Conventionally, in order to utilize the active ingredient contained in any mushroom belonging to the monkey family, that is, any ganoderma of Ganoderma, dry matter is finely cut or crushed. The extraction of a useful component was carried out by using a centrifugal separator in order to separate the extract into a liquid extract (extract) and a residue.
In this case, the residue was discarded after being dehydrated as much as possible to a water content of about 5% for disposal.

On the other hand, in view of such a conventional situation, the inventor of the present application proposed a pulverizing method for reishi grasses as Patent No. 1466395 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-10135) in order to utilize the whole of reishi grasses. This makes it possible to produce Ganoderma powder having characteristics that do not become muffled even when mixed in the production of blended powder products, molded confectionery, tablet products, etc., and at the same time, it is difficult with conventional grinding methods It can destroy spores adhering to and mixing with Reishi, which can be used to digest and absorb useful ingredients such as pharmacological and nourishing ingredients when ingested, helping to maintain and improve health. The disclosed invention has been disclosed.

However, the conventional use of the above-mentioned reishi is only an extract from the fruiting body of the reishi, and the residue is discarded as an unnecessary substance. It has been attracting attention as a raw material for diet foods, health-care drinks, and the like, and it is desirable to use it effectively because it is a significant substance. In addition, some pharmacological components are contained inside the residue,
Spores containing various nutrients and other components useful for the human body that are not included in the fruiting body are mixed in the crushed material mass without being destroyed countlessly. Therefore, there is a problem in that the residue containing such useful spores is discarded as so-called scum.

Then, in order to solve the problem of such a conventional method of using Ganoderma, the inventor of the present application has developed the above-mentioned patented invention.
According to this patent invention, the reticulated grass is frozen and pulverized into fine particles, resulting in a good blended product and molded product without being lump when mixed with other powders, and spores are also destroyed. So that the nutrients in it can be ingested, and thus the whole reishi can be used, but since the whole reishi powder containing such destroyed spores is extracted with a solvent, Since the extraction of the active ingredient from the spores as well as the fruiting bodies of Reishi is performed simultaneously, the amount of the extracted extract is relatively large, but it is included in the entire Reishi powder in the extraction work. It takes a considerable amount of time to extract the entire amount of the active ingredient, the working efficiency is reduced, and the active ingredient tends to remain and tends to remain.
In addition, since the extract from spores is obtained as a mixed extract of the extract from the fruiting body and the extract from the spores, it takes a considerable amount of time to concentrate, purify, and isolate specific useful components. In addition, the useful components contained in the spores are more concentrated than the useful components contained in the fruiting body, and are particularly useful in the spores. Including the components, the operation of isolating the active component of the components is particularly troublesome and inefficient. In view of such inconveniences, the extraction time and filtration time of the solvent from Ganoderma lucidum are reduced, the extraction operation is performed efficiently, the extraction efficiency is improved, and the extract and spores from the fruiting body of Reishi are also used. It is desirable to be able to fractionate each of the extracts from the extract.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, enables the entire use of Ganoderma lucidum, treats the previously discarded residue to a form effective for use without discarding the residue, and also regenerates the above Ganoderma powder. Ganoderma which facilitates the extraction of the active ingredient from the entity and allows only the active ingredient to be separated from the spores, thus making it possible to easily and efficiently extract the whole reishi powder. (A) using a solvent for a coarse and fine mass in which innumerable indestructible spores obtained by roughly cutting or pulverizing a dried product of a mushroom belonging to a monkey family are mixed. After performing the extraction process of the soluble component from the fruiting body, the extracted product is subjected to a separation process of separating into an extract and a residue from the fruiting body, and the extraction process and the separation process are further performed on the residue at least once. And the final separation process Obtaining an extract containing these extracts and a residue in which non-destructible spores are mixed in an anhydrous state; (b) Next, the water content of the residue in which innumerable non-destructible spores obtained in the final separation treatment are mixed is present. After adjusting the ratio to a range of 20 to 25%, the residue is freeze-pulverized to obtain a residue powder in which the broken spores are innumerably mixed, and then a solvent is added to the residue powder to mix the broken particles. The extraction of soluble components contained in the myriad of spores is performed, and the extract from the spores is obtained separately from the extract from the fruiting body.

The spores innumerably mixed in the coarse mass of the Reishi are not destroyed only by coarsely crushing the dried product. Therefore, as a first step, the spores contained in the solvent do not act on the coarse mass by performing the extract extraction process and the separation process a plurality of times as described above. Among the fruiting bodies and the myriad of spores attached to the fruiting bodies, they act only on the fruiting bodies and can extract substantially all useful components contained therein, and can be obtained as extracts from the fruiting bodies. After finishing obtaining the extract from this fruiting entity,
As the first step, the spores can be destroyed by freeze-grinding the final residue containing a myriad of unbroken spores and adjusting the water content to 20 to 25%. If a solvent is allowed to act on the solvent to perform extraction, the solvent can extract all of the active ingredients contained in the myriad destroyed spores. Furthermore, since the mass is a coarse material mass, the separation process of the extracted product with the solvent can easily and smoothly perform the separation process in a short time without clogging the filter paper. In addition, since the extract from the fruiting body and the extract from the spore are separately obtained, the enrichment, purification, and isolation operations can be performed separately, and particularly, the concentration is higher than that in the fruiting body or contained in the fruiting body. The concentration and purification of an extract from spores containing a specific active ingredient can be efficiently performed in a short time.

The mushrooms belonging to the monkey family are used as raw materials, and all kinds of ganoderma such as red ganoderma, Hainan ganoderma, and purple ganoderma can be used as raw materials. For example, a dried product obtained by drying red ganoderma and having a water content of about 10% is used as a raw material. The dried product is coarsely cut or ground. Generally, it is coarsely ground to a bean size by a pulverizer. In this way, a coarse mass containing a myriad of unbroken spores is obtained. Next, for example, 1 kg of the coarse material mass is put into a heating vessel, water 20 is added thereto and heated, and a water-soluble component is extracted with hot water at 90 to 95 ° C. for 2 hours. Next, the extract is centrifuged to separate the extract from the fruiting body and the residue.
In this case, a soluble component contained in the fruiting body is extracted as much as possible by a strong centrifugal separator. Next, the water content of the residue thus obtained is usually about 5 to 10%. The residue is put into the container again, water 20 is added and heated in the same manner as above, and the extract is treated with hot water at 90 to 95 ° C. for 2 hours, and then the extract is centrifuged similarly. It is separated into extracts and residues from fruiting bodies by a separator. In general, the residue is subjected to an extraction process and a separation process again in the same manner as described above. Thus, a residue having a water content of about 5 to 10%, which is obtained by removing most of the active ingredient from the fruit body of Reishi, is obtained. However, the residue from which the active ingredient has been removed contains useful ingredients such as medicinal ingredients and nutrients contained in the fruit body in a more concentrated manner, and also contains various peculiarities not contained in the fruit body. Since the spores containing the useful component are mixed innumerably without being destroyed by the crusher, according to the present invention, separately from the extract from the fruiting body, it is possible to obtain the extract from the spores To For this purpose, water is added to the final residue having a water content of about 5 to 10% obtained by removing useful components from the fruiting body, which has already been obtained above, and is suitable for freeze-crushing of spores. And then freeze-pulverize. That is, it is applied to a freeze-pulverizer. For example, the residue can be -15
It was frozen at 0 ° C. or lower, for example at −180 ° C., and then ground by a fine mill. Thus, the fibers constituting the residue become fine particle powder, and at the same time, countless spores mixed therein are destroyed, so that the active ingredients inside the spores can be easily extracted by the subsequent extraction with a solvent.

As described above, according to the present invention, the extraction of the extract from the fruiting body and the extraction of the extract from the spores are separately performed on the crushed mass of the reishi in two stages as described above. , Concentration, purification or isolation of a specific useful component can be performed in a short time and with high efficiency. In particular, an extract from spores can be used alone. On the other hand, the residue powder obtained by removing the extract from the spores can be used for dietary foods and the like.

More specifically, as for the residue powder obtained by freeze-pulverization as described above, spores broken as described above are innumerably mixed. For example, 1 kg of the residue powder is put into a heating vessel, and About 10 parts of water is added and heated, and if necessary, an extraction treatment with hot water at 90 to 95 ° C. for about 10 hours is performed with stirring. In that case, all the water-soluble components in the spores can be easily extracted. Next, the extract from the spores can be easily obtained by centrifuging the extracted product. The residue powder thus obtained by freeze-pulverization is
Since the extract from the fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum has already been substantially removed in the previous extraction process, it is possible to extract only the extract from the spores separately from the extraction of the extract from the fruiting body.
The extraction work time is shortened because it does not include the extract from the fruiting body, and the work becomes easy. Thus, the above-mentioned inconvenience when extracting from the whole reishi once at a time as in the previously proposed patent invention is eliminated. You.

In the above-mentioned extract extraction from the reishi main body and extract extraction from the spores, a desired organic solvent such as alcohol or ether can be used according to the purpose instead of the aqueous solvent. It goes without saying that not only the separation of the extract from the body of the reishi but also the separation of the spore extract can be carried out by means of a centrifugal separator, an arbitrary separating device such as a vacuum suction device or a pressing machine.

Further, when the final residue obtained by the extract extraction process from the Ganoderma lucidum main body is freeze-pulverized, the water content is once adjusted to 5 to 10 as described above.
%, The water content is adjusted to about 20 to 25% suitable for freeze-grinding by adding water, and then freeze-grinding is cumbersome and reduces production efficiency. Therefore, when the final residue is obtained by repeating the extraction operation from the Reishi main body, the water content of the final residue is reduced to 20%.
It is preferred to keep it at ~ 25%. Thus, this can be subsequently subjected to a freeze-pulverization treatment, and the operation of re-adjusting the water content of the final residue to 20 to 25% by adding water as described above can be omitted, thereby improving the work efficiency.

Next, an embodiment of this preferred method for treating ganoderma will be described in detail. That is, in order to efficiently perform the work of separating the extract and the residue from the fruiting body a plurality of times from the crushed material mass, a strong centrifugal separation in the initial and intermediate separation work, or a strong vacuum suction and compression instead of this. Water content 5
Separation to obtain a residue of ~ 10%, but in the final separation treatment which does not substantially contain useful components of fruiting bodies,
Immediately after the final separation process, by controlling the strength of the centrifugation, vacuum suction, and squeezing and controlling the water content to fall within the range of 20 to 25%,
For this reason, it is practically preferable to be able to perform the subsequent freeze-pulverization step.

具体例として、例えば、れ霊芝本体よりエキスを抽出

As a specific example, for example, when extracting the extract from the Reishi main body, when performing a separation treatment by a total of three times of centrifugation, a residue having a water content of about 5% is obtained by the first and second centrifugations. However, in the final separation treatment by centrifugation, the centrifugation is suppressed, and
By controlling the separation treatment so as to obtain a residue having a% content of water, the obtained residue can be transferred to the next freeze-pulverization step to continuously produce a residue powder.
In this case, the separation device can be appropriately changed to another type. That is, for example, the final separation process can be changed to vacuum suction.

Thus, according to the present invention, in the first stage,
By performing extraction and extraction separation of the soluble component with the solvent multiple times for the coarse and fine mass in which countless spores of the reishi dried product are mixed, the reishi main body, That is, when only the extract from the fruiting body is obtained, and in the second stage, the final residue is adjusted to a water content of 20 to 25% and then subjected to the freeze-pulverization process,
Since the process of obtaining the extract from the fruiting body has been completed, the extraction of all the useful components contained in the spores can be performed easily and in a short time. Since the acquisition of the extract from the fruiting body and the acquisition of the extract from the spores are separately performed, the disadvantages of the above-described patented invention can be solved, and the extract can be easily extracted without leaving useful components contained in Reishi, and in particular, Concentration and purification of extracts from spores containing useful components not contained in fruiting bodies,
The isolation operation can be performed efficiently in a short time.

(1) A coarse and fine mass containing innumerable non-destructible spores obtained by roughly cutting or pulverizing a dried product of a mushroom belonging to a monkey family. After performing the extraction process from the fruiting body, the extracted product is subjected to a separation process of separating into an extract and a residue from the fruiting body, and further the extraction process and the separation process are performed on the residue at least once. (B) obtaining innumerable undamaged spores obtained in the final separation process, in which an extract from the fruiting body and an indestructible spore are innumerably mixed by the separation treatment; Water content of residue
After adjusting the content to a range of ~ 25%, the residue is freeze-pulverized to form a residue powder in which destructed spores are innumerably mixed, and then a solvent is added to the residue powder, and the mixed destruction innumerable A method for treating Ganoderma lucidum, comprising extracting soluble components contained in spores and obtaining an extract from the spores separately from the extract from the fruiting body.
