【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、目地処理用掩蔽テープ
に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来技術】従来、公知の特開平８−１７０４２０号公
報には、建築物の壁面材であるＰＣ板とか軽量気泡コン
クリート板等の接合部の目地部を掩蔽することで、外観
をより付加価値の高い美しい仕上げにできる掩蔽テープ
を貼る技術について記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記公知例は、剥離紙
の位置および幅に付いて工夫が不足していたから、使い
ずらかったという課題がある。本願は、剥離紙の位置お
よび幅に付いて工夫して、使用容易にしたものである。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、網状の材料で
帯状のテープ本体１を形成し、該テープ本体１の下面側
の中央には該テープ本体１より幅の狭い掩蔽フィルム４
を平行状態に設け、該テープ本体１および掩蔽フィルム
４の下面側に粘着剤を塗布又は含浸させ、前記テープ本
体１の上面側には該テープ本体１より幅の広い剥離紙３
を平行状態に貼着し、前記掩蔽フィルム４の上面側に粘
着層５を形成し、前記テープ本体１の下面側の粘着剤は
テープ本体１の上面側に僅かに滲み出るように塗布又は
含浸させた目地処理用掩蔽テープとしたものである。

【実施例の構造】本発明の一実施例の構造を図により説
明すると、１はテープ本体であり、網または不織布状で
あって、長さ方向にも幅方向にも伸縮しない材料で形成
されている。一例として、錆付きや劣化の惧れのないア
ラミド繊維を撚り合わせて形成する。テープ本体１は、
その下面側より粘着剤２を全面塗布又は含浸させ、上面
側には粘着剤２を塗布しないが下面側の粘着剤２が僅か
に滲み出て、テープ本体１の上面側の剥離紙３を粘着固
定しうるようにする。剥離紙３はテープ本体１より幅広
く形成する。前記粘着剤２は、アクリル、ゴム、ポリエ
チレン、ウレタン、その他を用い、常温で壁面材に接着
するものである。
【０００６】４はテープ本体１の下面側の幅方向の中央
にテープ本体１より幅狭く平行に接着して取付けた掩蔽
フィルムであり、掩蔽フィルム４は透明又は半透明ある
いは織物（ネット）状に合成樹脂その他の材料により形
成される。掩蔽フィルム４は、前記テープ本体１の下面
側に設けた粘着剤２により貼着されるが、使用する粘着
剤２によっては、掩蔽フィルム４が貼着されにくいこと
があるので、掩蔽フィルム４の上面側に粘着層５を形成
することもある。
【０００７】また、掩蔽フィルム４の下面側に粘着層を
形成する場合、掩蔽フィルム４に全面塗布又は含浸させ
るか、前記粘着剤２および／または粘着層５を下面側に
滲み出るようにして形成しても良い。
【０００８】図６は、他の実施例であり、掩蔽フィルム
４およびテープ本体１の左右側の下面に粘着層６を設
け、この粘着層６はその粘着材がテープ本体１の上面に
僅かに滲み出るように塗布又は含浸させている。
【０００９】しかして、本発明のテープは、上記の構成
であり、上面側の剥離紙３に掩蔽フィルム４およびテー
プ本体１の左右側の下面を貼着させて、普通のセロファ
ンテープのようにロール７状に巻回し、一端より引伸ば
しながら壁面に貼着させ、貼着後剥離紙３を剥離させて
使用する。図中、８はプラスターボード、軽量気泡コン
クリート板、セメント押出し成形板、石綿スレート板、
珪酸カルシウム板、プレキャストコンクリート板、その
他で構成される壁面材、９は該壁面材８の合せ部、１０
はハ状又はＶ状に広がる目地部、１１は目地部１０に充
填されるパテ等の充填材である。

【作用】次に作用を述べる。建築物の外壁又は内壁に、
壁面材８、８を突合せて打付けると、壁面材８、８の合
せ部９に外開きＶ字又はハ状の目地部１０が形成され
る。この目地部１０の上面に、ロール７状にしたテープ
本体１を引き出して当接させると、簡単に引出されて当
接される。
【００１１】この場合、テープ本体１の下面側には粘着
剤２が塗布（含浸）されているので、テープ本体１は剥
離紙３と共にロール７から引き出すと、そのまま壁面材
８、８に接着することができ、その後剥離紙３を剥離さ
せ、網状のテープ本体１の外面にこれを僅かに掩蔽する
仕上パテ１２をヘラ１３で施し、その後、その上面に、
外壁については防水性のあるポリウレタン系、セメント
系、アクリル系その他の塗装、内壁については合成樹脂
エマルション塗装、クロス貼りなどの仕上げを施せば、
壁面材８、８の合せ部９の目地部１０は目立たなくなる
することが簡単にでき、目地部１０の痕跡が消えた美麗
な壁面をつくることができる。

にロール７から引き出しながら貼着するので、作業性が
頗る向上する。また、剥離紙３はテープ本体１の下面側
より上面側に僅かに滲み出た粘着剤２に貼着されている
から、簡単に剥離できる。また、剥離紙３はテープ本体
１より幅広く形成しているから、剥離作業中過ってテー
プ本体１を剥してしまうことを防止する。

【発明の効果】本発明は、網状の材料で帯状のテープ本
体１を形成し、該テープ本体１の下面側の中央には該テ
ープ本体１より幅の狭い掩蔽フィルム４を平行状態に設
け、該テープ本体１および掩蔽フィルム４の下面側に粘
着剤を塗布又は含浸させ、前記テープ本体１の上面側に
は該テープ本体１より幅の広い剥離紙３を平行状態に貼
着し、前記掩蔽フィルム４の上面側に粘着層５を形成
し、前記テープ本体１の下面側の粘着剤はテープ本体１
の上面側に僅かに滲み出るように塗布又は含浸させた目
地処理用掩蔽テープとしたから、テープ本体１の上面側
に滲み出る粘着材は少量なので剥離しやすく、また、剥
離紙３の左右両端はテープ本体１より僅かに長く形成し
ているので、作業容易であり、剥離紙３はテープ本体１
の下面ではなく、上面に取付けたから、極めて使用容易
である特徴を有し、テープ本体１の上面側に粘着材を僅
かに滲み出させることができ、粘着材が多過ぎてべとつ
