Description

Multipurpose Cleaner Composition

The present invention relates to a multi-purpose detergent composition for removing contamination of the living space. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multi-purpose detergent composition which improves the cleaning ability against contamination and at the same time improves the bubble control generated during rinsing.

Conventional multipurpose detergent compositions often contain a surfactant and an organic solvent for cleaning. However, it has a disadvantage of strong odor when using organic solvents, amine compounds and ammonia water having an irritating odor (see US Pat. No. 4,576,738) and has a problem in that continuous bubbles are generated by the surfactant during rinsing.

The present inventors have conducted numerous studies and experiments to compensate for the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior arts, and as a result, a multi-purpose containing a bubble control agent to improve the bubble control during rinsing, an anion and nonionic surfactant and an organic solvent to improve the cleaning power Detergent compositions have been developed.

The present invention contains 0.5 to 10% by weight of anionic and nonionic surfactants, 0.2 to 2.0% by weight of fatty acids having 10 to 18 carbon atoms, and 1.0 to 20% by weight of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone organic solvent as a bubble control agent. It relates to a multi-use cleaning composition, characterized in that.

In the present invention, anionic and nonionic surfactants are used to emulsify and disperse the cleaned and degraded contamination, and it is appropriate to use 0.5 to 10% by weight of the used amount. When the anionic and nonionic surfactants are used at 0.5 wt% or less, the emulsification and dispersing ability of the contamination is insufficient, and when 10 wt% or more is used, excessive bubble generation occurs.

In the present invention, an anionic surfactant may be a (C 12 -C 18 ) higher alcohol sulfate system (-OSO 3 Na), a (C 12 -C 18 ) alkylbenzenesulfonate system (-SO 3 Na), or the like. Nonionic surfactants are polyoxyethylene glycol forms of ethylene oxide addition (EO = 5-16) of higher fatty acids (C 12 -C 16 ), polyoxyethylene glycol forms of fatty acid esters of aliphatic amides, fatty acids of sorbitol and sorbitan Ester forms, aliphatic amide forms of alkanolamines, and the like.

The organic solvent used in the present invention is a compound having the function of penetrating and decomposing pollution and having the following structural formula.

This solvent has a flash point of 93 ℃, a boiling point of 202 ℃, a freezing point of -29.4 ℃, and a surface tension of 40.7 dyne / cm. It has a small effect on temperature and can be used in a wide range of standards. It is a hypoallergenic solvent with very good properties.

It is preferable to use 1.0-20 weight% of N-methyl- 2-pyrrolidone solvent in the cleaning composition of this invention. If the organic solvent is used at less than 1.0% by weight, the removal effect of the contamination is weak, and when used at more than 20% by weight, there is no disadvantage, but unnecessary use.

In the cleaning composition of the present invention, it is preferable to use a fatty acid having 10 to 18 carbon atoms as a bubble control agent for controlling bubbles during rinsing. Fatty acid is used in the 0.2 to 2.0% by weight, when used in less than 0.2% by weight is insufficient bubble control ability when rinsing and when using more than 2.0% by weight is no disadvantage, but unnecessary use.

In addition, in the cleaning composition of the present invention, a neutralizing agent is used to neutralize the acidic anionic surfactant and fatty acid, and the amount thereof is preferably 0.1 to 2.0% by weight. If the neutralizing agent is used in less than 0.1% by weight, the neutralization is not good, and when it is used in more than 2.0% by weight, it is strongly alkaline and irritating to the human body.

In addition, in the cleaning composition of the present invention, 0.5 to 5.0% by weight of monoethanolamine is used as the fineness aid. When the monoethanolamine is used at 0.5 wt% or less, it does not function as a fine preparation, and when used at 5.0 wt% or more, it is strongly alkaline and irritating to the human body.

킬레이팅제는 EDTA-4Na(에틸렌디니트릴로 테드라아세트산-4Na), EDTA-2Na 등을 사용한다. A chelating agent that collects ions present in water is used at 0.1 to 5.0 wt%. The chelating agent uses EDTA-4Na (tetraacetic acid-4Na with ethylenedinitrile), EDTA-2Na, and the like. When the chelating agent is used at 0.1 wt% or less, the effect is insignificant, and when 5 wt% or more is used, it is unnecessary.

It is preferable to contain 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of dyes, preservatives, fragrances, etc. as other adjuvants. Other weight percentages consist of water.

Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated in detail based on an Example, the technical scope of this invention is not limited to these.

Examples and Comparative Examples

Next, the components of the composition contents shown in Tables 1 and 2 were sequentially added to water, followed by complete stirring to prepare a multipurpose cleaner after complete dissolution. When neutralizing lauryl acid, the temperature is heated to 60 ° C. In Tables 1 and 2, the anionic surfactant is (C 12 -C 18 ) alkylbenzenesulfonate, and the nonionic surfactant is polyoxyethylene glycol of ethylene oxide addition (EO = 7-9) of fatty acid (C 12 ). The chelating agent is EDTA-4Na, and other auxiliary agents are dyes, preservatives and fragrances.

The following evaluation was performed using the cleaning composition of the Example and the comparative example which were shown in the said Table 1 and 2.

1) Evaluation method of bubble control ability during rinsing

1 g of each composition is added to a 250 ml cylinder and then 100 ml is filled with water. Insert the cylinder into the cleaning solution mixer, a self-testing device, and rotate the cylinder 30 times in the vertical direction (360 degrees). Rotate 30 times and measure the initial bubble height in the cylinder and the bubble height after 10 minutes. Repeat this process three times to calculate the average value.

As described above, by measuring the bubble height of the 1.0% solution of each composition, it is possible to indirectly determine the degree of bubble generated when rinsing.

Dip the above contaminated specimens into each composition solution for about 30 seconds and visually identify them.

When peeling of contaminant layer is 50% or less: ×

When the contamination layer is peeled off more than 50%: ○

The test results are shown in Table 3.

표 3.Table 3.

As can be seen from the test results of Table 3, in the composition of Examples 1 to 5 containing fatty acid as a bubble control agent it can be confirmed that the bubble control ability is excellent by significantly reducing the bubble after rinsing, odorless Although excellent in fragrance test and contamination cleaning test by solvent, Comparative Example 2 composition contains strong fragrance solvent, so it has excellent staining power but strong solvent fragrance, and Comparative Example 3 composition does not contain fatty acid when rinsing Many bubbles were generated, and there was no bubble control ability, and the composition of Comparative Example 4 was poor in solvent cleaning due to the absence of solvent.

As can be seen from the above, the present invention can be seen that it is a multi-purpose detergent composition that has excellent cleaning ability against contamination of residential spaces and does not have strong odor and generates less bubbles even when rinsing.
