る。上記構成の装置は、ケーシングに上方から供給され
る伐採木、建築廃材、粗大ごみ等の廃棄物を、両軸の正
回転に伴って回転する各回転刃によって両軸間に移送す
ると共に、底部と相俟って折り曲げかつ引き裂き、又、
固定刃と協働して剪断して破砕し、底部のスリットから
砕製品として落下させるものである。

明に係る2軸剪断型破砕機の実施の形態の一例を示す平
面図、図1におけるII−II線拡大断面図及び図1におけ
るIII −III 線拡大断面図である。図中1は底部1aに
その幅方向(図2においては左右方向)のほぼ全幅に及
ぶ多数のスリット2を奥行方向(図1においては左右方
向)へ適宜に離隔して平行に設けた矩形箱状のケーシン
グで、このケーシング1は、砕製品を搬出するコンベヤ
(図示せず)を有する架台3に載置されている。ケーシ
ング1の底部1a上には、2本の軸4がそれぞれ複数の
軸受ブラケット5を介しスリット2と直角をなして互い
に平行に配設されていると共に、一端部(図1において
は右端部)に連設したギヤボックス(図示せず)や油圧
モータ6等の駆動装置により互いに異なる方向へ正(図
2における矢印A方向)、逆回転可能に設けられてい
る。両軸4には、軸4の回転方向へ開口したU字状の複
数のエッジ7a,7b,7c(正転方向2個、逆転方向
1個)を有する半円状の回転刃7が、各スリット2と対
応させて両軸4に取り付けたフランジ8を介して位相を
ずらして取り付けられると共に、周縁を両軸4のもの同
士で微小の間隔を置き、かつ各スリット2に挿入可能に
なされ、又、両側面をケーシング1の内側面に取り付け
たスクレーパ9の側面と摺接するようになされている。
一方、ケーシング1の底部1aにおける両軸4の間に
は、隣り合うスリット2間の底部1aに跨がる逆U字状
の固定刃10が、両外側面を隣り合う回転刃7の側面と
摺接するようになして取り付けられており、各固定刃1
0の外側面は、下方になるに従って回転刃7の側面から
離れるように傾斜されている。

記固定刃を、隣り合うスリット間の底部に跨がる逆U字
状を呈し、かつ両側面を隣り合う回転刃の側面と摺接す
るようになしたことを特徴とする2軸剪断型破砕機。
