートブロック
の目地形成装置に関する。
【０００２】なお、本明細書において「コンクリートブ
ロック」なる文言はセグメントをも包含する意味で用い
られている。
【０００３】
【従来の技術】コンクリートブロックの目地は図３に示
すように、コンクリートブロック１０、１２の対向する
端面１１、１３の間に、充填材である例えばモルタル１
４を詰めて形成している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の目地は、ブロッ
ク１０、１２の間にモルタル１４を単に詰めるだけなの
で、モルタル１４の量が多い場合は、モルタル端部１４
ａがブロック１０、１２の表面から露出し、少ない場合
は、引込み過ぎて例えば図４に示すように、ブロック塀
Ａの目地Ｂの景観が悪い。また、したがって形成作業に
熟練を要する。
【０００５】本発明は、容易に景観が良い目地を形成で
きるコンクリートブロックの目地形成装置を提供するこ
とを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、隙間
（Ｃ）を設けて配置されたコンクリートブロック（１、
３）の対向する端面（２、４）にそれぞれ凹部（２ａ、
４８）を形成したコンクリートブロックの目地形成装置
において、その一方の端面（２）の凹部（２ａ）には布
製の袋体（５）の開口縁部（５ａ）が固定され、その袋
体（５）はモルタル（１４）を充填したときに膨出して
ブロック（１、３）間の隙間（Ｃ）を過不足なくふさぐ
容積を有し、その袋体（５）は縮めてフラットになるよ
うにして複数の部分（５ｂ〜５ｅ）が凹部（２ａ）にモ
ルタル（１４）の充填圧力により容易にはがれる程度に
のりで接着されており、袋体（５）と凹部（２ａ）との
間に充填パイプ（６）が挿入されている。

【０００８】充填材は、セメントミルク、モルタル、コ
ンクリート、化学合成材が好ましい。

【作用】本発明においては、充填パイプから充填材を充
填すると、充填圧力により袋体の接着がはがれ、充填材
で膨出されてコンクリートの両端面間をふさぎ、目地が
景観良く形成される。

【実施例】以下図面を参照して本発明の実施態様を説明
する。
【００１１】図１は、本発明を実施する袋体が示されて
いる。隙間Ｃを設けて配置されたコンクリートブロック
１、３の対向する端面２、４には、それぞれ円弧状の凹
部２ａ、４ａが形成されている。
【００１２】その一方の端面２の凹部２ａには、布製の
袋体５の開口縁部５ａがブロック１に埋め込んで固定さ
れている。この袋体５の容積は図２に示すように、モル
タル１４を充填した場合、膨出してブロック１、３間の
隙間Ｃを図示のように過不足なくふさぐに足りる容積に
形成されている。その袋体５は、縮めてフラットになる
ように、複数の部分５ｂ〜５ｅは、凹部２ａに軽く（モ
ルタル１４の充填圧力により容易にはがれる程度）にの
りで接着されている。そして、袋体５と凹部２ａとの間
には、充填パイプ６が挿入されている。
【００１３】目地形成に際し、充填パイプ６からモルタ
ル１４を充填する。すると、モルタル１４の充填圧力に
より部分５ｂ〜５ｅがはがれ、袋体５が図２に示すよう
に膨出され、両凹部２ａ、４ａと隙間Ｃ、Ｃがふさが
れ、膨出端縁部５ｆにより景観の良い目地Ｂが形成され
る。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明によれば、袋
体にモルタルを充填し、膨出させてコンクリートブロッ
ク間の隙間をふさいで景観の良い目地を形成することが
できる。
【００１５】したがって、熟練を要しないで容易に目地
を形成することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 隙間（Ｃ）を設けて配置されたコンクリ
    ートブロック（１、３）の対向する端面（２、４）にそ
    れぞれ凹部（２ａ、４８）を形成したコンクリートブロ
    ックの目地形成装置において、その一方の端面（２）の
    凹部（２ａ）には布製の袋体（５）の開口縁部（５ａ）
    が固定され、その袋体（５）はモルタル（１４）を充填
    したときに膨出してブロック（１、３）間の隙間（Ｃ）
    を過不足なくふさぐ容積を有し、その袋体（５）は縮め
    てフラットになるようにして複数の部分（５ｂ〜５ｅ）
    が凹部（２ａ）にモルタル（１４）の充填圧力により容
    易にはがれる程度にのりで接着されており、袋体（５）
    と凹部（２ａ）との間に充填パイプ（６）が挿入されて
    いることを特徴とするコンクリートブロックの目地形成
    装置。
