従来の方法だと一人住まいの生活保護者は散髪屋に行くしか手がなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この考案を図面について説明すれば１バリカン２把手で構成。把手２を逆手に 持ち後頭部にバリカン刃先をあて刈りあげる。

【作用】
上述のように把手を持ちかえればバリカンの逆方向に向きを替へる作用をする 。

【実施例】
他の実施例として重度障害者半身不随左手しか使用できない者が初めて該バリ カンを使用手鏡一つで３０分で完全に刈れた。

【考案の効果】
上述のように電池の発達によりバリカンに充電コード無しで一時間は充分作動 しているので簡単に丸刈り５分７分スキ刈りができて嬉しかった。
