完全に無菌消毒をすることが出来る罐口密封の新型プラ
スチック飲料水罐蓋を提供する。 【解決手段】 新型のプラスチック飲料水用の罐の蓋に
関し、蓋体、出水口、出水口シール・ピース及び出水口
栓より構成され、蓋体、出水口、出水口シール・ピース
及び出水口栓は全て一回の射出により成型したもので、
蓋体の上方には環状の凹溝が有り、該凹溝の幅は大容量
飲料水罐の罐口の厚さとぴったり合い、それによって、
プラスチック飲料水罐蓋は飲料水罐の罐口に締めつけら
れて、水を密封する。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は新型のプラスチック飲料水用の罐の蓋に関し、日常生活用品の分野に 属するものである。

【従来の技術】
市販の綺麗に包装されているミネラルウォータ又は蒸留水の大容量プラスチッ ク飲料水入りの罐、例えば３ガロンと５ガロンの飲料水罐については、そのプラ スチック蓋の真ん中のプラスチック出水口栓は蓋体とそれぞれ別体に射出成型し たものである。使用する際、プラスチック蓋を飲料水罐に被せ、出水口栓を差し 込んでから、シール・ペーパを蓋に張りつけて出水口を密封する。こうした操作 の過程の中では、出水口の完全無菌消毒をすることができない。又、飲料水罐蓋 と飲料水罐口との間には、スペーサを取り付けて、始めて輸送中に水が洩れなく なる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案の目的は蓋体と出水口栓が一回の射出により一体成型され、コストが低 く、使い易く、製造工程において完全に無菌消毒をすることが出来る罐口密封の 新型プラスチック飲料水罐蓋を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の飲料水罐蓋は、蓋体、出水口、出水口シール・ピース及び出水口栓 より構成されている。その蓋体、出水口、出水口シール・ピース及び出水口栓は 全体を一回の射出により一体的に成型したもので、出水口栓は短いプラスチック 帯により蓋体と連結されている。プラスチック帯はフレキシブルで、出水口栓を 蓋体の出水口の中に差し込むことができる。出水口の下端にはシール・ピースが 有り、蓋体内部の上方には環状の凹溝が有る。その環状の凹溝の幅は現在市販さ れている大容量飲料水罐口の厚さと同じであるので、プラスチック飲料水罐蓋体 は飲料水罐の口に締着され、運送などの時に水が洩れることがない。射出成型し た飲料水罐蓋が無菌消毒されて、出水口栓を出水口に差し込み、シール・ピース を剥がす前、即ち使用する前には、終始、出水口の無菌を保証することができる 。この罐を使用して水を飲む時には、出水口栓を取り外して、直ぐ飲料水罐を逆 さまに飲水器の上に置くと、飲水器の入水管が飲料水罐蓋のシール・ピースを突 き破り、水が飲水器の中に入る。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、添付図に基づき、本考案の実施例について詳細に説明する。 この実施例の飲料水罐蓋は、蓋体１、出水口２、出水口シール・ピース３及び 出水口栓４より構成されている。 蓋体１、出水口２、出水口シール・ピース３及び出水口栓４は全て一回の射出 により一体成型されたもので、出水口栓４には短いプラスチック帯６があり、そ れにより蓋体１と出水口栓４が繋がっている。プラスチック帯６は容易に曲げる ことができ、出水口栓４を蓋体１の出水口２の中に差し込むことができる。出水 口２の下端にはシール・ピース３が有り、蓋体１の内部の上方には環状の凹溝５ が有る。環状凹溝５の幅は現在市販されている大容量の飲料水罐口の厚さとぴっ たり合うような幅にしてあるので、プラスチック製飲料水罐の蓋体１を飲料水罐 口に締着することができ、運送などの時には水が洩れることがない。 射出成型した飲料水罐蓋が無菌消毒され、出水口栓４を出水口２の中に差し込 み、シール・ピース３を剥がす前、即ち使用する前には、終始、出水口２の無菌 を確保される。この罐を使用して水を飲む時には、出水口栓を取り出して、直ぐ 飲料水罐を逆さまに飲水器の上に置く。そのようにすることにより、飲水器の入 水管が飲料水罐蓋のシール・ピースを突き破り、水が飲水器の中に入る。 従来の技術と比べると、本考案の飲料水罐蓋は次の特徴がある。 １）本考案の飲料水罐蓋は蓋体、出水口、出水口シール・ピース及び出水口栓 は一回の射出成型で一体的に形成されているので、製造コストは従来の様な二回 にわたる成型よりも低い。 ２）本考案の飲料水罐蓋は飲料水メーカが密封する罐口を洗い消毒することが やりやすく、使い易く、水が洩れず、スペーサ不用、市販している飲水器と組み 合わせて使用出来る。

    及び出水口栓（４）は一体で、出水口栓（４）には短い
    プラスチック帯（６）があり、それにより蓋体と出水口
    栓（４）が繋がっており、プラスチック帯（６）は曲げ
    られて、出水口栓（４）を蓋体（１）の出水口（２）の
    中に差し込み、出水口（２）の下端にはシール・ピース
    （３）が有り、蓋体（１）内部の上方には環状の凹溝
    （５）が有り、環状凹溝（５）の幅は現在市販している
    大容量飲料水罐口の厚さとぴったり合う幅であることを
    特徴とする、プラスチック飲料水罐蓋。
