Description

The present invention relates to a wallpaper reinforcing tape capable of reinforcing a wallpaper by being attached to a joint portion of a wall base material juxtaposed in the same plane.

For example, the interior finish of the wall of a house of a dry construction method is constructed by sticking wallpaper on the wall base. The wall base is usually configured by placing wall base materials made of rectangular gypsum board, etc. side by side, but the joints that connect the wall base materials are external forces such as earthquakes, typhoons, and thermal expansion. Is displaced by. For this reason, when these displacements are directly transmitted to the wallpaper, there is a problem in that the wallpaper is wrinkled or torn along the joints and the appearance is greatly impaired.

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 5, in the wall structure of a house, for example, a mesh tape c1 in which highly elastic fibers are welded in a lattice shape to a joint portion b of a wall base a made of wall base materials a1 and a1, and a protection After the sheets c2 are sequentially pasted, the wallpaper d is pasted. The joint portion b is filled with a putty material or the like in advance in the gap. Moreover, the code | symbol shows a baseboard.

In such a wall structure, even if relative displacement occurs in the juxtaposed wall base materials a1 and a1, the mesh tape c1 having high rigidity can prevent the opening of the joint portion b. Further, the protective sheet c2 can be blinded so that the mesh tape is not reflected through the wallpaper d. Prior literature includes the following.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-162352

By the way, the wallpaper d covering the joint portion b bulges outward by the thickness of the mesh tape c1 and the protective sheet c2. At this time, since the outer edge ce of the protective sheet c2 is formed in a straight line shape, a step f occurs at the edge of the bulge portion of the wallpaper d. The step f is conspicuous because it is formed linearly on both sides of the joint portion b. In particular, when oblique light hits such a bulging portion of the wallpaper d, there is a tendency that a shadow is reflected on the step f and the appearance of the wall surface on the indoor side is impaired.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above problems, and is based on the fact that both outer edges of the wallpaper reinforcing tape are non-linear, and is formed at the edge of the bulge of the wallpaper to be affixed to the outside. The main object of the present invention is to provide a wallpaper reinforcing tape that can effectively prevent a decrease in the appearance of the wall surface by blurring the level difference and making it inconspicuous.

The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a wallpaper reinforcing tape that is affixed to a joint part of a wall base material juxtaposed flush with the joint part and is covered with wallpaper on the outside. The wallpaper reinforcing tape is a wallpaper reinforcing tape characterized in that both outer edges extending along the joint portion are non-linear.

The wallpaper reinforcing tape is characterized in that the wallpaper reinforcing tape has an adhesive surface that is attached to the wall base material side and is made of a resin-like mesh substrate, a paper material, and is integrated with the substrate. 2. The wallpaper reinforcing tape according to claim 1, further comprising a protective sheet portion that has an outer edge that is adhered and protrudes on both sides in the width direction of the base material, and wherein the outer edge of the protective sheet portion forms the non-linear shape.

The invention according to claim 3 is the wallpaper reinforcing tape according to claim 2, wherein the outer edge of the protective sheet portion has a wave shape, a zigzag shape, or a tearing shape.

The invention according to claim 4 is the wallpaper reinforcing tape according to claim 2 or 3, wherein both outer edges of the substrate are non-linear.

The invention according to claim 5 is the wallpaper reinforcing tape according to claim 4, wherein both outer edges of the base material have a wave shape, a zigzag shape, or a tearing shape.

Since the outer edges of the wallpaper reinforcing tape of the present invention are configured in a non-linear shape, the step of the bulge portion of the wallpaper affixed to the outside can be blurred as a non-linear shape. Therefore, even if the wallpaper is exposed to oblique light or the like, the bulge of the wallpaper covering the wallpaper reinforcing tape can be made inconspicuous, and as a result, the appearance of the wall surface can be effectively prevented from being deteriorated.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view of a wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 of the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view of a wall structure showing an example in which the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 is attached to a joint portion of a wall base material. Moreover, about the wall structure, the same code | symbol as what was used in FIG. 6 is attached | subjected about the part same as the past.

In the present embodiment, the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 includes a mesh-like base material 2 made of resin fibers attached to the wall base material a1 side, and a protective sheet portion 3 made of a paper material and bonded integrally with the base material 2. It consists of. In FIG. 1, the symbol A indicates the length direction of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 (that is, the direction along the joint portion b during use), and B indicates the width direction.

The mesh substrate 2 is formed in a mesh shape by, for example, laminating and thermally fusing the vertical and horizontal fibers 2a and 2b extending along the length direction A and the width direction B, respectively. Also, an adhesive material is applied to both sides of the substrate 2, and one side (not visible in FIG. 1) is integrally attached to the protective sheet portion 3 and the other side P1 (FIG. 1). 3 is configured as an adhesive surface covered with the release paper R as shown in FIG. Thereby, the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 can be wound and stored in a roll shape, and the convenience is improved.

As shown in FIG. 2, the base material 2 is pasted across the joint portion b between the wall base materials a <b> 1 and a <b> 1. For this reason, as the base material 2, it is desirable that the fibers 2a and 2b can be stretched flexibly without breaking even when a relative displacement occurs between the wall base materials a1 and 1, and can absorb the displacement. Thereby, the opening of the joint part b is reliably prevented. In order to exert such an action more reliably, the fibers 2a and 2b of the base material 2 preferably have high tensile strength and appropriate flexibility, for example, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin and ethylene vinyl acetate resin. An olefin resin containing (EVA), a plastic material such as a polystyrene resin, a polyamide resin, and a polyester resin is preferably used. In order to hold a sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesive on the mesh-like base material 2, it is desirable that the fibers 2a and / or 2b be, for example, split fibers whose sections are radially divided.

The protective sheet portion 3 is made of a paper material in the present embodiment, and has an outer edge 3e that is bonded to the base material 2 in advance and protrudes from both outer edges 2e and 2e in the width direction of the base material 2. That is, the protective sheet part 3 has a width larger than that of the substrate 2. This is useful for preventing the outer edges of the base material 2 and the protective sheet portion 3 from overlapping and forming a large step f on the wallpaper d.

In addition to preventing the mesh shape of the base material 2 from appearing on the wallpaper d, the protective sheet portion 3 is integrated with the wallpaper d and effectively reinforces the portion covering the joint portion b of the wallpaper d to prevent tears and wrinkles. Can be prevented. In addition, since the wallpaper d will be expanded too much if the thickness of the protection sheet part 3 is large, it is unpreferable. From such a viewpoint, the protection sheet portion 3 is preferably Japanese paper having high strength even with a small thickness. As such Japanese paper, for example, those having a thickness of 20 to 70 μm, a density of 0.30 to 0.70 g / m 3 and a tensile strength (when dried) of 1.0 to 2.0 kN / m are preferable. In addition, it can be said that Japanese paper is preferable in that it has good adhesiveness with the starch-based adhesive that bonds the wallpaper d to the wall base material a1 and has high water absorption.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the said outer edge 3e of the protection sheet part 3 which makes the both outer edges of the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 is formed in the non-linear form. Non-linear is a concept that includes all forms other than a straight line. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, as shown in FIG. A so-called tear-off shape in which the outer edge is randomly torn off is desirable. Furthermore, what combined the said each shape suitably may be used.

The operation of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 as described above will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 is pasted along and along the joint portion b of the wall base materials a <b> 1 and a <b> 1 constituting the walls of a house, for example. Specifically, the release paper R is peeled off from the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 wound up in a roll shape, and the adhesive surface of the base material 2 is attached to the wall base material a1 side. At this time, the high-strength base material 2 is pasted so as to straddle the joint portion b. Thereafter, for example, a wallpaper d, on which a starch paste or the like has been applied in advance on the back surface, is applied to the outside of the wall base material a1 and the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 and cured.

As for the wall obtained in this way, the wallpaper d swells outward by the thickness of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1. However, in the present embodiment, since the outer edge of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 (the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3) is non-linear, the step f formed on the edge of the bulging portion of the wallpaper d is blurred as a non-linear shape. be able to. Therefore, even if the wallpaper d is exposed to oblique light or the like, the step f is not noticeable. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively prevent the appearance of the wall surface from being degraded. In particular, when a small three-dimensional concavo-convex pattern (embossed pattern) is provided on the surface of the wallpaper d, the above-described effect is obtained by a synergistic action between the concavo-convex pattern and the outer edge of the non-linear wallpaper reinforcing tape 1. Is more prominent. In particular, the embossed pattern preferably has a difference between the concave and convex portions on the surface (peak-to-peak distance of the concave and convex portions) of 1 mm or more, more preferably 2 mm or more.

Further, in order to further enhance the above-described effects, the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3 has a width direction difference W between the outermost edge N1 and the innermost edge N2, preferably 3 mm or more, more preferably 5 mm or more, more preferably 10 mm or more is desirable. On the other hand, if the difference W is too large, the attaching workability may be deteriorated. Therefore, it is preferably 30 mm or less, more preferably 20 mm or less. As shown in FIG. 4, when the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3 has periodic irregularities, the period L in the length direction A of the irregularities is preferably 20 mm or more, more preferably 30 mm or more. Is desirable.

Moreover, since the base material 2 and the protection sheet part 3 are integrally formed beforehand, the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 of this embodiment can be simultaneously affixed on the wall base material a1 by one operation | work. Therefore, good workability can be provided.

In addition, the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 can also be formed in the non-linear form also about both the outer edges 2e of the base material 2, as FIG. 5 shows. Specifically, the outer edge 2e of the substrate 2 can be made substantially non-linear by making the lengths of the horizontal fibers 2b different. In this embodiment, the bulge of the wallpaper can be blurred not only at the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3 but also at both outer edges 2e of the substrate 2. Therefore, the bulge of the wallpaper d covering the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 can be blurred in multiple stages to make it less noticeable. When the outer edge 2e of the substrate 2 is non-linear, various shapes such as a wave shape, a zigzag shape, and / or a tear-off shape can be adopted as in the case of the protective sheet portion 3.

Moreover, although not shown in figure, it cannot be overemphasized that the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 may be comprised only with the protective sheet 3, omitting a base material.
