Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an occluding tape for joint treatment. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-170420 discloses an appearance by covering joints of joints such as PC boards and lightweight cellular concrete boards which are wall materials of a building. It describes a technique for applying an obscuring tape that can be made into a beautiful finish with higher added value. [0003] The above-mentioned known example has a problem that it is difficult to use the device because the device and position of the release paper are insufficient. In the present application, the position and width of the release paper are devised to facilitate use. According to the present invention, a band-shaped tape body 1 is formed of a net-like material, and an occluding film having a width smaller than that of the tape body 1 is provided at the center of the lower surface side of the tape body 1. 4
Are provided in a parallel state, and an adhesive is applied or impregnated on the lower surfaces of the tape body 1 and the covering film 4, and a release paper 3 wider than the tape body 1 is provided on the upper surface of the tape body 1.
Are adhered in a parallel state, and an adhesive is
The adhesive layer on the lower surface side of the tape body 1 is
Coating or slightly exuding on the upper surface side of the tape body 1
This is an impregnated tape for joint treatment. The structure of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a tape body, which is a net or a non-woven fabric, and is a material which does not expand or contract in a length direction or a width direction. It is formed with. As an example, it is formed by twisting aramid fibers having no fear of rusting or deterioration. The tape body 1
The adhesive 2 is applied or impregnated from the lower surface to the entire surface, and the adhesive 2 is not applied to the upper surface, but the adhesive 2 on the lower surface slightly exudes, and the release paper 3 on the upper surface of the tape body 1 is adhered. So that it can be fixed. The release paper 3 is formed wider than the tape body 1. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 is made of acrylic, rubber, polyethylene, urethane, or the like, and adheres to a wall material at room temperature. Reference numeral 4 denotes an occluding film which is attached to the center of the lower surface of the tape body 1 in the width direction on the lower surface side and is attached parallel to the tape body 1 narrower than the tape body 1. The occluding film 4 is transparent, translucent or woven (net) -shaped. It is formed of a synthetic resin or other material. The covering film 4 is adhered by the adhesive 2 provided on the lower surface side of the tape main body 1. However, depending on the adhesive 2 used, the covering film 4 may be difficult to be adhered. The adhesive layer 5 may be formed on the upper surface side. [0007] In the case of forming an adhesive layer on the lower surface side of the obscuration film 4, obscuration film 4 or to the entire surface coated or impregnated, so as to exude the adhesive 2 and / or an adhesive layer 5 on the lower surface forming You may. FIG. 6 shows another embodiment, in which an adhesive layer 6 is provided on the lower surface on the left and right sides of the covering film 4 and the tape body 1, and the adhesive material is slightly attached to the upper surface of the tape body 1. Coated or impregnated so that it oozes out. Thus, the tape of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and the cover film 4 and the lower surface on the left and right sides of the tape body 1 are adhered to the release paper 3 on the upper surface side, so that the tape is similar to a normal cellophane tape. It is wound on a roll 7 and adhered to a wall surface while being stretched from one end. After being adhered, the release paper 3 is peeled off and used. In the figure, 8 is a plaster board, a lightweight cellular concrete board, a cement extruded board, an asbestos slate board,
A wall material composed of a calcium silicate plate, a precast concrete plate, etc., 9 is a joint portion of the wall material 8, 10
Is a joint portion that spreads in a C-shape or V-shape, and 11 is a filler such as putty filled in the joint portion 10. Next, the operation will be described. On the outer or inner wall of the building,
When the wall materials 8 and 8 are abutted against each other, an outwardly open V-shaped or C-shaped joint portion 10 is formed at the joining portion 9 of the wall materials 8 and 8. When the tape body 1 in the form of a roll 7 is pulled out and brought into contact with the upper surface of the joint portion 10, it is easily pulled out and brought into contact. In this case, since the adhesive 2 is applied (impregnated) to the lower surface side of the tape body 1, when the tape body 1 is pulled out from the roll 7 together with the release paper 3, it is adhered to the wall materials 8, 8 as it is. After that, the release paper 3 is peeled off, and a finishing putty 12 for slightly covering the outer surface of the net-shaped tape body 1 is applied with a spatula 13, and then, on the upper surface thereof,
For the outer wall, waterproof polyurethane-based, cement-based, acrylic or other paint, and for the inner wall, synthetic resin emulsion paint, cloth paste, etc.
The joint portion 10 of the joining portion 9 of the wall materials 8 and 8 can easily be made inconspicuous, and a beautiful wall surface in which the trace of the joint portion 10 has disappeared can be formed. Therefore, since the tape body 1 is adhered while being pulled out from the roll 7 together with the release paper 3, workability is greatly improved. Further, since the release paper 3 is adhered to the adhesive 2 slightly oozing from the lower surface side to the upper surface side of the tape main body 1, it can be easily peeled. Further, since the release paper 3 is formed wider than the tape main body 1, it is possible to prevent the tape main body 1 from being peeled off during the peeling operation. According to the present invention, a strip-shaped tape body 1 is formed of a net-like material, and an occluding film 4 having a width smaller than that of the tape body 1 is arranged in parallel in the center on the lower surface side of the tape body 1. And an adhesive is applied or impregnated on the lower surface sides of the tape body 1 and the covering film 4, and a release paper 3 wider than the tape body 1 is stuck on the upper surface side of the tape body 1 in a parallel state. Forming an adhesive layer 5 on the upper surface side of the covering film 4
The adhesive on the lower surface side of the tape body 1 is
The covering tape for joint treatment was applied or impregnated so that it slightly oozed to the upper surface side of the tape main body. The left and right ends of the paper 3 are formed slightly longer than the tape body 1, so that the work is easy.
Rather than a lower surface, because attached to the upper surface, have a characteristic which is extremely easy use, small quantity of adhesive on the upper surface side of the tape main body 1
Can exude crab, too much adhesive and sticky
Problem can be solved .
