<Conventional Technology> Oil stains found in an oven oven, a microwave oven, and its surroundings become resinous and sticky due to the scattered oil over a long period of time, and are difficult to clean. As a cleaning agent for cleaning these stains, a strong alkaline aqueous solution composed of a strongly alkaline substance such as an alkali metal hydroxide, a surfactant, and a water-soluble solvent, and having a solution PH of 10 to 13 was used. .

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve these problems, the present invention aims to solve the above problems by evaporating volatile acids due to physical external factors such as heat during washing, so that the washing portion has a stronger alkaline condition. We focused on the combination of substances that resulted in various studies. That is, the present invention provides a solution comprising a solution composed of a mixture of an acid having a volatility and an alkali substance consisting of an alkali metal salt or an amine salt of hydroxyamine or aminocarboxylic acid. When a neutral acid is volatilized by heating or the like, it is converted into a higher alkaline solution, and thus the cleaning effect is improved. Here, as the volatile acid, formic acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid and the like can be used, but formic acid and acetic acid are preferable. As the alkaline substance, one or more of alkali metal salts or amine salts of hydroxyamines such as monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine, and aminocarboxylic acids such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and nitrilotriacetic acid are mixed. Can be used. Examples of the surfactant include one of anionic surfactants represented by alkylbenzenesulfonic acid and higher alcohol sulfates and paraffin sulfonate, and nonionic surfactants represented by ethylene oxide adducts of nonylphenol and higher alcohols and amine oxides. Alternatively, it is preferable to use a mixture of two or more kinds. As the water-soluble solvent, a substance having a polyether structure represented by butylene cellosolve or a water-soluble solvent having a polyhydric alcohol structure represented by glycerin or propylene glycol is preferably used. As is clear from the examples, the volatile acid volatilizes by heating this solution, and the solution changes from a neutral region to an alkaline region to exhibit a cleaning effect. In addition, when the alkaline substance is sodium hydroxide or potassium pyrophosphate, the acid is not completely volatilized, and no remarkable improvement in the cleaning effect is observed. The liquid properties of the detergent solution composed of these components are neutral or weakly alkaline with a solution pH of 6 to 9, and have little effect on the human body or on the surface to be cleaned. Here, when the solution PH is less than 6, when combined with or mixed with a chlorine bleach or a detergent containing hypochlorite or the like, chlorine gas may be generated.
On the other hand, when the solution PH exceeds 9, the alkalinity of the solution is so strong that it has an effect on the human body or an effect on the surface to be cleaned.
Further, an appropriate amount of a fragrance or a colorant may be added to the cleaning agent of the present invention as desired as other components. The liquid detergent of the present invention may be applied to the surface of the soil with a sponge brush or the like, or may be used by directly spraying with a spray or the like.

<Action> After the liquid cleaning agent of the present invention is sprinkled on an oily portion in an oven or a microwave oven, it is heated or left for a while to volatilize volatile acids, and then rubbed with a brush or the like for cleaning. However, these oil stains can be easily washed by rinsing with water.

Example-1 PH of each sample shown in Table 1 after the heat treatment was measured. That is, 5 ml of each sample was placed in a glass Petri dish and placed in a household microwave oven for 150 minutes.
After heating at 10 ° C. for 10 minutes, the mixture was cooled to room temperature, 5 ml of water was added to the glass petri dish, and the approximate pH of the mixed solution was measured with a PH test paper (PH1-11). The results are shown in Table

Example 2 Table 2 shows the results of a detergency test performed on oily dirt.
It was shown to. Here, the oily stain used for the detergency test was a mixture of 95 parts of a commercially available salad oil and 5 parts of linseed oil applied uniformly on a stainless steel plate with a brush and allowed to stand at room temperature for 1 day.
The resin was cured by aging under the condition of circulating high-temperature air at ℃, and left at room temperature for one day to prepare. Detergency evaluation was performed on the oily The sample solution was uniformly applied, heat-treated at 150 ° C. for 10 minutes using a household microwave oven, and rubbed lightly with a sponge impregnated with water.
