2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in tile construction on a building or the like, tiles have been bonded and integrated with a concrete mortar on site one by one. However, this method is tedious and very inefficient. Therefore, a plurality of tiles are arranged at predetermined positions on a film or sheet made of an adhesive-applied polypropylene, polyethylene, paper or the like, and a rod-like product of polyethylene foam is placed between and around the entire area as temporary joints. Or, the tile position is filled with a pre-punched polyethylene foam sheet to make a tile-integrated sheet with temporary joints, and then a concrete mortar is poured directly from the back side of the sheet-integrated product. An enforcement law has been implemented in which a PC board with a tile of a concrete and tile integrated product is made to have a constant thickness, and the PC board is directly attached to a wall surface of a building.

[0003] However, in this method, the accuracy of the tile baking dimensions is low, and on the other hand, due to the distortion of the polyethylene sheet, or the displacement of the tile during the movement of the tile-integrated sheet, the tile is displaced. When a gap occurs between the tile and the polyethylene foam as the temporary joint, or a phenomenon occurs such that the tile peels off from the adhesive, the concrete is removed.
When the mortar is poured, the concrete mortar liquid (commonly referred to as "NORO") flows to the side and surface of the tile and solidifies to cause contamination, or the polyethylene foam used as the temporary joint is buried in the concrete mortar and is difficult to remove. This causes problems in workability, enforcement law, appearance, etc.

Further, since the adhesive strength between the polyethylene foam and the pressure-sensitive adhesive is extremely low, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is hardened after the concrete is solidified.
When peeling off the tile from the tile, the temporary joint polyethylene foam may remain on the tile joint, and there is a disadvantage that it is troublesome to remove.

[0005] One of the solutions to such a problem is to use a foamed polyolefin sheet having a surface wetting tension of 40 dyne / cm or more as a temporary joint, and to bond the tile to an adhesive. There is a method in which the force is improved (see JP-A-1-158164). However, in the prior art, only the adhesion between the foamed polyolefin sheet and the sheet is improved, and specifically when the dimensional accuracy of the tile is poor or the gap between the tile and the temporary joint is generated due to the displacement of the tile or the like. It is still not enough to prevent the above-mentioned slags from being caused by contamination of concrete slags.

(Function) The reason why the water-swellable foamed plastic used as a temporary joint in the present invention preferably has the above-mentioned properties when absorbing water is as follows. That is, when the concrete mortar is driven in, the whole foamed plastic absorbs water and swells. As a result, the foam of the foamed plastic becomes small and becomes clogged, and the foam itself expands and the foam adheres to the tile side wall. At the same time, it continued to expand further and pressed against the tile side wall, and this clogging and pressing force made it possible to prevent the mortar from entering the concrete mortar.

For this reason, the coefficient of linear expansion of the foamed plastic due to water absorption is preferably 5% or more, more preferably 10%.
That is all. If it is less than 5%, it is difficult to prevent the concrete mortar from sticking out due to the above-mentioned clogging and pressing force, and it is not possible to cope with a deviation such as a punching dimensional error of a foam sheet having a variation in tile size.

It is desirable that the expansion rate be high. If it is slow, the injected concrete mortar infiltrates a large amount on the tile surface until the foam swells sufficiently and causes contamination, so that the time required for the coefficient of linear expansion to reach 5% is 5%. It is preferably within minutes.

[0013] The hardness of the foam as a temporary joint is 50.
% Compression hardness is preferably 100 g / cm 2 or more. In the case of less than this, the foam is deformed by the injection of the injected concrete mortar and its weight, and the foam is deformed, and when the foam is peeled, unevenness is generated on the construction surface, or the foam enters the unevenness and it is difficult to peel off. It may be torn, causing problems in appearance and construction.

Examples of the water-swellable resin-containing foamed plastic include natural polymers such as starch and cellulose, acrylic acid, polyurethane and polyvinyl alcohol.
And rubber-based, urethane-based, and polyolefin-based foamed plastics to which a water-absorbing polymer such as a polyester is added. Particularly preferred is a resin which makes the resin itself hydrophilic and further contains a swellable resin. For example, a hydrophilic polyurethane foam containing a water-absorbing polymer such as an acrylic acid-based polymer can be used. When this is used as a temporary joint, not only can the infiltration of slag into the tile surface and side surfaces be prevented, but also the adhesiveness with the adhesive sheet is good. It is good without any remaining problem.

More preferably, the foamed plastic used in the present invention has a skin layer on at least one surface. The reason is that the skin layer is advantageous for adhesion to the sheet bonding the tile, and after the concrete mortar is poured, the concrete mortar and the foam are easier to peel off than in the case of skinless. This is because the surface condition of the joint becomes smooth at the same time.

3 and 4 show the order of construction when the tile sheet with temporary joints is constructed. First, the tile sheets with temporary joints are arranged inside the formwork 7 as shown in FIG.
Pour in mortar 9. After the concrete mortar is cured, when the mold 7 and the plastic sheet are removed, the temporary joint is removed together with the film, and thereafter, a joint made of the concrete mortar is formed. When the conventional tile sheet with temporary joints was used, the occurrence of slag as shown by 10 in FIG. 4 was observed, but when the tile sheet with temporary joints according to the present invention was used, this occurred. No such slime occurs.

When the tile sheet with temporary joints according to the present invention is constructed, it is preferable to sufficiently swell the tile sheet with water before pouring the concrete mortar. In other words, swelling the swellable foamed plastic, which is a temporary joint with water, not only eliminates the gap between the tile and the temporary joint, but also causes a stress between the tiles due to the swelling of the temporary joint, thereby reducing the force due to the flow of the concrete. Prevents the passage of influences and slimes, resulting in a pollution-free tile finish. Next, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.

(Comparative Example) In Comparative Example 1, foamed polyethylene was used, and in Comparative Example 2, an ester-based urethane foam was used, and a concrete was implanted as a tile-integrated sheet. An amount of solidified concrete was adhered and contaminated on the tile side surface or tile surface. (The physical properties of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 are shown in Table 2.)

In both cases, the form has poor adhesion to the tape, and when the tape is peeled from the concrete, the form is easily peeled off from the tape and remains on the concrete. I have.
The peeling of the foam remaining on the concrete was severe and the peeling was poor.

As described above, according to the present invention, the pores of the open cells of the foam swell inside and outside due to water absorption during construction,
It is considered that the pores become smaller and a clogging effect is obtained in which the mortar of concrete mortar enters. Therefore, even if some water passes through and comes into contact with the tile surface, the mortar of the concrete mortar does not pass through, so that contamination due to adhesion to the tile surface does not occur and the efficiency of finishing work and the like can be improved.

Further, the peeling of the concrete and the foam is easy, and it is possible to easily peel the foam in any case.
This is a great effect of the present invention. The fact that the peeling of the concrete from the foamed plastic which is the temporary joint material is easy and the joint of the peeled surface is smooth means that the water-swellable foamed plastic surface of the present invention absorbs water even when the concrete is peeled off. It is considered that peeling is easy and the joint becomes smooth because of the wet state. Further, the foam hardness is maintained by water absorption, and no irregularities occur at the interface with the concrete.
