Description

The present invention relates to a wallpaper construction method in which a joint portion of a wall base material juxtaposed flush with each other can be applied to the wall base with a good appearance.

For example, the interior finish of the wall of a house of a dry construction method is constructed by sticking wallpaper on the wall base. The wall base is usually configured by placing wall base materials made of rectangular gypsum board, etc. side by side, but the joints that connect the wall base materials are external forces such as earthquakes, typhoons, and thermal expansion. Is displaced by. For this reason, when these displacements are directly transmitted to the wallpaper, there is a problem in that the wallpaper is wrinkled or torn along the joints and the appearance is greatly impaired.

For this reason, as shown in FIG. 11, in the wall structure of a house, for example, a mesh tape c1 in which high-elasticity fibers are welded in a lattice pattern on a joint b of a wall base a made of wall base materials a1 and a1. After the wallpaper reinforcing tape c made of the protective sheet c2 is pasted, the wallpaper d is pasted. The joint portion b is filled with a putty material or the like in advance in the gap.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-162352

By the way, when the wallpaper d is pasted on the wall base a, it is usually difficult to position and paste accurately at one time. For example, when air is interposed between the wallpaper d and the wall base a, it is necessary to remove the wallpaper d again after the pasting to adjust the position. Further, at the joint of the wallpaper d, it is necessary to adjust the position by removing the wallpaper d several times in order to match the pattern of the wallpaper d on both sides.

However, when the wallpaper d pasted on the wall base a is peeled off, there is a problem that the wallpaper reinforcing tape c adheres to the back surface of the wallpaper d and the wallpaper d is peeled off from the wall base a together. When such a phenomenon occurs, the work of attaching the wallpaper reinforcing tape c must be performed again. Thus, the conventional construction method has a problem that the work is very complicated and inefficient.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described problems. Prior to the wallpaper pasting process, the starch paste is applied and impregnated on the protective sheet portion of the wallpaper reinforcing tape affixed to the wall base material. And the adhesion of the protective sheet portion of the wallpaper reinforcing tape and the wallpaper is prevented, and the wallpaper reinforcing tape is peeled off together with the wallpaper, based on the fact that the wallpaper pasting step is performed before the starch paste is cured. The main purpose is to provide a wallpaper construction method that can prevent the occurrence of the problem and streamline the work process.

The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a wallpaper construction method in which wallpaper is pasted on a wall base in which wall base materials are juxtaposed with each other through joints, and putty is put in the gaps in the joints. Filling the gap and filling the gap, a tape attaching step of pasting the wallpaper reinforcing tape on the surface of the putty after the putty is cured, and a wall on which the wallpaper reinforcing tape is attached A wallpaper pasting step of pasting a wallpaper having a starch paste applied to the back side of the base, and the wallpaper reinforcing tape has a mesh-like shape made of resin fibers and having an adhesive surface that sticks to the wall base material side. A protective sheet portion made of a base material and made of a paper material and integrally bonded to the base material and attached to the wallpaper side, and prior to the wallpaper pasting step, attached to the wall base material Wallpaper reinforcement The protective sheet of the flop performs the step of applying to and impregnated with starch glue, and the starch glue and performing the wallpaper paste step prior to curing.

The invention according to claim 2 is the wallpaper construction method according to claim 1, wherein the paper material is Japanese paper having water absorption.

Further, the invention according to claim 3 is the wallpaper construction method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer edge of the protective sheet portion has a wave shape, a zigzag shape, or a tearing shape.

In the wallpaper construction method of the present invention, prior to the wallpaper pasting step, a step of applying and impregnating starch paste to the protective sheet portion of the wallpaper reinforcing tape pasted to the wall base material, and the starch paste A wallpaper pasting process is performed before the material is cured. For this reason, since the uncured starch paste exists on both the front surface of the protective sheet portion and the back surface of the wallpaper, the adhesion of both surfaces can be delayed. Therefore, even when the wallpaper is peeled off again to adjust the position of the wallpaper once pasted, the wallpaper can be easily peeled off from the surface of the wallpaper reinforcing tape. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wallpaper reinforcing tape from being peeled off from the wall base together with the wallpaper, and as a result, the wallpaper construction work can be made efficient.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the wallpaper construction method of the present embodiment is suitably used when, for example, wallpaper is pasted on a wall base a of a house. The wall base a is formed by arranging a plurality of wall base materials a1 and a1 side by side through the joint portion b.

図2(a)には、図1の壁下地aのA−A断面図が示される。 In the present embodiment, first, a putty filling process is performed in which a gap is filled in the gap between the joint portions b to fill the gap. FIG. 2A shows a cross-sectional view of the wall base a in FIG. In FIG. 2, the upper side indicates the indoor side. In this embodiment, wall base material a1 consists of a gypsum board, and the corner of the room | chamber interior side faced in the joint part b is chamfered. Thus, a groove-shaped recess e extending in a substantially triangular cross section is formed in the joint portion b.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the putty filling process of the present embodiment is performed after filling the concave portion e with, for example, a paste-like putty g1 and smoothing and curing the surface. A mesh-like mesh tape m made of highly elastic fibers is pasted over the joint part b and along the joint part b. Thereafter, the putty g2 is applied again so as to cover the mesh tape m, and the surface is smoothed. For easy understanding, the thickness of the mesh tape m and the putty g2 is exaggerated in FIG. In addition, after the putty g2 is cured, it is desirable that the surface is wiped with a wrung cloth or the like to sufficiently remove the putty powder that has floated on the surface.

Next, after the putty is cured, a tape attaching step of attaching the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 so as to straddle the joint portion b is performed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 is made of a mesh-like base material 2 made of resin fibers attached to the wall base material a <b> 1 side, and made of a paper material and bonded integrally to the base material 2. It is comprised from the protection sheet | seat part 3. FIG. In FIG. 3, the symbol A indicates the length direction of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 (that is, the direction along the joint portion b during use), and B indicates the width direction.

The mesh substrate 2 is formed in a mesh shape by, for example, laminating and thermally fusing the vertical and horizontal fibers 2a and 2b extending along the length direction A and the width direction B, respectively. Further, an adhesive material is applied to both sides of the base material 2, and one surface (not visible in FIG. 3) is integrally attached to the protective sheet portion 3 and the other surface P1 (FIG. 3). (Upward surface in FIG. 4) is configured as an adhesive surface covered with the release paper R as shown in FIG. Thereby, the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 can be wound and stored in a roll shape, and the convenience is improved.

As FIG. 5 shows, the base material 2 is affixed ranging over the joint part b between wall base materials a1 and a1. For this reason, as the base material 2, it is desirable that the fibers 2a and 2b can be stretched flexibly without breaking even when a relative displacement occurs between the wall base materials a1 and 1, and can absorb the displacement. Thereby, the opening of the joint part b is reliably prevented. In order to exert such an action more reliably, the fibers 2a and 2b of the base material 2 preferably have high tensile strength and appropriate flexibility, for example, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin and ethylene vinyl acetate resin. An olefin resin containing (EVA), a plastic material such as a polystyrene resin, a polyamide resin, and a polyester resin is preferably used. In order to hold a sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesive on the mesh-like base material 2, it is desirable that the fibers 2a and / or 2b be, for example, split fibers whose sections are radially divided.

The protective sheet portion 3 is made of a paper material in the present embodiment, and has an outer edge 3e that is bonded to the base material 2 in advance and protrudes from both outer edges 2e and 2e in the width direction of the base material 2. That is, the protective sheet part 3 has a width larger than that of the substrate 2. This is useful for preventing the outer edges of the base material 2 and the protective sheet portion 3 from overlapping and forming a large step f on the wallpaper d.

In addition to preventing the mesh shape of the base material 2 from appearing on the wallpaper d, the protective sheet portion 3 is integrated with the wallpaper d and effectively reinforces the portion covering the joint portion b of the wallpaper d to prevent tears and wrinkles. Can be prevented. In addition, since the wallpaper d will be expanded too much if the thickness of the protection sheet part 3 is large, it is unpreferable. From such a viewpoint, the protection sheet portion 3 is preferably Japanese paper having high strength even with a small thickness. As such Japanese paper, for example, those having a thickness of 20 to 70 μm, a density of 0.30 to 0.70 g / m 3 and a tensile strength (when dried) of 1.0 to 2.0 kN / m are preferable. In addition, it can be said that Japanese paper is preferable in that it has good adhesiveness with the starch-based adhesive that bonds the wallpaper d to the wall base material a1 and has high water absorption.

And as FIG. 5 shows, the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 is affixed on the surface of the said putty g2 so that the base material 2 may straddle the joint part b. Specifically, the release paper R is peeled off from the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 wound up in a roll shape, and the adhesive surface of the base material 2 is attached to the wall base material a1 side. At this time, the high-strength base material 2 is pasted so as to straddle the joint portion b.

Preferably, as shown in FIG. 6A, it is desirable to press the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 with a roller 4 or the like and firmly adhere to the wall base material a1.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, a step of applying and impregnating the starch paste 5 to the protective sheet portion 3 of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 attached to the wall base material a1 is performed. The starch paste 5 is applied only to the protective sheet portion 3 by, for example, a brush 6 or the like. Therefore, the process is not greatly complicated. Moreover, since the protective sheet part 3 consists of paper materials, it can absorb the water | moisture content of the starch paste which is a water-system adhesive agent, and can keep the surface in a wet state for several hours.

Next, before the starch paste applied to the protective sheet portion 3 is cured, the wallpaper on which the starch paste is applied to the back surface 7b (shown in FIG. 7B) as shown in FIG. 7A. A wallpaper pasting process for pasting 7 is performed. If the wallpaper 7 is not peeled off, there is no particular problem, but the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 is peeled off together with the wallpaper 7 even when a part of the wallpaper 7Y is peeled off by, for example, matching the wallpaper 7X with the wallpaper 7Y. There is nothing.

That is, in the conventional construction method, the starch paste on the back surface of the wallpaper 7 is immediately absorbed by the protective sheet portion 3 of the dried wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 and the two are adhered at an early stage. It wasn't. On the other hand, in the construction method of the present embodiment, both the front surface of the protective sheet portion 3 of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 and the back surface 7b of the wallpaper 7 have starch paste in an uncured state (wet state). Is not immediately bonded, and even when the wallpaper 7 once pasted is peeled off again, the wallpaper 7 can be easily peeled off from the surface of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 from being peeled off from the wall base material a1 together with the wallpaper 7, and thus effectively prevent the construction work of the wallpaper 7 from becoming complicated.

The time required for the starch paste applied to the protective sheet 3 to cure varies depending on conditions such as the starch paste application thickness, paste type, viscosity, ambient temperature, humidity and / or air volume, but it is almost completely cured. Takes 1 to several hours, so it is sufficient to align the wallpaper 7 earlier than that. As described above, in the wallpaper construction method of the present embodiment, the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 can be prevented from being peeled off together with the wallpaper 7, and the operation can be greatly streamlined.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the said outer edge 3e of the protection sheet part 3 which makes the both outer edges of the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 is formed in the non-linear form. Non-linear is a concept that includes all forms other than a straight line. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, as shown in FIG. A so-called tearing shape in which the outer edge 3e is randomly torn off is desirable. Furthermore, what combined the said each shape suitably may be used.

That is, the wallpaper 7 affixed to the wall base a swells outward by the thickness of the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the outer edge 3 e of the protective sheet 3 is a joint. In the case of forming a straight line along the part b, the step f is formed in a straight line at the edge of the bulging part of the wallpaper 7 and tends to be very conspicuous. In particular, when oblique light strikes the bulging portion of such a wallpaper 7, the step f appears as a shadow and tends to impair the appearance. On the other hand, when the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3 is formed in a non-linear manner as in the present embodiment, the contour of the step f of the bulging portion can be blurred. Accordingly, even when the wallpaper 7 is exposed to oblique light, the bulge of the wallpaper 7 covering the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 can be made inconspicuous, and as a result, deterioration of the wall appearance can be effectively prevented.

In order to further enhance the above effect, the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3 has a width direction difference W between the outermost edge N1 and the innermost edge N2 of preferably 3 mm or more, more preferably 5 mm or more. More preferably, 10 mm or more is desirable. On the other hand, if the difference W is too large, the attaching workability may be deteriorated. Therefore, it is preferably 30 mm or less, more preferably 20 mm or less. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, when the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3 has periodic irregularities, the period L in the length direction A of the irregularities is preferably 20 mm or more, more preferably 30 mm or more. Is desirable.

In addition, the wallpaper reinforcement tape 1 can also be formed in the non-linear form also about both the outer edges 2e of the base material 2, as FIG. 10 shows. Specifically, the outer edge 2e of the substrate 2 can be made substantially non-linear by making the lengths of the horizontal fibers 2b different. In this embodiment, the bulge of the wallpaper can be blurred not only at the outer edge 3e of the protective sheet portion 3 but also at both outer edges 2e of the substrate 2. Therefore, the bulge of the wallpaper d covering the wallpaper reinforcing tape 1 can be blurred in multiple stages to make it less noticeable. When the outer edge 2e of the substrate 2 is non-linear, various shapes such as a wave shape, a zigzag shape, and / or a tear-off shape can be adopted as in the case of the protective sheet portion 3.
