Shochu is made by distilling brewed mash made from sweet potatoes and grains (rice, barley, buckwheat, etc.), and has recently been offered to young and women against the background of the softening or lightening of the global drinking culture. Shochu shells that are easily supported and genuine type II shochu that have a strong popularity with a unique aroma and are expected to increase in consumption are available.
The problem with these shochus is the treatment of distillation effluent that is twice as large as the amount of the product.
0000 ppm, BOD 10,000 in vacuum distillation
Due to the discharge of high-concentration waste liquid of about 0 ppm, it is difficult to discard the ocean and return it to the ground without any treatment.
Various proposals have been made for an effective method for treating such a shochu distillation residue, and particularly, attempts have been made to apply the residue having a high nutritional component to livestock feed.

No. 0 proposes a method of producing a feed by mixing a shochu distillation residue with bran such as barley, wheat, and rice, and drying the mixture. In this method, since the residual liquid itself contains moisture in the upper half of the 90% range, it takes a long time to manufacture by drying, and the fuel cost required for the drying process becomes large.
Furthermore, since it is a dried product, the palatability of livestock animals such as cows is inferior to wet types. In addition, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-56584
No. 2 separates shochu lees into liquid and solid components,
After adjusting the (solid solution) to 100 (g / l) or less, a liquid component and a solid component are separately dried, and then a liquid component and a solid component are mixed to produce a feed from shochu lees. In particular, it is intended to adjust the moisture content of the dried liquid and the dried solid to 11% or less. Also in this method, the filtrate after solid-liquid separation usually has 9
It contains about 5% of water, which takes a considerable amount of time to dry regardless of the drying method, increases fuel cost, and oxidizes unsaturated fatty acids by drying. The quality as feed was greatly reduced. Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-194
No. 067 proposes a method of concentrating waste shochu liquor into a paste by filtration, kneading and kneading the paste and compounded feed by 50 parts, granulating into pellets, and drying to produce a feed. I have. However, in this method, in the end, the so-called paste state has a water content of about 13%, and the production processing time, production cost, fuel efficiency, and the like for producing the paste state from the distillation residue are increased. The process of granulating and drying into pellets requires a lot of processing man-hours and time, and the fuel cost is high.

Is manufactured by mixing the concentrated liquid and mixed raw materials such as hay and cereals in a predetermined ratio. Shochu distillation residue discharges hundreds of tons or more per day at large manufacturing facilities, and tens of tons of residual liquid even at small manufacturing companies. Therefore, efficient treatment of the residual liquid is required. In the present invention, after the shochu distillation residue is subjected to solid-liquid separation, the liquid part is concentrated to produce a concentrated liquid having high nutritional value and excellent storage stability.

In FIG. 1, the shochu distillation residue is a residue liquid obtained by recovering alcohol from mash by distillation,
It is in a state that contains moisture in the upper 90% range. As shown also in FIG. 2, this residual liquid is centrifuged (a decanter) to separate a solid component and a liquid component. In this state, the liquid still contains 94% to 96% water. And
The filtrate after solid-liquid separation is further passed through a concentrator to extract a concentrated liquid having a water content of 65% to 80%. In the concentrator, the filtrate after solid-liquid separation is introduced into the inner tube of a double tube whose internal pressure is reduced to about 100 torr, and steam at a temperature of about 60 ° C. or higher is passed through the outer tube to obtain a filtrate in the inner tube. Is boiled to evaporate and concentrate water. Since it is evaporated at a low temperature, it is concentrated without preserving nutrients without oxidizing the fat component contained.

る。Analysis of the components of the concentrated solution of the raw materials of the examples for buckwheat, wheat, and potatoes showed that the water content was 73 to 74%.
In the concentrated solution, the crude protein and the crude fat both have higher component values than the dehydrated cake. The time for concentration may be about 65 to 80% of water, so that the concentrated solution can be obtained in a much shorter time as compared with a method close to solidification by drying the filtrate, and the fuel cost can be kept low. it can. In particular, since the concentrated liquid production efficiency is good, if the generated concentrated liquid is sprayed and injected as fuel, the combustion temperature increases due to its high calorific value, and the concentration process can be performed with high efficiency. And so-called thermal recycling can be specifically realized. For example, if the concentration capacity of the concentrator is 5
When LPG is used as fuel at a rate of 00 kg / h and a concentrated liquid (water content: 70%) is produced at 12 t / day (24 hours), an extra 7.86 t of water is obtained by drying the concentrated liquid 12 t to 13% water. Evaporation is required, about 38.0
It can be calculated that an extra fuel cost of just over $ 100 is required.
Similarly, it is presumed that the power cost will also increase significantly.

It can be regarded as one component of the wet type complete feed because of its high nutritional value and its relationship with the composition ratio with the mixed raw material. In other words, this concentrated liquid functions as an anti-spoilage agent that prevents the shochu distillation residue liquid from being immediately spoiled as it is, and
It functions as a water regulator for making wet-type feeds to greatly improve the palatability of livestock.

%, A pH of 3 to 4, and a sugar content of 20 to 35 function well as the feed of the present invention. The concentrated liquid and the mixed raw material are in a weight ratio of 20% to 40% of the concentrated liquid, and the mixed raw material is 80% to 60%.
Are preferred. Hay and cereals are used as a complete feed, that is, a feed that retains the palatability of livestock to be a wet type feed, that is, simply feeds it without giving other feeds. And other adjusting ingredients such as vitamins are required, and assuming that these components are mixed, a minimum of 20% to 40% of the concentrate is required. For example, a feed having a composition ratio of 30% of concentrated liquid, 30% of hay, 38% of grains such as corn, and 2% of vitamin / mineral components is more preferable. When the concentration of the concentrate is 20% or less, the water content becomes too low as a complete feed, and the palatability of livestock is inferior, and it is difficult to mix with hay, cereals and the like, and it is difficult to obtain a uniform mixed state. Further, since the pH value of the whole feed after mixing is relatively increased, sterility or preservability is inferior, and the feed tends to rot. On the other hand, if it is 40% or more, the protein component of the concentrate becomes large, and it becomes difficult to adjust the mixed feed, and an incorrect adjustment causes physiological disorders of the livestock after feeding, which tends to cause ovarian abscess and reproductive disorders.

Concentrates and mixed raw materials (grass hay as roughage and cereals as concentrated feed) enable the production of products that maintain nutritional balance, thereby stabilizing annual equilibrium feeding and greatly increasing livestock productivity. improves.
Since it is a completely mixed feed, there is no need for a feed mixing operation, and labor management is reduced. While using the by-products produced in the shochu distillation step while maintaining the advantages unique to complete feed, it is possible to produce a low-cost feed with low material costs. By performing the concentration step continuously with the residual liquid discharged in the shochu distillation step, the concentrated liquid produced itself does not cause deterioration for a long period of time, so it can be stored for a long period of time, and the daily amount Dozens of tons of residual liquid can be processed in a small occupied place, stored and used for a long time, and the processing and manufacturing process of the concentrate can be performed simultaneously and extremely smoothly. It is possible to provide an excellent feed having a high nutrient value as a whole as the concentrate has a high nutrient content.
Residual liquid treatment and thermal recycling in the feed production process can be realized, and cost reduction can be more specifically realized.
In the step of producing the concentrated liquid, it is sufficient to simply perform a centrifugation or other solid-liquid separation treatment, and further only a concentration step using a concentrator, so that the production step is simple and the water content is 6%.
Since it is about 5% to 80%, the manufacturing time is short, the fuel cost is low, and the reduction of the manufacturing cost can be further promoted.

ある。As described above, according to the method for producing a wet type complete feed of the present invention, the shochu distillation residue is separated into a solid and a liquid, and the filtrate is concentrated to a water content of 65% or less.
An 80% concentrated solution was extracted, and the concentrated solution was mixed with a mixed raw material such as hay or cereal at a predetermined ratio.
Since the wet type contains the required water, cattle and other livestock have good palatability, and a concentrated liquid and mixed raw materials can be used to produce products that maintain nutritional balance. It is possible to significantly improve the productivity of livestock, and because it is a completely mixed feed, there is no need to mix the feed, and it is possible to produce feed at low cost while at the same time achieving labor saving in use management work. In addition, since the concentrate itself does not deteriorate for several years, it can be stored for a long time as a feed material, and a large amount of shochu distillation residue can be processed in a small occupied place, facilitating the production process. In addition, the nutrient of the concentrate is high,
It is possible to produce nutrient-rich feed as a whole feed, and to specifically realize the treatment of residual liquid and thermal recycling in the feed production process, thereby promoting cost reduction. Perform liquid separation processing,
Furthermore, since only a concentration step using a concentration device is required, the production process is extremely simple, and the water content is 65% to 8%.
Since it is about 0%, the manufacturing time is short, the fuel cost is low, and the reduction of the manufacturing cost can be further promoted.

Can maintain good mixing properties, and can provide a wet-type complete feed rich in nutrients without causing pregnancy disorders in livestock due to too much concentrated liquid.

ることができる。According to the wet type complete feed of the present invention, the shochu distillation residue is subjected to solid-liquid separation, and the filtrate is concentrated to extract a concentrated liquid having a water content of 65% to 80%. Liquid and a mixed raw material such as hay and cereals in a weight ratio of 20
% To 40%, and 80% to 60% of the mixed raw material, so that the wet type contains necessary water, so that the taste of livestock such as cows is good, and
The concentrated liquid and the mixed raw materials make it possible to produce products that maintain nutritional balance, thereby stabilizing annual equilibrium feeding, greatly improving livestock productivity, and being a completely mixed feed. No work is required, and feed can be produced at low material costs while achieving labor savings in use control work.Furthermore, the concentrated liquid produced itself does not deteriorate for several years, so it can be used as a feed material itself. Can be stored for a long time, a large amount of shochu distillation residue can be processed in a small occupied place and the production process can be carried out smoothly, and the nutrient content of the concentrated solution is high, and the whole feed can be configured as a nutritious feed. In addition, since the residual liquid discharged in the shochu distillation step is used, the cost is low, and in the production of the concentrated liquid,
The production is extremely simple because it only requires a solid-liquid separation treatment and a concentration step using a concentration device. In addition, the water content is about 65% to 80%, so that it can be produced in a relatively short time. The cost can be kept low. At the same time, it is possible to maintain a good mixability with auxiliary materials such as hay and cereals containing a suitable amount of water, and without causing physiological disorders of livestock due to too much concentrated solution,
In addition, it is possible to constitute a wet type complete feed rich in nutrients.
