2. Description of the Related Art Generally, when laying a concrete block for paving, a joint material is interposed in order to provide a meshing function. FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the prior art, in which sand is used as a joint material 2 between concrete blocks 1 and 1 for pavement, or these are solidified using sand and cement or resin.

In the above-mentioned prior art, when sand is used, the effect of engaging the blocks is reduced because the sand flows out due to rainwater or is scattered by wind. As a result, the bearing capacity of the pavement was reduced, and the pavement surface became uneven and the block was sometimes damaged. In addition, when sand is used, the high heels may get caught or enter. Further, when the sand is hardened with cement or resin, the joints are cracked and ragged due to running of the vehicle or the like, and the same disadvantages as described above occur. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure that does not flow out or scatter and that can maintain the effect of meshing between blocks for a long period of time.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a joint structure for a concrete paving block made of a composite material in which a tile or a stone is attached to the upper part of a concrete block main body. Silica sand was used, and crushed stone was used between the upper composite materials.

An embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG.
FIG. 1 is a view showing one embodiment of a joint structure according to the present invention, and FIG.
When crushed stone containing silica sand is used as a joint material when crushing stones are used as jointing materials, crushed stones 4 remain between the composite materials provided above and silica sand between the lower block bodies as a result of compaction. 2 is shown. In this case, the mixing ratio was 50 crushed stone: 50 quartz sand.

As the crushed stone, No. 7 crushed stone is used. As a construction method, first, a joint material having the above-mentioned mixing ratio is sprayed on a block, and the joint material is swept into the joint using a rubber lake or a broom. Then, when the joint material is swept each time while being vibrated and compacted by the compactor, the sand (silica sand) is filled between the block bodies, and the crushed stone stays between the upper composite materials. Thereafter, the joint material remaining on the block surface and the joint portion is scraped off with a rubber rake, and the joint material remaining on the block surface is scraped off with a floor brush.

[0007] According to the present embodiment, it was confirmed that the construction can be carried out throughout the year and the traffic can be released with a short curing time.
Further, a vehicle running test was performed with the service test set to traffic category L traffic. As a result, it was confirmed that there was no outflow or scattering at the joints even after one year from the start of the operation, and that the joint could sufficiently withstand a long-term operation.

As described above, according to the present invention, crushed stone and sand are used as joint materials, and crushed stone is filled between the composite materials and sand is filled between the block bodies. It works. It does not flow out by rainwater or scattered by wind. The interlocking effect between the blocks can be maintained for a long time. Along with the above, the durability of the pavement can be increased. In harmony with the blocks,
A high-quality joint line can be constructed.
