Detailed Description of the Invention <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a cleaning composition for cleaning oil stains in microwave ovens, ovens, or gas ranges. A substance made by mixing an acidic substance that easily volatilizes due to physical external factors and an alkaline substance consisting of either an alkali metal salt or an amine salt of hydroxyamine or aminocarboxylic acid, anionic or nonionic. The present invention relates to a hard surface cleaning agent which is a water-soluble surfactant and a water-soluble solvent, and whose solution pH is in the range of 6 to 9.

<Prior Art> Oil stains found in and around the inside of an oven or range are hard to clean as the scattered oil becomes resin over a long period of time and becomes a sticky stain. The cleaning agent for cleaning these stains is composed of a strong alkaline substance such as alkali metal hydroxide, a surfactant, and a water-soluble solvent, and the conventional strong alkaline aqueous solution with a solution PM in the range of 10 to 13 is used. Although it exhibits excellent cleaning performance, it is highly alkaline and can irritate the eyes and skin.
The effect on the human body and the surface to be cleaned becomes a problem. In order to reduce these problems, when the alkalinity is weakened by lowering the solution P)f, the cleaning performance is inferior to that of conventional products in the strong alkaline range.

Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention aims to solve these problems.
During cleaning, volatile acids are evaporated due to physical external factors such as heat, and various studies were conducted focusing on combinations of substances that would create stronger alkaline conditions in the cleaning area. That is, in the present invention, when a volatile acid is mixed with an alkaline substance consisting of either an alkali metal salt or an amine salt of a hydroxyamine or an aminocarboxylic acid, the mixture becomes a highly alkaline solution.

For this reason, the present invention relates to a neutral or weakly alkaline cleaning agent that is characterized by improved cleaning effects. As volatile acids, formic acid, acetic acid-hydrochloric acid, etc. can be used, and as alkaline substances, hydroxyamines such as monoethanolamine, jetanolamine triethanolamine, and aminocarboxylic acids such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid and nitrilotriacetic acid can be used. one or two alkali metal salts or amine salts of
More than one species can be mixed and used. As a surfactant, there may be used anionic surfactants such as alkylbenzene sulfonic acids, higher alcohol sulfates, and paraffin sulfonates, or nonionic surfactants such as nonylphenol, ethylene oxide adducts of higher alcohols, and amine oxides. Or, it is preferable to use a mixture of two or more kinds of water-soluble solvents. Examples of water-soluble solvents include those having a polyether type structure such as butyl cellosolve, or those having a polyhydric alcohol type structure such as glycerin and propylene glycol. As is clear from the examples, by heating this solution, the volatile acid evaporates, and the solution changes from a neutral region to an alkaline region and exhibits a cleaning effect. do.

The liquid properties of the cleaning agent solution composed of these components, in which no significant improvement in cleaning effect was observed, were as follows: Solution P)I was 6.
Solution P is neutral or weakly alkaline and has little effect on the human body or the surface to be cleaned.
) When l is less than 6, there is a risk of chlorine gas generation when used together with or mixed with chlorine bleach or cleaning agent containing hypochlorite or the like. Furthermore, if the solution PM exceeds 9, the solution has strong alkalinity, which may affect the human body or the surface to be cleaned. Further, as other ingredients, fragrances and colored parts may be added in appropriate amounts to the cleaning agent of the present invention, if desired. The liquid cleaning agent of the present invention may be applied onto the soiled surface with a sponge brush, etc. Alternatively, it is also possible to use a method of directly spraying with a spray or the like.

Egomi 21 Table 2 shows the results of a detergency test using oil-based stains. Here, for the oil-based stains used in the detergency test, a mixture of 95 parts of commercially available salad oil and 5 parts of linseed oil was applied uniformly onto a stainless steel plate using a spatula, left at room temperature for 1 day, and then washed for 12 hours.
It was cured into a resin by aging under conditions where high-temperature air at 0° C. was circulated, and then allowed to stand at room temperature for one day. To evaluate the cleaning power, the sample solution was applied uniformly to the above oil-based stain board, and heated at 150℃ for 10 minutes using a household microwave oven.
After heating for a minute and lightly rubbing with a sponge soaked in water, the degree of removal of the stain was visually evaluated using the following criteria.
