しての送信制御信号uを受けると相手ファクシミリとの
通信を終了させる。受信電文転送制御部1は、受信電文
蓄積制御部2からの処理終了信号pを受けると、操作表
示部6から上記転送動作の前に送出された転送指示信号
sにより、メモリ3に蓄積されている受信電文の転送後
消去の指定がなされていれば、受信電文蓄積制御部2へ
消去指示信号qによって転送が終了したその受信電文の
消去を要求する。受信電文蓄積制御部2は、プリント出
力後の消去動作と同じ処理をする。このとき、受信電文
転送制御部1に対し操作表示部6から転送指示信号sに
より、転送が完了した、メモリ3に蓄積されている受信
電文の消去の指定がなされていなければ、その受信電文
はそのままメモリ3に蓄積保持される。そして、操作者
により新たな転送先への転送指示が操作表示部6から入
力され、操作表示部6からの転送指示信号sにより受信
電文転送制御部1に対し、再転送先の相手電話番号及び
