本考案は各自動車板金塗装工場において、各部門、各担当者が自分の行った板 金塗装について開始時間、終了時間、担当者等詳細にデ−タを記録し、そのデ− タを後で集計整理して、各種の項目毎に表、グラフ等にして分かりやすくまとめ ることができる。このため当該工場においてどの部門に無駄無理があるのか、或 はどのような人材が不足しているのか、より効率的に工場を運営するにはどうし たら良いか等、工場経営者が必要としているデ−タをきめ細かく提供できる。特 に全国の板金塗装工場からデ−タをとれば会社の設備規模、人員規模等全国平均 と比較できる。 また従来一部の自動車板金塗装において、各作業者が自分の行った作業内容、 時間等を作業指示書の一部やノ−ト等に記入し、それらを手作業で集計していた 例があるが、これではデ−タ記入の正確性に欠け、集計作業に莫大な時間がかか っていた。この点、本考案の自動車板金塗装工場における管理システムでは、デ −タ記入の簡略化をはかって記入し易くすると共に、そのデ−タを全国的に集計 して、同一部門、同一規模での比較が簡単にでき、その工場の改善に役立つ案を 提供できる利点がある。 The present invention records data in detail such as the start time, end time, person in charge, etc. of the sheet metal painting performed by each department and person in charge at each automobile sheet metal painting factory, and the data is later recorded.
